Lemon cake with chocolate in Oursson 4002 pressure cooker

Ingredients

Eggs 3 pcs
Sugar sand 1 glass
Plum butter or margarine 200 gr.
Flour 1 glass
vanillin on the tip of a knife
baking powder 1 tsp
zest of one lemon
dark chocolate 1 tile

Cooking method

  • Stir eggs with sugar, add butter, previously melted in the microwave (30 sec). Put baking powder or soda to extinguish, vanillin, zest of one lemon. Add flour gradually.
  • Add a few tablespoons to the chocolate. l. milk or water, melt in a microwave oven (30-60 sec).
  • Put the dough in a multi bowl, pre-greased with margarine or plum. oil. Place the melted chocolate on top in small "islands" to form chocolate spots on the light dough. Then stir with a spoon so that there are chocolate stains on top. Cook on casserole for 40 minutes. Allow to cool down for at least 30 minutes after the end of the program without opening the multi lid!
