Good day!
I really need advice - maybe I do not see some simple solution.
My cartoon is about 3 years old, everything worked fine.
And now I collected the ingredients for the dough, put them on the kneading, but the process didn’t start. There was a grinding noise. At first I thought that it was corny that I had not put the bowl correctly, it turned out that in the bowl itself there are tightly aclinolo these very little knobs on which the stirrers are attached. In the bread maker itself, all the fasteners for the bowl are spinning normally, the hum is even, as always.
I tried to unwind these things from the bottom of the bowl, but it doesn't work. You can only rip them out by using force, but I'm afraid to ditch the cup completely.
As a result, I kneaded the dough by hand, lubricated all these shafts (I don’t know if they could be called that), and now they are still waiting.
What to do? I reread all the pages - no one wrote about such a breakdown

People, help!
I bought the ow 6000 stove. The problem is that it does not finish the bread.
First, they baked quick bread, but as a result, the bread turned out to be soft, unbaked. Then white bread, it fell during baking, it had to be thrown into the oven and baked, with baguettes the same story, the bread was not baked on the largest crust at all. I unscrewed the screw as advised, the lid began to heat up more, but this is apparently not enough.

Notice the temperature regime of the stove during operation heats up to 190 degrees and then cools down to 84 then again to 190 and so on for the whole cycle.

As the former owner of Mulinex 5024, I think that Panasonic is better, although I am STRONGLY annoyed when it is imposed. but when choosing Moulinex - Panasonic is definitely Panas!

A year and a half ago, at the same time with my friend, I bought a baguette holder Mula, her Panas with a dispenser. I'll tell you right away - it's not about the dispenser (except for it, there was enough). I'm waiting for something to break, so as not to fix it, and I will demand Panas for myself (no matter what).
My Mula has 19 programs, but I use only three: "main", "dough" and "baking". I spent a lot of time absorbing information from our site and concluded that you can safely take the cheapest car with a minimum set of programs and not lose anything, especially if you have constant access to our site and generous advice and help to our aces.
As for the Muli leak - judging by the indignant reviews, the leak is the result of a desire to use the "jam" program - the chemical composition of this product is clearly contraindicated for our Frenchwoman.
As for the notorious baguettes - if I have a family of 4 people, then I need to scrape them all day in order to feed my heura because the volume of buns and baguettes baked at a time is scanty. From, she snitched on this intractable girl ..
Lana
I do not agree with the jam, I have never cooked it. And one bucket was replaced under warranty, the second also started leaking. I think the problem is in the quality of materials and not because of negligence, but so that we went to buy a new one faster. otherwise, to whom to sell the next issues? So the mules flow and break in principle, not in particular.
Julia-VM900
Hello everyone! We bought a 5024 stove in September.
They decided to bake the first bread according to a quick program.
they put a little less yeast and they looked like they were old ... in general, the bread did not work ..
The second time the bread maker did not turn on and showed no signs of life.
Less than two weeks have passed since the date of purchase, but in the store they made it clear to us that it would not be possible to change it without problems ... we decided to repair it under warranty in the SC. Repair up to 45 days. Every week we called them and asked how the renovation was going. The repair did not go because the ordered part didn’t arrive ... after the expiration of the term, a few more days they pounded us with breakfasts, they did not say what happened to this part. Then they said that she would arrive in February 2012 (apparently delivery from Mars ...).
We wrote an application for a replacement, because this is a complete disgrace. and compensation for delays.

A replacement act was also issued to us for compensation of 700 rubles. After the New Year holidays, the store returned the money.
While my husband was handing over / taking away HB in the service with him, two more people handed over the same and not for the first time ... the master also said that this model is the most "volatile".

In Fri bought kenwood VM900. I like it very much both externally and bakes well. there, too, for 1.5 kg of baked goods and a window and a dispenser ... sorry there is no mold for baguettes. Maybe someone doesn't need a mulik? I would buy ..

You tried? or is it purely your inference?
How, then, does a ruddy crust appear on top of ordinary bread?
in a conventional oven, with the convection turned on, the product is ruddy on all sides with the bottom heating. I thought that the point of convection was just to fry from all sides.

It's already the fourth year since December for my Mule ...
What can I say: now I would buy something cheaper. I will explain.
There are no complaints about "brains x \ stove". But here are the accessories ... At first, the bread began to stick to the mixer, but the people on this site suggested that you just need to take it out during the last mixing. It's okay, little things.
But the quality of the bucket! My first leak was when the stove was under warranty. We decided that it was just a marriage. Changed under warranty, no problem. A year later, the second one passed, while it was initially jammed (in this case, it is partly my fault: I did not regularly pour water after baking). As a result, I bought a bucket for hard-earned money. And the price is 330 hryvnia. By the way, the daughter was recently presented with cotton for 480g.
But three months after buying a new bucket, the adventure began. I put my favorite bread, the stove kneads and suddenly .. a terrible roar sound (it's good that I was at home, otherwise it would have burned out x \ n). I turn it off, in the stove itself one blade bent, and the other one broke! I bake the bread in the oven. Barely waited for the evening and my husband from work. I have it with golden hands. It took two evenings, however, and made new blades. Everyone wondered how she had worked with SUCH assembly for three years! The screws were not tightened, the wiring had just been thrown on ... The belt was put on obliquely, because of this, some gear began to wear off and the oven was working very noisy ...
I'm glad the family is happy But ... a week later: again the sound-roar! Only now the blade on the bucket itself breaks!
Again, the husband saves the family budget!
Now we decide: buy a new stove or wait for the next breakdown. Although, for the price of two buckets, I could buy two new cheap x \ stoves
Good luck to everyone and delicious bread !!!
Lana24
I bought a mule 600230 in August. Recently, during kneading, it made a lot of noise and the kneading paddle fell off, and the next time the paddle began to jam in two positions during kneading, I had to push it with my finger until the end of the batch. Need a service?
Teillet
I suspect so. While it is still under your warranty. Nudging is not normal, the bread maker should work without our intervention.
After taking out the bread, do you pour hot water into the bucket for a short time? This should be done for prophylaxis: flour falls into the cracks near the pin and is baked during baking. To soften it and you need to pour water. I pour it for 20-30 minutes, then just wipe the bucket with a dry towel and that's it. Good luck!
Gallka
Most likely yes - service. Although problems similar to the description sometimes occur after baking black bread, when the dough is thinner and penetrates into all the cracks and if after baking you do not soak the bucket (cooled slightly) for 5 minutes and then rinse the area of the blades from production waste, then the mechanism grasps tightly and when the next baking will go awry. Something like this (for me at least) Look, if the poultice does not help the patient, drag it to the service while there is such an opportunity
Lana24
And at the expense of soaking - I always soak in warm water after use

and I began to buzz, not much, but somehow I'm worried, although many write about it, maybe this is the norm?
Lagri
And my bread maker Moulinex OW 502430 did not work normally for long: problems began with the bucket and mixers (flags, as they are called in the service). After about a year of work, I took her to the service and explained that under the bucket, metal shavings constantly, the bucket knocks against the heating elements during kneading, and often (I always try to treat my technique carefully and insert the bucket as expected), the mixers fly out when kneading dough, but they instructed me and sent me, saying that everything will get used to it and the warranty still allows you to use it until more significant breakdowns. Now everything is worse: there are dents on the bucket on the outside of the heating elements, the agitators fly out very often, which creates constant discomfort (I stand and watch to have time to turn off or catch them), inside the bucket is scratched, metal shavings under the bucket are constantly, tired of wiping. I handed it over to the Service Center to fix it all, and they tested it, said that they had not found anything declared and another 200 rubles for the diagnosis. told to pay, even though it is on guarantee. So I stay with my problems. Here's your WARRANTY! Tomorrow I'll go to pick up.
Teillet
Your service center just "threw" you for 200 rubles. They paid in vain! Everything that is done during the warranty period is done for free !!! It was necessary to demand a written answer about breakdowns (or their absence). And also threaten that you will complain to the consumer protection society.
It worked for us not so long ago. We bought a razor for my husband. Problems started. The service said that there are no breakdowns, take it. To which the husband demanded a written opinion, etc. The mention of the consumer protection society worked instantly! We didn't even expect! They offered us to leave it for a couple of days to look, and then they formalized the marriage act.
But the nerves, of course, spoiled. Now the razor is new, but "the residue remains." In civilized countries, people go to court, and we swallow grievances, and boors "bloom"
Lagri
Thank you very much for your reply. I was all worried after talking with an employee of the Service Center. I'm just going to pick up the bread maker now. And yesterday on the phone I said that I would apply to the Society for the Protection of Consumer Rights, but they answered me, "this is your business." I'll go now and I will also have to waste my nerves, but the defects on the back of the bucket are obvious (there are large dents on both sides), which means that not everything is so normal with the mechanics or with the bucket. And of course I will demand a written opinion on the absence of breakdowns, as they said. I don't know what will happen, but I hope for the best. Then I will unsubscribe. Thanks again for your support and advice.
Teillet
The fact that the dents are visible is one thing! But the agitators MUST NOT fall out !!! I have been using my x \ oven for 3.5 years. This has never happened. This is a clear breakdown! And they are taking time to end the warranty. Then everything will be repaired for cash!
Do not despair! Everything will work out! I will keep my fists! Good luck!
Lagri
In general, I brought my beauty from the service center: all grimy, in paste from a fountain pen, not washed after baking, scratches in a bucket and fresh from a sharp object, etc. Nothing worked out for me with 200 rubles about stirrers and a swinging bucket during kneading and touching the heating element. They didn't want to talk about the bucket at all, but only about the unit itself. I paid everything, took the application form for writing a claim to the director of the service and promised that I would contact the committee for the protection of consumer rights. Interestingly, those who followed me did the same thing, only from the DVD. When I came home, washed it and decided to check how it works, I found that the bucket very easily fits into place in both positions (before, only in one and it was difficult to pull it out and put it in place), the agitators also stand somehow on another (maybe changed, and even then scratched). Now I put the oven on the bread: during kneading, the stirrers did not fly out (but they flew out every other time and I already had some kind of fear that they would fly out again and I watched during kneading). I think they corrected something during the diagnosis, but they wrote that they only made control baked goods, everything is working fine. Therefore, on one of the points in the receipt, I fell under this amount. Of course, all this left an unpleasant aftertaste. I pray to God not to get to them again.
Teillet
Yes, our service is the BEST in the world !!! Interestingly, and the manufacturer has something to do with service centers? Is there really no control over them?
I really understand and sympathize with you! It remains to be hoped that after all, they tricked her ...
Lagri
Yes. It can be seen with such a conclusion, which they wrote to me, they are simply collecting money (the device is working fine - so pay for the diagnostics). Who were after me paid 280 rubles. I was already surprised that this could happen again. At first they sympathized with me, and then when the same thing happened to them (they also wrote that the device was working normally), they were so indignant with my husband, but just like me, they paid. Because if you don’t pay, then the device will not be given away, and for storage - 100 rubles. per day. Yesterday I was kneading the dough and the stirrers didn't fly out. And the bucket fits so well and does not move in place as before; only one stirrer, when standing still, somehow rotates somewhere by 90 degrees. They must have loosened some screw there. In general, you say correctly - "pissed off" (if only for good). I baked bread in a slow cooker (I tried how it worked; it turned out very well). Well, how will my bread maker work, we'll see. I often baked baguettes and kneaded the dough in it, but sometimes I baked bread too. Only I won't go there anymore. It is a pity that they tore off the inside of the bucket. I'll find a better master myself. And a new bucket can be bought later, of course (only a little expensive). Thank you for understanding and support!
Lagri
She baked bread twice after the "Diagnostics" (where they claimed that they had done nothing). Now the bucket comes out of the stove perfectly and fits into place just as well, does not twitch as before, but stands firmly during kneading, the stirrers did not fly out. Hell is excellent (but it was before). And 200 p. no pity. Only with a scratched bucket I don't know what to do. I called there about the bucket - they said come. That's how it happens. Again to them ... but with a bucket.
Teillet
Repaired ... And they took the money for "diagnostics". This is a regular repair under warranty !!! Now, most likely, they will start popping money for a bucket. Did you mention that there were scratches on it when you took the x \ stove? Good luck!

Oh, and we seem to have a thunderstorm. Heat today, 25 degrees
Lagri
I told them about the scratches right away when I took the x / stove. Today I went with a bucket to the Service Center. They said that it was impossible to get a bucket under the guarantee, because it was working. Only for a fee - 2000 rubles, and then you need to pay immediately and wait at least a month.I told them that after their diagnosis, all my problems disappeared, and they say that it cannot be, and that the master only made 2 control baked goods and did not correct anything. How !!! I left, did not begin to talk to them too much and wasted my nerves. As they said, they stood their ground. And the scratches under the guarantee do not fit (even new ones, which they themselves made to me) - so they answered me and did not even try to make a request of some kind to Moulinex. Their nerves are iron and their eyes are glass. I, of course, will buy it later, but I have not yet decided how.
Lagri
And yet I bought a bucket for my pet for 2,000 rubles.

I have Moulinex 5004 with two mixers.
The machine does not seem to be bad, but their buckets are just shit, I mean the bucket mechanics.
I already buy the second bucket and the same breakdown.
Firstly, there is no lubricant inside the shafts. secondly, the clip inside that holds the shaft quickly rusts.
This is some kind of nightmare. Throw out a bucket for such a trifle.
To get to the penny clip. it is necessary to somehow pick out the fluoroplastic sleeve, but it is impossible to do this without damaging it. The workshop doesn't want to repair the bucket.
Maybe someone knows what. will advise ... and ... ... While I substituted the washer on the stove drive so that the shaft does not fall out, I do not know how long it will last.
Lately I've been baking hearth bread with sourdough, so I don't really need a stove. But in the future I will not buy a bucket.

I was so happy with the bread maker, suited me to everyone, praised everyone (I have 6002), and it seems that it broke.

During kneading - almost does not interfere.
With a small amount of dough, it turns at first, then the motor squeals, and the mixers do not turn. And if you push with your finger, then they turn around and don't turn again.

Without a test, they spin without problems.

I bought it through avito tomorrow in the area where the shop was or I will look for the seller's phone ... So I can't say anything about the guarantee ...It was her own fault when she bought almost from her hands, and when she poked the buttons with her fingers ...
There is no point in going to the Service Center - we have a new feature in Tula - they fix something with expensive parts, and then it turns out, for example, that the pump is not in the wash. mash. it was necessary to change, and just raise the hose a little higher - but this is a "nice bonus" after having already paid for a new pump and for repairs. If nothing changes (2 days I will not have time for bread), I will look for craftsmen among my friends or I will climb inside myself - I can definitely fix the belt)))
