sazalexter, thanks for the advice. I read the whole topic (#) about Moulinex. I have a second new bucket that I bought about a year ago and it's the same story. Let's try to make one of the two, I think it's possible, and then we'll think about our own bucket. My husband is not special in these matters and does not guarantee anything, but we will try to change the oil seal in this way - there is no way out. While Moulinex has been removed in the locker and we will use one Panasonic. I Moulinex and used it as a kneader for the last year and did not bake bread in a bucket, it still flowed.
Grypana
Tell me the reason, please.
HP Moulinex-2000 kneads the dough, and before baking it gives a long signal, unnatural for the program, the red light blinks, after that the baking does not take place, the Bread is not baked.
svetlana v
I was presented with the Mulinex Uno bread machine long ago. my bread does not work at all, then hammered or raw, in general, horror. Explain in detail how to cook bread with it? why is she beeping what does that mean ?? Help!

If it beeps while kneading the dough, it means that the additives need to be put in a cotton bucket at this time (raisins or caraway seeds or coriander - what is in the recipe). And in the instructions everything should be written about it, only it says that it does not squeak, but gives a signal.
svetlana v
in the book of recipes in general nothing is written. and I lost the instruction. today surprisingly bread turned out. but I can’t understand why it worked out today, but earlier it didn’t work at all.

Natasha, try another program, if it's still relevant. Maybe you mixed up the program number and turned on the "Yeast dough" program. There is just a kneading dough and a signal to finish.
Grypana
Maria, we tried all the programs. Kneading is in progress, baking is not. The bread maker is cold. Now I do the batch in it, then I bake a multicooker or an airfryer. But for me this is not an option.
Lagri
If the warranty, then try to hand it back to the store or service: there is also electronics. Probably we can't do it ourselves. I sympathize ..., I myself have suffered with Moulinex. I also rarely use Moulinex, mostly Panasonic.

Certainly not guaranteed. She worked for 2.5 years. And the service will already pull in any case - the replacement of tens, as I understand it, etc. I have already decided to buy another one.
Lagri
And Mulinex can be used as a kneader. Let the new x / n help. Do not be discouraged, because the technique is not eternal and still has served faithfully for 2.5 years. If you take a new x / n, then my advice is to buy Panasonic. You will not go wrong.

good afternoon everyone!
can anyone come across ...
Mulinex 3000. worked for 6 years. baked properly. and suddenly, for no apparent reason, she turned off right on the baking. at first I did not understand anything - it happened at night. In the morning I saw cold bread, already unbaked for some unknown reason - I vaguely remembered that it squeaked somehow strangely and piercingly at night.
the following attempts to turn on are unsuccessful - a strange squeak on pressing the buttons, nothing turns on. and after a couple of minutes - the screen went out and silence. you turn it on - nothing happens. the screen doesn't respond at all. what is the diagnosis? can you do something with it or is it all?

People tell me the mulinex bread maker home bread ow500230 year 3 worked fine for her, did not use it for 4 months plugged into the outlet, kneads without stopping, does not react to anything, tell me what could be with her and who knows where her reset button is?
sazalexter
manovart There is no reset, to the service, the electronics are dead.

And here "Mulya" stopped making 2-3 batch, at the rye-wheat beginning the "roof" fell off and the structure of the crumb changed, for a long time they could not understand what was the matter ... First they sinned for flour, then for yeast ... And then noticed that she behaves too quietly in the process! Sometimes it interferes normally, but more often it does not work correctly, go to the trash heap? We took them to the Metro for special offers, to metropolises, it’s probably not realistic to butt with them

Hello everyone, I have moulinex OW 6002 ... Tell me what else you can try?
I just bought a new bucket. When I turned it on, the start button was stuck and there were several sound signals (squeak), and usually one and then immediately kneading. I chose the 9th program for 750 Gy at 3:19, all the kneading was done and when 40-50 minutes remained the machine gave an HHH error, looked at the first vlkadki in this discussion and the machine went off after 10 minutes.

A couple of days later, I did 1000 Gr 3:24 on program 9 for the second time and was already sitting over the typewriter and saw the error E01 for 40 minutes The instructions read If you use two classic bread programs in succession, wait 1 hour before switching on the second program. Otherwise, the error code E01 will be displayed.

And then a couple of beeps and the error HHH shone for 10 seconds, and then threw the program back to 9 with the same parameters 1000 Gr 3:24
Tell me, please, maybe I never dropped it from the last time and how to do it, since the error E01 means somehow the choice of 2 programs remained?

Good afternoon everyone! I bought Moulinex 612132, but no bread came out. After kneading, the gingerbread man does not even have time to completely distribute in the bucket, the bread turns out to be uneven. It seems to me that during kneading and dormancy, the temperature is higher than normal, so the dough does not have time to evenly distribute. The recipe is followed exactly, there are no such problems when using the Model 600230. What do you think? In warranty repair or model features?
Lagri
Hardly a marriage. Try changing the yeast. The dough may not rise well because of them.

I use this yeast in 600230, no problem.

Hello! I have a Moulinex OW5024 Oven, the problem is that after baking the bread, I cannot remove the bread itself from the bucket, I tried different options: I shook it out, waited for it to cool and tried to pull it out, on the contrary, I tried to pull it out hot, put it overnight and leave it until morning. In general, none of the above did not help, as a result, we break it down as we get it right in the bucket and eat it like that. Of course, I really don't like all this, what to do, what is the secret of success?
Lagri
Artomeda, Olga, there is a proven way: take the bucket out of the bread machine after baking and cover it with a tea towel folded in half and leave for 15-20 minutes. Then turn the bucket over, the bread comes out easier or generally easily, but most often with spatulas in the bread. I have had the same bread maker for about 4 years now. I also suffered with this before, but then I came to this method and the problem disappeared.
Artomeda

Lagri, Maria thanks! Otherwise I was already desperate, I thought it was time to choose a new one, I really had a little crumpled bucket, when I was shaking it, it fell out of my hands, now I will try, but I still have a question, but if I want to put it at night, after all it's so convenient, got up in the morning, and the bread is already ready, does it stay a little warm there?
Lagri
Olga, of course, you can put on a delayed start overnight. Only after baking, if you do not turn off the bread maker, it will stand there for another hour and only then the oven will turn off. I usually bake at night, otherwise we can eat a lot of hot bread. Delicious. By the morning it will be in condition and fresh bread is ready for breakfast.

Hello! Such a problem, probably, for all owners of x \ mulinex stoves. Somewhere in the forum, people advise, after the last stirring, to open the lid and pull out the dough. Then a hole remains in the bottom of the bread. Not very pretty, but better than broken. I'm working on Panasonic now. This is not an oven - a DREAM !!! And the mulka has been waiting for a new bucket for a year or a year and a half (the fourth from the date of purchase).

I also do this, but this often does not suit many, because you need to know the time of the last mixing on the program, but they want to bake on the machine and do not want to arrange dances with tambourines over the stove (they say they bought the stove not for this to "poke around" in the dough. ). In Panasonic, I also sometimes take out the mixer (or shovel) after the last mixing, but if you don't remove it, it almost always remains in the bucket. In Moulinex, the stirrers almost always remain in the bread after baking, so it is more convenient to remove them. You can notice on all the programs used the time of the last mixing in Mulinex (I have this time recorded in the general plate in the instructions, I once tracked it), then you can easily remove the mixers in time and there will be only holes in the bread.

Olya, I tried to do this today, as you wrote to me, the situation has not changed much, the fact is that the mixers themselves stick to the bucket and at the same time in the bread itself, it turns out this lock, I have worn out with it, I have no strength, I will have to buy another (( (
Lagri
I also studied with my Mulka 5024 (but I had it first, a gift) and bought myself a Panasonic 2502. Panasonic, of course, is a super-unit! Very happy. Moulinex also works occasionally: he bakes baguettes, kneads the dough, in it I bake bread in bread tins, but I rarely bake bread on the machine.

what a panic

two simple solutions to your problem
or as many already do
take a look

https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=150587.0

another option - or pour oil on the mixer before kneading
that is, if you add oil, then pour it onto the stirrers and then water, flour, well, what else are you there
pour
or if the stirrer fits snugly on the shaft, then it can be small and small with a file

and you will be happy

One bucket was changed under warranty, it leaked. I bought the second one for the same reason. By the way, on my Mula-3000, it cost 330 hryvnia (Russians, multiply by 4). When it began to leak, the question arose either to buy a new one, or to buy a new inexpensive x \ n. My men said that the stove bakes perfectly, buy a new one again, and it will leak - we will repair it. It worked for me for about a year and ... My Kulibins were disassembled, and the oil seal is nowhere to be bought (it is needed from food rubber). For two weeks we were buying bread in the store, and then we decided that we needed to buy a new x \ n, and the oil seal would be found and the bucket would be repaired ... My Panasik has been working for the second year
The thought was about kneading in Moulinex, but it flows specifically: water at the bottom of the stove, black grease at the bottom of the bucket, dough with black stains ... In general, we are waiting
Sphinks
Teija, what kind of Panasonic have you got yourself? And how are you after a year of use? The bucket does not rattle, but a scratch?
Teillet
Hello! It works very quietly, with a bucket (pah-pah) everything is ok. By the way, I bake almost every day (my son orders) The stove is excellent !!! The only quiet signal of the end of baking. Moulinex screams louder. But this is nonsense compared to the quality of the bread
Sphinks
Thanks to Teija, can you write the model number?
Teillet
Sorry, there was no time to turn on the computer yesterday. X \ Panasonic SD-2500 stove. The difference from Moulinex, Orions (these are the stoves that I know) is that there is a STANDING function, that is, equalizing the temperature before kneading. Somewhere 30-40 minutes. I pour water, milk without heating. In Moulinex, it is imperative to pour in a lukewarm liquid, because the kneading begins as soon as you turn on the program. Temperature equalization only on yeast dough (basic, sweet, etc.). Because of this, the main program is 4 hours (in Mula -3.30). The pizza and dough for dumplings begins to knead immediately.

Thanks Teia. I've been rushing between the little Rolsen 530 and the Panasonic 2501/2500. I hardly eat bread, but only my son and husband. And about both good reviews. Of course, someone can say that they are incomparable, but I chose by the amount of bread. I'm super big and not very fancy. Until now, I regret that I spent money on a super heaped cartoon at that time. M70 Redmond. She turned out to be not as useful to me as her sechtra 01 by 3 liters.
So Chio chose HP for a long time. But at the last moment I ordered 2501.
Thanks for the reminder about temperature equalization. This is convenient by the way. As I'm a beginner, I think this is more of a plus than a minus, maybe I have no other culinary habits with bread makers. I'm going to choose yeast and flour. Makfa should be okay.
Sphinks
Sister Moulinex has a baguette holder. She is very happy with her. They are bread-eaters and a big family. Cooking in it and praising. He often bakes 1.5kg rolls or baguettes. I don’t know about the noise. Everything else suits her
Teillet
Sphinks, x / stove 2501 has the same functions as my 2500. Only it has a dispenser, and mine gives a signal and I add raisins, apples, nuts manually. Rolsen 530 - I don't know ... And Panasonic is a good choice. Bread falls out very well. Only a small strip remains. It was baked in my mule so that a huge piece remained on the mixer, and there was a terrible hole in the bread. Panasonic has a different coverage. The stirrer remains in the bucket. Just do not forget, after cooling the bucket, fill it with warm water for 10-15 minutes (a little dough remains under the mixer). If this is not done, the agitator may jam (it happened with friends).
I bought MacFoo, good flour, but ours is expensive. If you have a choice, then buy SAF plus or Fermipan yeast. Very good. Once I bought some Voronezh dry ones - horror! Perhaps, it is true, such a batch has come across ... I buy a large package of yeast (0.5 kg), pour it into a tightly closed container and store it on the refrigerator door. Do not lose their properties for several months. Good luck!

Moulinex RZ7101 La Fournee bread maker problems with the lid - should it close very tightly or not?

Hello everyone! I have Mulka 5004 for the 6th year. I have been using it for the last four years - as a kneader. Recently, when kneading, it began to "rattle" and each time it got louder. I bought a new bucket, but, unfortunately, this did not change the situation. What could be the reason and most importantly - HOW to disassemble it? None of the many screwdriver bits fit.
Valericom
Hello!
I am a beginner user of the Moulinex QW1101 bread machine. I try the oven with the lightest crust and the crust is always thick and tough. The thickness is at least 5 mm. Is there anything wrong with the oven or the baking modes?
Teillet
Hello!
Excuse me, but what is the "weak crust mode"? is it light?
Valericom
Yes, it means a light crust
Teillet
I bake on either medium or dark (more often). The crisp crust does not bother mine. I put a light crust only when there is a lot of sugar in the dough. I store bread in a bag and in a bread box.Try to sprinkle hot bread with water (top) and wrap in a towel. When it cools down, the crust will be softer. Good luck!
Valericom
Thanks for the advice, I'll try!
Newbie
Forgive me generously, I just don't know who to ask. Tell me, is the spatula firmly attached in your bread maker (I have another)? For some reason I have it hanging out. The first stove, I don't know, is it supposed to be or should it be returned?
Thank you.
sazalexter
Newbie, so it should be.

there was a problem:

when plugged into the outlet, the blades constantly rotate without stopping. Display and buttons ok. When the first program is turned on and the start button is pressed, the rotations of the initial mixing of the blades are added to the already rotating blade revolutions.
