Kolokifopita zucchini casserole

Ingredients

zucchini / zucchini 4 things. (approx. 700 g)
cheese 1 cup
eggs 3 pcs.
flour 3/4 cup
baking powder 1 tsp
salt taste
olive oil 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp. l.
bacon 3 slices
onion (large) 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • Lubricate the mold with oil (I used a silicone round about 24-26 cm in diameter and did not lubricate). Peel the zucchini / zucchini and rub on a coarse grater (if juice appears, drain). Peel the onion, chop finely. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the onions until soft. Grate the cheese. Beat eggs lightly. Sift flour. Finely chop the bacon (I didn’t add it, but you can probably use any ham and sausage). Toss the onion with the rest of the pie ingredients. Place the dough in a mold and smooth the surface. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for about 35 minutes. Allow to cool for 15-20 minutes after baking.
