The first time I decided to cook Ham, but not in a ham, but in a milk bag with a baking sleeve.
Took:
2 legs (700g - cut the meat from the bones)
300g chicken fillet
300g pork can be a little with lard for juiciness
1/2 m / st ice water for minced meat
1-2 tsp salt, pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 tsp marjoram
20g gelatin
The meat was cut into pieces and part (200-300g) was rolled into minced meat. She mixed everything up and stuffed a bag with an attached sleeve. She fastened the sleeve with a clip and in the refrigerator for 2 hours, then put it in a multicooker, filled it with hot water to the very top mark. I switched on the extinguishing mode 1h 30m - 2h (I turned on for more and got a little digested). At the end, let it cool and in the refrigerator for several hours, but since curiosity overpowered it, I cut it warm. Here's what happened.
🔗 🔗
Then everything froze in the refrigerator.

podliza with the purchase !!!! If the stewing program in your multi is weak, then use a multi-cooker, first bring to a boil for 110 grams - this is 20-30 minutes, depending on the volume, and then transfer to 100 grams for another 30-40 minutes. It's just that if the extinguishing program is weak, you won't extinguish it in 2 hours, just waste your time, checked by itself in your cartoon.

Lena of course, the manufacturer recommends this without water, and I do so - everything is fine with the bowl.
Ligra how did it taste? Seemingly very even
Ligra
It tastes great: nyam: Especially a sandwich for tea or coffee and a natural product without chemical. additives.

THANKS FOR CONGRATULATIONS AND ADVICE !!! In general, yesterday I created all the same lazy cabbage rolls !!! I put 110 degrees on a multi-cooker and stewed for 1 hour + I had steamed potatoes !!! everything turned out super !!! Thank you!!!

girls hello everyone

I actually had a mutivarka. redmond 4205. the soup ran away, the porridge was on the lid, the bread was damp and 5cm thick, the biscuit was mastered from the fifth time, the chocolate fondue was all burnt, despite the fact that everything was done STRICTLY according to the recipes .. the rest did not even have the desire to cook in it. The only thing that is good is porridge and stewed cabbage.

logically, the multicooker died 20 days after purchase. 7000 to the wind.

carry in repair, service and so on, I'm not even going to. it is so unpleasant that they bought such a G. let it stand, the husband's brother promised to take it for himself.

several days passed. I realized that the porridge for the child on my stove is no longer the same, my husband asks for stewed cabbage "exactly that"

went with my mother-in-law to Technosila. initially I went for a double boiler, because it was disgusting to even look at multicooker. so the whole impression is spoiled

the mother-in-law began to persuade to Floris. "Take this one !! It is her! I have all the girls praise! the more why do you need this steamer for 6 thousand when there is a multicooker for 2500?"

I spat and took it. it didn't matter.

then the strange began

biscuit the first time. porridge from the first. all without problems. tfutfutfu I hope it will continue.

now I want to ask

yoghurt can be made in plastic baby jars avent?

and where to get recipes for this slow cooker? exactly for her? on the forum here you have to scroll through the topic to find something. some cupcakes and biscuits. or eats a separate topic under floris recipes?
Ligra
Congratulations on your purchase. At the expense of jars - see the labeling, because there is a specificity of plastic.
Recipes in this thread, as well as recipes from other Panasonic multicooker, etc., just adjust the time (powers are different, almost any recipes are suitable)
There are not many recipes for this particular model because it is new, so we will be glad if you add new ones to the collection.

I think the jars are good, because they are made a) in Germany, of the same quality b) made for children, mainly for storing breast milk for newborns. so I don't think it's worth worrying about harmful substances in plastic. just won't yogurt work differently if you cook it in a plastic container instead of a glass one?
Ligra
The similar model 0517 comes with plastic yoghurt cups.
lisa567
Yana with the purchase !!! Which recipe are you interested in specifically? In the cartoon, everything is prepared in the same way as on the stove, only you do not need to follow, that is, correct the recipe just the same time. Florochka is good because during the cooking process you can open the lid at any time and see the readiness of your dish, just do not open it on baking. Recipes from Panasonic 18 are completely suitable. Ask questions, we are always happy to help !!!

can't find any decent yogurt recipe. everything is not clear.

there is milk and activity. what and how to do?
k @ wka
Everything is very simple.
Pour your Activia into a bowl and add milk gradually. This is to ensure that the yogurt is evenly distributed in the milk and does not become lumps. First, 2-3 tablespoons, and when more or less mixes, you can and the rest.

So then I can pour the remaining half of the milk back into the mixture of milk and yogurt and mix well again

Stir well and pour into the multicooker bowl.
If you want to make yogurt in jars, distribute it among the jars. I have never done it in jars, always just in a bowl.

That's all. We put the bowl in the multicooker and turn on the "Yogurt" mode. It's 8 o'clock. Convenient for the night.
After 8 hours, pour it from the bowl into a jar and put it in the refrigerator.

It depends on what is considered decent, but you don't like activism at all.
First of all, you need to boil the milk, if it is not ultra-pasteurized. Then sterilize the dishes, spoons that will come into contact with the product or pour over boiling water. Pour the activity into the milk at room t * and mix well, pour into a jar and in a cartoon for 6 hours. Yogurt. All additives after yoghurt preparation. For 1L-1can. You can read more in the attached book, in this topic.
If I have more than 6 hours sourness appears.
k @ wka
I still make yogurt in a thermos.
Then I boil the milk and freeze it before combining it with yogurt.

And I pour not boiled into the multicooker and everything turns out fine.

and further. tell me.
here I am baking a biscuit with berries, for example. or bananas. not important.

no matter how I distribute the berries, they always fall to the bottom of the biscuit. I want them to be somehow in the middle, or evenly distributed over the entire area of the biscuit, and not lie at the bottom.

Good afternoon girls! Yesterday I tried using Florochka as a Sous Vide - cooking in a vacuum.
After reading good reviews, I bought 2 chicken breasts (for testing, I think, suddenly I will not like it).
Poured seasonings and into a baking bag.
Of course, I could not create a vacuum, but I squeezed out the air as much as possible.
I put it on "Multipovar" 60 degrees and 4 hours.
Here is the result

lisa567
Yana, the berries will fall through. If you want in the middle, first put most of the dough on the bottom, about 3/4 or more, then distribute the berries evenly, and then cover the rest of the dough. During the baking process, everything will level out.

Lena, it turned out well !!!
Ligra
Lena, do you need to pour some water? Interesting meat turned out What does it taste like?
drakusja
Here I am reading about Activia and other yoghurts, which are used to make homemade yoghurt by many members of our forum ... And I have a question: is it really necessary to have special education to understand that NO beneficial bacteria will survive after pasteurization and the addition of a mass of preservatives! !! Probiotics or lactobacilli are stored strictly in the refrigerator (for example, the same Rosen), their shelf life in a prepared solution, like bifidumbacterin and others, is limited.
So what are the benefits of different activities or what else can we talk about ?!
In such cases, when it is necessary to help the intestines after taking antibiotics or after serious illnesses, operations - yes, you can take intestinal bacteria for a certain time. But stuffing children with preservatives or yourself with unnecessary bacteria is not the smartest thing ... The same kefir with berries, fermented baked milk ... Yes, you can cook a lot of fermented milk dishes without using dubious store products. And, if you really do something, then from natural starter cultures, and not from a heap of preservatives.
And think - what can be useful in milk, the shelf life of which is from 15 days to a month.

Lena, do you need to pour some water? Interesting meat turned out What does it taste like?

Yes, you need to pour some water to cover the bag.
Probably, if you pack it with a vacuum sealer, it won't float.
But, I just squeezed the excess air, and so that it would not float up, I put a saucer on top.
The taste is really unusual - very tender and juicy.
Ligra
Lena, and vacuum containers are not suitable for this process, in theory they also create a vacuum inside.

drakusja, of course it is better to take natural starter cultures without preservatives from pharmacy and special producers. Since it is not clear how this activity (and others) was stored, traveled, etc. etc., etc.

I haven’t really figured out this issue yet.
I read the branch on "Suvidnitsa" diagonally, but somewhere the girls discussed that they needed a vacuum sealer.
I was interested in the new cooking method and tried it.
Perhaps I did something wrong, but the taste is really good, and it's useful (I think so ...)
Moreover, we have the ability to adjust the temperature - it's a sin not to use it !!!
I love my Florochka
Hellena
I make yoghurt with GENESIS Bioyogurt sourdough.
I warmed up milk in the microwave (if I boil it at the store, homemade and cool it to the desired temperature), dripped it on my hand - not hot, 3 tbsp. Stirred spoons of sugar, poured milk into a jar, poured the leaven there, closed it with a lid, shook it well and into milk, mixed it into jars, I do not cover it with lids, put it for 7 hours, then into the refrigerator. I also tried Activia - very tasty, but doubts about the "usefulness" of the resulting product. What do they add at the plant, that it costs almost a month? !!!
Hellena

Girls are of course healthier than leaven, no one argues
But yoghurts are not everything either. shit bad, Activia is at least nothing yet. Here's a test of yoghurt take a look

Oksana - drinking - runny? What kind of milk do you usually take? Me, or homemade, if my grandmother brings to the corner of the house, or "Selyanskoe" with red cells.

I always make on the same milk 3.6%, always in the finished yogurt, the spoon is thick and on Genesis sourdoughs and on Good Food and on VIVO ... and on Activia too, but it was not there, but I wanted to right now try the leaven and the yogurt turned out to be liquidish .. well, this is not entirely liquid, of course, but also not as thick as always

And I always bake charlotte without baking powder. It turns out high even without chemistry:
5 eggs, 2 MCT of sugar, beat, add 2 MCT of flour, beat again, toss with 3-4 chopped apples (depending on apple size). At the bottom I cut a circle out of baking paper, I do not grease the form with anything. I bake an hour and 10 minutes on the heat.
This is how it turned out according to this recipe.
