Snack tomatoes Ulet

Ingredients

medium tomatoes 1 kg
fresh parsley
bulb onions
garlic 3-4 tooth.
Marinade:
table vinegar 9% 2-3 st. l.
vegetable oil 6 tbsp. l.
honey 1 tbsp. l (incomplete)
salt 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Impressed by the delicious Instant pickled zucchini from Stеrn , decided to experiment with tomatoes. It turned out wonderful and tasty.
  • 1. Cut the tomatoes into rings (about 0.5 cm thick).
  • 2. Put the prepared tomatoes in a bowl, more conveniently in a glass jar.
  • 3. Chop the onion into rings, the garlic slices and the parsley not very finely. Arrange over tomatoes.
  • 4. Prepare the marinade by simply mixing all the ingredients (I recommend trying the marinade and adjusting the acidity and sweetness to your liking). Pour our tomatoes and close the jar with a lid.

  • 5. For marinating, refrigerate. Let stand for at least a day.
