right, there are latches - at the very top of the metal casing. Move the top slightly inward on each side and go up. Be careful, the casing on the side of the display has a protrusion outward, when removing it, do not damage the edge of the plastic, you will need to press it inward. Good luck.

Fadeeva, sorry,: red: I don't quite understand what your problem is. What does it mean - kneads, and then doesn't knead?

When I turn on the HP, the stirrers immediately start spinning. So now the mixers start spinning every other time. That is, today they knead, tomorrow they will not knead, in a day they will knead again. I understand that something is wrong with HP, but I cannot say that it DOESN'T WORK.
She doesn't knead the bread properly.
Fadeeva, today my oven also stopped kneading the dough properly. Before that, it worked perfectly. And today she started kneading, and then stopped and did not return to the kneading, but began to work in the mode of heating and fermentation of the dough. The stove is 2.5 months old. You had a problem back in March. Maybe during this time the reason was found out? Answer please.

Good time of the day!
In my 5004, the agitators scratch the bucket - the coating was damaged during the last bake. What am I doing wrong? I install the container correctly ........

a lot has been written about various types of marriage, but that's about the fact that the stirrers scratch the bucket on my first \ or I missed \ because there
a gap of 3-4 mm can definitely hit something ??
tatulja12
Are the stirrers scratching the bucket, maybe the salt got coarse, and you poured it like that without diluting it in liquid? I once had this. After baking, I see circular scratches, it means that there was something in the salt. Now I always dilute sugar and salt in liquid. Although I've read a lot that it is better to breed, but I learn from my mistakes.

Here is a photo. Perhaps minor scratches due to salt / sugar ... but a large one is unlikely ...

there it sometimes comes across ...
some small metal things were a couple of times
And similar scratches can appear if the bucket with spatulas is not washed very well, a tiny piece of dried dough will easily create such a disgrace

Peace be with you bakers!
the scratch is clearly not from salt / sugar / alien invasion
and if you just turn the mixer by hand
will it scrape?
and even in the photo it is hard to see how much the pin will climb out because it has a limiter that does not allow the mixer to rub against the bottom
Mueslik
If it were a stirrer, there would be a scratch in the form of a circle
Unlikely...

here I am about the same so I assume 3 versions
1 uneven bottom \ slightly convex \ depressed
2 pin roll
3 uneven stirrer
but in any case, twisting it by hand will be clearer

It generally looks like a marriage, as if something had peeled off.

Colleagues!
The most interesting thing is that this is already the second (!!!) spoiled container! The first one was damaged with the same deep scratches on the first bake. The second container is after a couple of weeks of use. I handed over the bread maker to the store. Perhaps shade is right and most likely this is because of the pin (or whatever you call it - I attach a photo for clarity). Only the question arises - why did he get out of his position? Really when taking out of the bread maker? I always pulled out carefully, without the use of force and sudden movements ... somehow incomprehensible ...

I drew an arc when kneading the dough for oatmeal cookies using oatmeal flakes. And the dough was cool. Now I don't use flakes.

Received.
Three months have passed and I have a new bucket.
Let's see how long it will live.
After assessing the situation, I came to the conclusion that MULINEX orders stoves from a lousy manufacturer.
The next oven will be PANASONIC - and the bread does not stick to the mixers, and does not flow, and the bucket (and this is such a HUGE plus) is made of cast aluminum, not stamping.
The only thing that is valuable in Moulinex is a recipe book.
And then for the 5002 model.
And for the 5004 model - there are enough errors.
I hope my experience will be helpful.
Thank you all for discussing this topic.
kolynusha
Vladimir_r , very happy about you.

Please help with advice!
HP was presented to us. Mulinex OW 2000. At first they could not find the mixer (as it turned out, it simply was not there - and this is not an isolated case). Now we bought a stirrer. ) Having done everything according to the instructions, the bread did not work. The bread dough (according to the French bun program) was not mixed. (((After trying a second time (you never know, suddenly the reason is my inexperience ..), the result is the same! The mixer does not rotate! In fact, I never saw how HP should work ... so I ask for advice from you who are more experienced Perhaps, who knows what about HP: you can fix everything yourself or contact the service?
sazalexter
aleneva Check that the agitator is free to rotate with the shaft on which it is mounted by hand! If it does not rotate, the problem is in the bucket, then the service
puel
Does the shaft rotate without a bucket? turn on the oven with an empty bucket and a mixer for 1 program for a short time, you will immediately see if the mixer is working. Or maybe you did not insert the bucket to the end, at first it is inserted very tightly, with effort.
aleneva
Thanks for your prompt reply. The agitator rotates freely by hand without much effort.

We tried to put a bucket ... but what, in my opinion, should turn the shaft and the mixer on it, also does not turn ...
I install the bucket, it seems, correctly. It just needs to be right on the sides and fix, right?
Even in the HP itself, it is as if some kind of washers are ringing if you tilt it ... Do you think it's a marriage?
sazalexter
aleneva According to your description, marriage. There should be no ringing, the agitator drive should rotate even without a bucket, you can check on mode1. Just don't turn on for a long time!
puel
When I first inserted and removed the bucket, it didn’t seem easy to me, it still kind of snaps into place. See how the shaft spins without a bucket (there is a kind of propeller spinning), if it does, insert the bucket correctly.
The shaft does not spin --- definitely in service !!
aleneva
Thank you sazalexter and ruuel. I checked it again without a bucket. The drive does not rotate. The sound makes, but does not twist anything. It's a pity, but a year is approaching, as we bought it .. But now at least I will know how it should be and what to say in the service.

Friends, help.
Yesterday a person close to me decided to help and wash my bread maker (Moulinex 2000) under the tap. Today, when I plugged it in, it didn't work.
What to do? Run to the service or are there any other ways to solve the problem?
fugaska
poured water inside? on the tena
natek
apparently - yes
fugaska
I would not say so categorically ... try to take it to the service center - if the guys are smart there, they will try to revive your stove (if it can of course be resuscitated) ... just don't do anything yourself! first hand it over to the masters (I repeat - if the masters are smart!).
sincerely sympathize
good luck with the repair

PS The most important thing is not to spoil the relationship with this loved one! no stove is worth it
Jefry
To seriously damage the HP, it is not enough to wash it under the tap, it must be immersed in water and turned on. And so it is likely to dry well enough. The main thing is that it cannot be left on for a long time! Electrochemical corrosion will corrode the tracks on the board and it will be much more serious. It is even better to open the case to speed up the process (if there is someone who can then put it back together). Eh, if I lived closer, I would definitely help ... And so I can only sympathize ...
Jefry
And when you first turned on after bathing, there were no manifestations, the smoke did not come from anywhere? Or strange sounds? If the stove simply does not turn on, then the chances that it will dry out increase. You can try the simplest method that does not require disassembly, but less effective - blow into the ventilation holes with a hairdryer ... I do not know the design of your stove, but I once disassembled my Kenwood. It has a splash-proof design, that is, if it stands in the rain in its normal position, then water will not get into vital nodes. The most vulnerable place is the controller board, on which there are buttons and a display, where one drop of water is enough to prevent the stove from turning on. And everything that is located below, even wet, will work for a while.
kanga
On the third day of using my multicooker, I poured milk not into the pan, which was on the table separately, but directly into the multicooker! It is not clear where the milk came from from below. I, too, fell into a panic, but for some reason I still realized that it was impossible to turn it on - I had to dry it! Then, having calmed down, I realized that when the milk dried out, it would still leave some traces of a hard-sticky character. Then, realizing that there was nothing to lose, I decided to "flush" it. She started pouring water into it! It poured a lot, until the water, again flowing from somewhere below, became clear. I did not turn it on after all the above described executions for 2 days! While she was drying these two days, I thought I'd go crazy! And when I turned it on, it started to work just fine, and it works to this day, that is, for about two years !!! DO NOT PANIC! Let the HP dry WELL! You included it, of course, in vain! But maybe some protection worked for her and nothing happened! Yes, I remembered, during two days of drying my multi, periodically I dried it with a hairdryer, literally directing the air flow into all kinds of cracks and holes. Let us hope for the best!
shade
Peace be with you bakers!
of course, let it dry out and a hairdryer also does not hurt, just not hot
and even if there is a return flow in the vacuum cleaner, you can blow it through it all the same more powerful than a hairdryer
there, after all, the most creepy place is the controller board, on which the buttons and the display, and if, as it was written, water penetrated there, then without purging
a very long drying process will result
and most importantly, do not panic ahead of time, blow dry and then you will see whether it will be carried to the service or not

Alim
Are you sure that there was no power outage in the apartment when the stove was turned on? (otherwise I came across this one)
natek
The power outage was not accurate.

When I turned it on, there was no smoke, there was simply nothing.

I'll try to really dry it and not turn it on yet.

Thanks again all for the advice.
natek
Yesterday I tried to turn on my HP, after drying and a few days of rest. And, lo and behold, she earned. I immediately tucked in the ingredients, put them on the baking. The bread turned out to be very tasty as before.
stasi4ka
Literally after 2 weeks of operation, the bucket stopped inserting normally - there is no click, as a result of this, when kneading, the bucket jumps, rattles. Not that it affects the kneading and quality of the bread, but it spoils the nerves.
How can this be manually adjusted or dragged into service? Or, in a clever way, to drag it for examination?
valik
be very careful !!! at the same time, the blades at the bottom of the stove begin to bend and wear out !!! look at the bucket there are clips, I bent them a little and everything fell into place
jkmuf
And I have a fairy tale with a sad ending. 15 minutes before the end of baking bread in mode 1, the time timer stopped (it was on the screen 15), the heating elements glowed to a crimson color and the plastic case inside and on the lid (inside) began to melt. Everything happened so quickly that I had no time to do anything. I took the stove in a split state to the service center, but I was simply refused warranty repair. The life of the stove is only 3 months! I don't know what to do. And it’s a pity 7 thousand rubles. Can anyone advise at least something ...
Alim
jkmuf, you need to demand a written refusal from the service center (perhaps this will prompt them to repair) and contact the consumer protection society - they will help you to correctly deal with the service.
Iriska
Well, here, again I ran into a problem.
One pin fell out of the HP bucket. That is, if the bucket is not in HP, but is on the table, water flows from it. I went to the service center, they said that they would order a new bucket. In three months it will be. HP is still under warranty.
I wonder how often this will happen. I used it for six months and that's it - you need to change the bucket. That is, after a while you need to order a bucket, which costs about 30 euros.
The most interesting thing is that the same thing happened with our friends. So they don't have a stove for another six months.

stasy
Hello, dear members of the forum!
Stove for six months, before that baked without problems, Mulinex with baguettes. Today I baked on the program №1. Everything was going well, but 39 minutes before the end of baking, the stove suddenly sounded, the display began to flash. Turning off and turning on the oven and trying to put it in mode No. 14 "only baking" (to finish baking) did nothing, it still squeaked and blinked and returned to program No. 1, in the end, the letters ННН were displayed on the display. Off from the network, waited 10-15 minutes, then was able to finish baking at # 14. What is the reason, who had such failures, there is nothing in the instructions about this, should I contact the service center? Please do not leave unanswered! Thank you!!!
stasy
65 views - and not a single replica ... Really, no one had such a failure?
Iriska
Our bucket order has finally been completed. 1.5 months have passed. The bucket is new.
Olympiad_M
3 days ago, the same thing happened to me, but with two pins at the same time. I was shocked and panicked. And the stove is still a year under warranty of 2. My husband, not hoping for anything, went to the service center and ... we were immediately given a new bucket !!!!!!!!!!!!
f1inx
The essence of the problem is as follows: the bread maker is already more than 2 years old, there were no pretensions to bread and to work. But now, in the process of working on programs No. 1 and No. 2 (the rest were not tested due to the economy of materials ^^), the oven turns off at the start of baking, when you turn it back on, we have a message on the screen E01 and a characteristic squeak. Literally today, HP returned from the service, where the board was replaced, of course at my expense. But when I turned on the second program, everything repeated itself. The question is: what does E01 mean? Maybe there is a program reset due to, say, a load jump in the network (network on a computer power strip with a fuse), and then the protection against being switched on again works?
puel
In my OW 2000, the display is E01 and the characteristic squeak occurs when the stove overheats. For example, I baked bread and then, without cooling the oven, I decide to knead new bread.
Bring it back to the service, let them repair it normally, they must check the stove's performance on this program (let them bake bread)

Quote: f1inx

the oven switches off when baking starts,
there is a failure, the load jump cannot hit the same place of the program several times
daytron
I will add: half a year ago, the bucket was revised, the shafts of the mixers in the bucket were disassembled, cleaned, lubricated and reassembled. Rivets drilled and replaced with stainless steel screws. The shafts now rotate very easily and do not wedge.
flyerissa
good afternoon! The second day I observe the following problem: when the stove is plugged into the outlet, it starts turning the stirrers, and the menu does not light up. you have to turn it on and off several times before it works normally and the display turns on .. what to do ?? take it to the service ??
tenidia
While I have not yet solved this problem, I am trying to cope with it: I put food not according to the instructions, but like Panasonic's: first, flour, water on top, even put it overnight. Now the oil seal fell out, and here I managed. Now I will solve this problem by ordering a new oil seal.
Helenka
Hello, happy owners of HP Mulinex baguette! Please drop a few lines about your hp.
The fact is that last week I got HP Panasonic255 and from the great joy of baking bread, I decided to buy my mother for another gift, too, such a weight BUT! Having bought Moulinex today for mom and checked her at home when plugged into the outlet (without pressing a single button), she was very upset with a hum, I don't know how to call the sound more accurately (the sound of a working transformer, the sound from a working lamp in the entrance, the sound of a current ...) in the kitchen, the sound is everywhere in silence. Plugged into different sockets, everywhere the same assembly - China ... and now the question ..
Does everyone have a sound when turned on. to the hp network? Is this normal for her? Or maybe it is already bad from the beginning.
My Panasonic does not make the slightest sound when turned on. into an outlet. I really don't want to wind my mother around the service centers later, I'm afraid she won't want to do this either. Give chz 23 days. She was the last in the store and there was no Panasonic, there is nothing to even change
