Rice with cheese in Oursson 4002 pressure cooker

Ingredients

Rice 2 m. St
Any hard cheese (I love with Parmesan) 50-100g
Water 2.5 m. St.
Butter 50g
Salt to taste
Mayonnaise (optional) 2st. l

Cooking method

  • Pour water, add cheese, salt, rice and mayonnaise if desired.
  • We mix everything, select the Porridge mode for 15 minutes.
  • Rice, of course, turns out to be very high in calories, but so tasty.

The Kas regime in this case lasted 30 minutes.
Rice is better to take similar to the one that goes for risotto, I took steamed and it turned out a little different from what I need. Each rice should be wrapped in cheese and be so oily.

Yes, the rice turned out to be rice to rice, I needed to get more like risotto, but still very tasty (I took neither variety).
In 5005, as much as I put it, I got it, there I cook a similar rice for 18-20 minutes maximum. In 4002 it turned out 30 minutes + - 2 minutes, it took 10 minutes to set the pressure.

I pour water warm at room temperature.
I have cheese on a fine grater (I always keep grated cheese in the fridge, it's more convenient for me), but in this case it doesn't matter which grater, the main thing is the cheese should be fat.
