Ingredients

chicken breasts 4 things.
carrot 1 PC.
onion 1-2 pcs.
Bulgarian pepper 1 PC.
medium tomato 1 PC.
garlic 2-3 cloves

Cooking method

  • Chop the onion, chop the carrots into thin bars (you can use a 3.5 mm Berner, I cut with a knife). Place CB in a saucepan, fry on the Casserole program. Along the way, chop the pepper, cut the tomato, put it there. Salt lightly. While fried, separate the tenderloin from the breasts and beat off the large fillets (use the tenderloin in other dishes - I cooked broth from the sternum and these fillets with vegetables). Grease the breasts with crushed garlic and salt, put the sticks of pepper and cheese and roll the rolls. Fasten with toothpicks and fry in a pan (I did not roll in anything). Fold into a small pan, put the Chicken program on for 15 minutes. You can immediately take out the finished dish at the end of the program, I had it on heating for some time.

Note

You can cook more rolls, I just didn't need it. And further. I added a little water, which turned out to be completely unnecessary. The vegetables provided the required amount of liquid.
