Milk semolina porridge

Ingredients

Semolina 40 gr.
Water 120 ml.
Milk 160 ml.
Salt 0.5 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Butter 10 gr.

Cooking method

  • Today I overcame my fear of cooking milk porridge in a cartoon. Before that, I studied a couple of sites with useful tips specifically for our Orsyusha. I have a model 5002. I mixed semolina, salt and sugar (somewhere I read the advice that there will be no lumps when mixing these ingredients), put a steaming stand in the bowl, added 2 mst. water. She poured water and milk into a separate bowl, added mixed semolina, salt and sugar, then a piece of butter and on a stand. And also greased the drain. butter the walls of the bowl, they say, so the milk does not escape. I cooked in the "Soup" mode for 30 minutes. No lumps, the consistency is perfect. The proportions are indicated per serving. Forgive me, girls, for the photo of an empty plate, but the baby quickly ate the porridge and only then decided to share the recipe, and the site asks for a photo :).

The dish is designed for

1 serving

Time for preparing:

30 minutes

Thanks for the recipe! I so hate to cook one bowl of porridge in a ladle and then wash it. And then immediately on a platter - just wonderful!
I have a Panasonic multicooker, it's true, but I don't think it won't work in it, only the mode must be selected.

I looked and looked at the photo and decided that I just couldn't see the porridge blindfolded, I couldn't think that the plate was empty

Thank you) I wanted to insert the downloaded, but the site does not skip and does not allow to place without a photo, there must be a personal author's photo, so I had to capture an empty plate)

I didn't cook it myself. Links do not allow to insert. Go to recipes for our pressure cookers and there is a pasta cooking topic.

Cool recipe! I also really need this one, on one plate. Although I rarely cook semolina porridge, the word "semolina" is not a good reflex, but sometimes it is very necessary!
Thanks for the idea!

Samarochka80, and you don't want to replace the main photo (an empty plate) with the second photo (a plate of porridge made)?
Samarochka80
I don't really understand the nuances, it took a lot of time to place the recipe until I figured out what was what, and there was not much time with the baby. All night is mine, now I will try. Thank you.
PS I don't know what I'm doing wrong: I press edit, select a photo, upload it, it opens, copy the link to it under the photo, insert it, and when I press ready, an empty plate remains in the recipe.

Natali, thanks for the recipe! I really liked to cook porridge this way and, most importantly, a very good proportion. The semolina turned out to be of medium density, after cooling it became thicker. 10 month old daughter had breakfast with pleasure!

I forgot to write ... I was making soup in the dd2 Shteba program. Time 30 minutes and pressure 0.7.

Girls, do you have a "Soup" mode in your Orsyusha, in which you cook this porridge, with pressure, or what? And how many degrees? It's just that I don't have it, but there are other multi - so I'm thinking how to cook something?
Samarochka80
Can not say. Unfortunately, the instructions do not contain information regarding the temperature and pressure of the modes.

With pressure, of course. You ask at what temperature and with what pressure. In my cartoon there are ready-made modes, and what is the temperature and what pressure is not visible.

Clear. And not much - 30 minutes - is semolina boiled? Yes, at pressure ... This is about 1 hour if you cook on the stove. After all, semolina on the stove is cooked for 5 minutes, or is there something I don't understand? I have a Shteba, with pressure, it's dumb to put semolina there for 30 minutes ... just no offense, it's just my misunderstandings, so I ask ...

A little higher, the Laughing Girl left a review, she was cooking in the staff.

anavi, a glass of porridge is not in the water, but on a stand. It turned out to be steamed. The semolina in the liquid just swelled very well. I didn't even bother with the time. It turned out to be a great porridge.
Try less time and write.

I wanted to share my experience, maybe someone will be useful. I cooked it like you, in Orsyusha 5002. And also on a steaming stand. But she cooked soup with semolina. Accordingly, the water was about 600 ml and about 2 tbsp. l. decoys. The regime was "Porridge", 20 minutes. I must say that the semolina all over the lid and on all the walls of the multi has boiled away. Suddenly, who asks how the semolina behaves in a pressure cooker, then it showed itself not in the best way
