Ingredients

chicken broth 0.5-0.7 liters
potatoes 1-2 pcs.
carrot 1 PC.
bulb onions 1 PC.
fried mushrooms 2 tbsp. l.
canned peas 3 tbsp. spoons
cream 100 ml.
salt, pepper, spices taste
greens taste

Cooking method

  • 1. Peel, wash and chop potatoes and other vegetables in any way.
  • 2. Fry onions and carrots in fat from broth or in vegetable oil with a pinch of sugar. Add 1/3 of the potatoes and fry too.
  • 3. Place the filter in the blender bowl. Fold the roast and mushrooms inside the filter. place the remaining potatoes and peas between the walls of the bowl and filter. Like this:

  • 4. Pour the broth over the vegetables up to the Soup Max mark, season with salt and pepper.
  • 5. Select the Soup Shanky program.
  • 6. After the second stage of blending, add the cream and put the herbs in the filter.
  • 7. At the end of the program, carefully remove the filter from the blender. Serve sour cream soup.

Note

My task was to test the partially mashed soup program. It turned out tasty and simple. What I do not like in soups in pieces - onions and carrots - were milled in mashed potatoes, and the peas and potatoes remained intact.
