Nicaletta, it's even strange, my sister's Chocolate on boiling water in Floris is a cake on duty, always so tall, lush it turns out (I posted a photo here on the 7th page), and other pastries too. And the rest of the programs work fine, or maybe you got a defective cartoon?
Try to bake Rum babu, great recipe!
Nicaletta
1oksi1, I seem to be a blonde at heart, although by nature light brown, but as for the liquid-full kapets (sorry, it's boiling), everything else is fine: different bread, charlottes, frying, soups, steam, cereals, everything works out, can anyone donate and chew a recipe in boiling water every minute? For example, baked, the time is up ... open? if not, in how many minutes? and how long to bake exactly, at what temperature? Seriously, girls, well, I stumbled on these pies ... it's even a shame. And I was going to take another cartoon, I feel it doesn’t shine, my dear somehow reluctantly perceived today's "masterpiece" ... although I ate, but I feel that .... So ... probably .. I won't be the mistress of another multi-device

How so .. he is easy to bake ... When you pour boiling water last, how do you get the consistency on pancakes? The main thing is that it is not very liquid and not very thick, so that it turns out average. And do not open at least 40 minutes .. Although sometimes in 50 minutes I already have it ready.

Girls, who asked about yoghurt on Goodman capsules? I bought them, put on yogurt. It turned out to be something snotty and disgusting, in general, they are not suitable for the production of yogurt, although the composition with "Roselle" is the same. They will not be lost for me, but I will have to buy another jar of "Roselle". I'm upset with the experiment
I asked that! It's a pity that it didn't work out, I also bought a jar of Goodman ... Thank you very much for unsubscribing, otherwise I would have done it. I didn't find the roselle, so I'll be using sourdough the old fashioned way!
Lud-Mil @
Nicaletta, and what recipe did you bake the chocolate? I bake by this, it always works, the main thing is to do everything exactly according to the recipe. I bake in Marus, I bake 50 minutes in a cycle, my sister in Floris bakes longer, but it always rises higher, she bakes for an hour twenty - hour thirty (sometimes faster, but not less than an hour ten) on the program Baking, now I specifically asked her, she says once even set it for an hour, she does not remember why, everything was baked normally, did not burn, but this, of course, is already a lot, the bottom cake can turn out to be rather dense. You cannot open the pan during baking, and after baking it is better not to open it for ten minutes.Cut when completely cool.
Try also changing the flour or baking powder, sometimes the baking powder is bad, and sometimes the flour "floats", here you can only experimentally establish.
I also recommend very simple honey cake , it always turns out, I baked it even in the simplest rice cooker with one button.

It is better to take the biscuit straight from the multicooker and the bowl, I also left it once, so it is a donkey. And if you get it right away, it will remain the same lush and condensate will not accumulate, the top will not get damp.

Olesya, what was the recipe for baking? I did Cupcake "Zebra" (from the instructions for the Brand multicooker), delicious, and baked perfectly.
k @ wka
Hello everyone.
I also baked "Chocolate on boiling water" today. I unloaded it from the multicooker for half an hour. I'll go, think, read what our hostesses have prepared in Polaris, and what I want. I read about the problems with the enty test. I really wanted to brag about my own, but decided to go and check how it cools down there. I put it on a microwave oven grate, such a tall spiral in a circle.
I come to the kitchen, I look, and there is a bunch under the grate. Sorry for the comparison, like a horse on the pavement ........
I turn over the lattice, and I see a picture: the spiral has specifically eaten into the dough and the very middle just fell out. It turned out unbaked in the very middle.
Baked prescription for 2 tbsp. flour. For 1 hour on "baking" and 20 minutes on heating without opening the lid. Everything is strictly by instruction.
And then such a bummer. I touched the middle with my hand, but it is too soft and as if alive. In short, obviously unbaked.
I think the reason is that there is too much test at one time. I once baked this cake in the oven, so there was 1 tbsp of dough. flour and 1 egg, well, the rest, respectively. It turned out super. Therefore, I made such a conclusion.
Lud-Mil @
k @ wka, on this page above I gave a link to the recipe for Chocolate, it is definitely baked in Floris, just an hour is probably not enough, I already wrote that you need 1 hour 20 minutes - 1 hour 30 minutes exactly bakingrather than heated baking. The recipe indicates the time for another multicooker, perhaps it is hotter and it takes less time in it, in my marus this portion is baked in 50 minutes, but it does not rise as magnificently as in your multicooker. Put the biscuit back in the saucepan (you can turn it upside down) and let it bake for another twenty to thirty minutes.
Lud-Mil @
Well, if it is not baked, can you still try to finish it? In general, see for yourself how best.
In general, for the future - check the baking for readiness with a toothpick, or with a wooden skewer - pierce it, if you take out a dry stick, it’s ready, if lumps of dough have stuck to it, then you still need to bake it.
It's just a shame for you, girls, I gave this recipe to several acquaintances, everyone succeeds in it, but you have some kind of bad luck.
k @ wka
At first I was tormented by "cloudy doubts" about readiness.
Above, there was a strange circle in the middle clearly marked. It seems like it was pressed into the inside, or something. But hot and therefore soft under my finger, so I could not make out that it was he who was just underdosed. Yes, the top was flat, not bent.
And the instruction and the recipe are really for another (which I don't remember exactly) multicooker.

I should read you before I cook it. And I baked it, set it to cool and went to wander the Internet. And during this time he managed to cool down. So it will be necessary to repeat (I am stubborn if something does not work out).

Yes, you definitely can't open the lid for 40 minutes (no matter how the handles itch _) Then you just need to use a match or a toothpick, poke the nakraynyak with a dry knife into the middle and pull it out. Nothing happened? All OK. we turn it off and immediately as Olesya writes we take it out. We are waiting for 5-10 minutes and immediately cut into cakes. In terms of the volume given in our recipe (I see it is the same for everyone), even 50 minutes was enough for me, but once more than an hour passed, then I splashed more boiling water, took a larger cup. The dough was thin. The middle seemed not as baked as everything else, but the cream saved. The guests ate and were bastards, they said that it was even tastier than "Prague". So do not worry girls, the main thing is probably all the same to use multi-glasses, and not your kitchen ones. Then everything will be ok))

Olesya. Thanks again. I'll start cooking on the Multi-Cook function, I will definitely consult. I did not understand there about degrees as it is 30,100 .. where to press ..

All OK. we turn it off and immediately as Olesya writes we take it out. We are waiting for 5-10 minutes and immediately cut into cakes.
It is not immediately recommended to take out the pastries, usually they are given to stand with the lid closed for 15 minutes (read the recommendations in the recipe book or other members of the forum) then the pastries move very well from the bowl. Biscuits are usually cut when they cool down (some are cut only the next day), if it is completely unbearable, then let the biscuit stand for at least an hour and a half.

I gave the usual culinary recommendations, which are painted in any cookbook and the observance of which is also necessary when cooking in a multicooker. And of course it's a matter of taste.
lisa567
There are many recommendations and everyone is different, but everyone adapts himself, as it is convenient for him and how best it works. I do not leave baked goods in a hot bowl in a multicooker, I always take it out and take it out right away, I left it for 5 minutes once, so the cake "dried out", became smaller in size. Although it all depends on the nature of the baking, so I repeat - everyone adapts himself. Of course, I always pre-check the readiness at the end of the baking program, if it's damp, I set the mode again, namely the mode, and not heating.

However, an ambush awaited, the dough turned out to be heavy and the middle at the top was not baked at all. I haven't tried it again.
Ligra
Olesya, of course, everyone does it in accordance with their ideas and in accordance with the nature of their multicooker. But nobody canceled the basic concepts. It is not always possible to take out even dostovaya baked goods from the oven, and they are also left in it for a short time (sometimes with a damp napkin). Also, the manufacturer does not recommend leaving the baked goods on heating, and after turning off the Baking mode, leave the baked goods with the lid closed for 15 minutes. (for muffins, biscuits).

Hello everyone!
So I, thanks to this theme, became the owner of Florochka. I am very pleased with my purchase. It remains only to buy a spare saucepan.
I read that not everyone gets boiled chocolate. In general, my hands do not grow from there at the expense of baking. And of course, the first time the chocolate didn't work out (it didn't rise and was like a rubber sole). I had to study the whole topic about chocolate from start to finish. Made some changes to the recipe and it worked.
I'll write how I did it, maybe it will come in handy for someone.
Flour 2 tbsp and a little more, about 1/3 tbsp.
Sugar 1.5 tbsp (I do not like very sweet pastries).
Eggs 2 pcs.
Soda 3 tsp
Cocoa 6 tbsp. l. with a slide
Kefir 1 tbsp. (room temperature)
Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
Rast. 1/3 tbsp oil
Boiling water 1 tbsp.
Mix dry ingredients separately, liquid ingredients separately.
Flour + sugar + cocoa - mix.
Kefir + eggs + grows. oil - mix.
Mix dry and liquid ingredients.
Pour soda on top, pour boiling water over, stir quickly with a hand whisk.
Pour immediately into a multicooker greased with butter. Turn the saucepan several times so that there is no air inside.
Bake on baking mode for 90 minutes. Then let stand for 15 minutes with the lid closed, then open, carefully remove the saucepan and leave to cool completely.
The cake turned out to be high, about 9-10 cm.
I cut the cakes with fishing line. Make 1 cm cuts around the perimeter of the cake with a knife, insert the fishing line into these cuts and pull.
Impregnation: sour cream + condensed milk. 1: 1
Unfortunately, there is no photo, I did not think that I would need it.

I tried to bake charlotte, it worked the first time. The main thing is to beat the eggs well (they should be cold, I take them out of the refrigerator and beat the rhinestone). I do not separate the whites from the yolks. I beat it in a food processor like this: first, beat the eggs at maximum speed for a few minutes, then gradually add sugar, and leave it to beat at max. speed 15 min. Then I switch to minimum speed and gradually add flour. When all the flour is added, turn it off. I add pieces of apples, pears and frozen blueberries. And I mix very gently. Then in a multicooker on a multi-cook mode 120 degrees 60 minutes. Then turn off the heating and do not open for 15 minutes. I like it with a crust, so I take out the cake, turn it over, and bake it for another 15-20 minutes in the same mode.

k @ wka, look not for a Redmond bowl, but for a native Teflon-coated Polaris, it's half the price and pretty good.
Try to attach currants in mohair cake, very tasty and not confusing. I baked it in my own bowl, greased the bottom well with oil and, when ready, walked along the edge with a silicone spatula. You can also put a circle of baking paper on the bottom (only oily white, you can't remove brown from the cake!) For baking, I needed a standard hour plus 10 minutes on the heating.

IMHO, the manufacturer writes averaged instructions, it is still advisable to select the time for each recipe separately. For example, a vanilla sponge cake on boiling water in my Floris is ready in 40 minutes, if it stays for an hour on baking - the crust at the bottom will be thick, I don't like that.
