Dear Bakers,
going to buy sd255,
range in prices from 4015 to 6000. of course you want for 4015)

And I became the owner of this device - I'm very happy :)

I baked my first bread, French, first poured in liquid, then flowability, turned on the timer for 6 hours and the milk did not turn sour, so it's good that I first tried it, and then read here about how to and how not to, otherwise I would not dare to try

But what remains a mystery to me is how the heating function turns on and how many hours it can be

I brag - Bread maker Panasonic SD 255 (part 1)
Uncle Sam
The function turns on automatically after baking and lasts up to 3 hours.

On the contrary, you all fell asleep, the instructions for this stove say: first yeast, then flour and all bulk ingredients, and then liquid.

yes, I hurried and didn't read the instructions, but as you can see, this did not affect the result

The range of prices in Moscow can reach 3,000 rubles. If you live in the Moscow region, look at 🔗, I bought there, as of July 2007 there were the most reasonable prices and a large selection.
Hope
I bought mine at This is generally my favorite store. Now it costs 4340 there, plus delivery of 300.

phoned several online stores (including a refrigerator, vasko, atvbazar, etc. including an online store of Panasonic itself) - unfortunately, nowhere is sd-255 available at the moment, I will wait another 2 weeks and envy you all! )

Read carefully our messages, in Moscow in the markets of household appliances these bread machines are freely available for sale at a price of 5300-5500 rubles. A week ago I bought it myself at the Riga market.

Hello!!!
My family gave me the go-ahead to buy a bread maker. After reading the information on this site, I settled on the Panasonic SD-255.
It has already been a long time since purchasing it, are there any problems. Or did I make the right choice?

Nothing has happened in a week.

Comrades are going the right way !!!
natalka
That's how it is.
Everyone, take Panasonic, and me - Delongi?
Iren
Thanks for the answer!

natalka, I trust Panasonic, I have almost all Panasonic equipment and have never had any problems!

The bread maker will be my first. And I want us to make friends with her.
natalka
And I don't think I want to make friends with the new HP. ??? True, my Panasonic convection microwave was also recently repaired (before the expiration of the warranty period), and Delongy (who was before her) worked for 8 years and still plows without a single breakdown with her grandmother. Whom you no longer know to trust.
fugaska
trust only reason! approach the choice from the technical point of view - so more reliable!
natalka
I want Delongy. I really like her capabilities, but I'm terribly afraid. With Panasonic, there are no punctures, or almost none, and Delongy is practically a pig in a poke.
fugaska
Yes, at the time of choice, they are all cats in a poke!
read specifications
natalka
On the other hand: Panasonic is the PRC, and Delongi is Italy. This is me about the assembly.
But at the same time Delongy is cheaper than Panasonic ... God ... help me, pliz ... The more I think, the more I get confused. A couple of hours ago, I seemed to have decided that I was taking Italiano, but now I doubted again. And all because everyone on the forum praises Panasonic. SOS !!!
fugaska
then feel - go to the store and feel
natalka
The whole problem is that in no store they came across to me together. Different stoves in different stores. They would stand nearby so that you can compare. But no, until you get from one point to another, impressions are erased. This is not a comparison, but a mockery of yourself.
fugaska
unlucky ... and our megamax has a huge selection! different models from different manufacturers ....
natalka
Yes, we also seem to have a large selection, but Panasonic and Delongy did not meet together in any store.
Andreevna
Natalkaas I understand you. I will set fire to the choice of technology like this: if the manufacturer is Panasonic, then I take it without looking, no matter where the assembly of the PRC or Thailand was. If Panasonic does not produce what I need, then I already choose. Everything that is in the house is a bakery, a microwave oven, a vacuum cleaner, a thermopot, a multicooker, a mini-oven, and this, not counting the little things like razors for my men, etc., works properly and never broke (pah-pah). And you decide for yourself whether you need this programming yourself or is it better for the manufacturer to do it for you, if the latter, then take Panasonic.

And Panasonic microwaves are made in Ukraine, as the seller in the household appliances market told me. Where was yours made?

I haven’t heard, but we wait forever when they are cleared by customs, and they calmly in Odessa during this time stamped, and then go to Russia for customs clearance? Laughed in the morning
natalka
I have not heard anything about Ukraine either, but I will look in the passport for what is written about the assembly.
fugaska
yeah, but the passport will say "made in Odessa, on Malaya Arnautskaya"!
Sveta
I have my stove for two and a half weeks (Panasonic 255). ... Iren, if this is your first HP, then it will take a long time to come to programming, believe the newbie. May God learn to bake without it yet. Plus, I saw them together (with Delongy). Delongy requires much more space, for example, I simply would have nowhere to put it (considering all the other kitchen appliances). And besides, Panasonic is Panasonic!

Good mood in the morning is great!
Tanyusha
Girls and me at the expense of microwave Samsung said do not take made in Ukraine and poor quality.
Iren
Sveta, Thank you!
I don't have much space in my kitchen, but programming, I don't know what it is at all?
natalka
Regarding the Panasonic Microwave, the passport says China, like the bread maker.

I don't have much space either, but I'm, for example, going to buy the third HP in my life and would like to be able to program, but still, I'll probably stop at Panasonic. Everyone is very happy with her. I'm afraid to take risks. But in all respects, I like Delongy more (except for the external size).
Sveta
As in my opinion, Panasonic has only one drawback: why didn't they make an observation window ?!

They inserted a dispenser instead. It turned out not a window, but an automatic door.
Yana
Sveta, I agree with you. In "Panasonic" the window would not be superfluous.
Natalka, if "Panasonic" is more suitable for you in terms of dimensions, then take it. And do not suffer! Although if I had known about the possibilities of "DeLonghi" before, I myself would not have known what to buy, just like you. But as I already wrote here, when there is a problem of choice, it is best to focus on the size of the kitchen appliance. Have you chosen a place for it? Fit? Do you like the design? Then feel free to buy.
Iren
Tell me, at Panasonic, you can make any bread from the recipes on the site, just choose the right mode?
And what is good programming?
Explain to a newbie, what is such a necessary function?

Three days ago I took SD255 in the Electronic Paradise on Prazhskaya metro station for 4740. By the way, they accepted the card.
The price is similar to Vasco, only here you see with your eyes and deliver it yourself, and then they bring a pig in a bag.
Satisfied.
Both a timer is a useful thing, and a dispenser, since by the morning you can make not just bread, but with additives.
Tried it out:
1) accelerated baking dairy - moderately good, probably you need to put more yeast, but I did not find any instructions in the instructions.
2) regular with raisins and seeds - good, but you want more raisins than in the recipe.
3) French - not for everybody. Dense and small, half a bowl.
4) honey with nuts and dried fruits - excellent. Only dried fruits were replaced with raisins, and walnuts - with seeds. The crust (probably due to sugar) turned out to be much darker than that of the usual one, you need to put a light crust.

natalka
In principle, you can cook any type of bread. But in different stoves there are different programs and sometimes you want to have one in yours as in another stove. With the help of programming, you can create any of the desired ones. It has been discussed more than once on the site that there is not enough time for rye bread. You can, of course, turn it on to the dough, then to the program from the very beginning, but this is practically manual control, and then I created what you need, put it on and go for a walk. It will do it itself. And you never know desires can emerge ...

Yes, anyone.
I don't know how programming is good
What functions are necessary, what are not, everyone chooses for himself, but in my opinion, the Panasonic SD-255 has the largest selection of functions and options.

3) French - not for everybody. Dense and small, half a bowl.

You probably did something wrong, usually French bread is very tall and VERY airy with a super crispy crust. Uncle Sam's French bread generally strives to get out of the bucket. My French crust rises almost to the edge of the bucket.

What is the delight of automatic bread makers - that you don't need to learn how to bake
But electronic scales are a very necessary thing. I put the bowl down, dropped the tare weight and pour it according to the recipe. With mechanical scales, it would be necessary to either dirty separate dishes or deal with oral counting.

Sveta
Iren, in Panasonic you can cook according to almost any recipe (you just have to take into account that in each HP the measuring cup is different - this is important for bookmarking products). I didn't bake for delongues, but I read the instructions. You can memorize several favorite recipes (I don’t know how necessary it is) and you can independently set the kneading time, dough proving, etc. That's what I said, what kind of experience should be to set such parameters! And about the rye dough, so, in my opinion, no matter how much time you give it, there will still be problems!

The crust is crispy enough, good porosity, well baked. Of the deviations, there was cream powder instead of milk powder, because of this, it could rise worse. I will experiment again, thanks.

This is hardly a mistake, I just poured it: milk 3.2%, baked milk, cream, bifidok, kefir (store and homemade). The result is always good.
fugaska
I would compare the choice of the stove (Panasonic / Delongi) with the choice of a mobile phone. for example, choose nokia 3310, 6630i or communicator (any). the essence is the same - everyone can call! ... only there is also an additional camera, or even a minicomputer!
the stoves also differ in their functions! Consider that Delongue is a communicator, Panasonic is a 6630i, and some simple oven model without rye bread, jam and dough modes can be compared to the 3310.
can such a comparison help you to choose a worthy unit!
Iren
Thanks to all!
Stopped at Panasonic. First, I will master the automatic, and then maybe I want something else ...
I already found it on the Internet, and tomorrow I want to drive up to the store.
Look, compare prices, or maybe I'm asking about her.

Then the moon phase remains
Maybe it was still cold (it was baked at night), but it seems like there should be automatic heating.
