Thanks a lot for the answers. But I never found a concrete answer to my question, since the instructions say that the bread must be removed immediately after the end of the cycle of work.

So it really won't get damp if you leave it in the bread maker for a couple more hours?

So you answered your own question - you need to take it out! Well, since the instructions say what kind of answer you still want on the forum, you have something strategically important connected with this time. Try any of the options in practice yourself, whichever suits you best - so it will be.

Hello, help someone with advice. Finally, I bought a Panasonic SD-255 bread maker and after the first attempt to bake bread, I was immediately disappointed. I chose a recipe for simple white bread with raisins, but it came out somehow not quite even. The top crust is badly cracked. What could be the reason?

Most likely, the reason is not adherence to the technology, it usually happens to me when I start experimenting, but in general, you baked the first bread and the top cracked, wow, I got the first 10 pieces sprinkled with flour, and ate nothing. And it does not depend on the stove, but on you, so do not be disappointed, but rather read the tips on the forum, there are plenty of them on your topic and dare, and everything will work out, there would be a desire.

Hello! I bought Panasonic SD255, absolutely delighted !!! The bread is amazing! And I baked the usual one with raisins, but instead of water I added 2/3 of freshly squeezed orange juice (I spied somewhere on the website in the "orange bread" recipes), class! I just thought the bread would taste more orange. Interestingly, if you completely replace the water with juice, will it work? Or do you need a little water?
Sveta
Toffee, I also bought this stove, but I'm not doing very well. What kind of bread did you start with?

You can also make bread with whole fruit (or vegetable) juice. Only the juice is not really water. The first time you will need to check the bun.
Flour is such an interesting thing! Tastes and odors of some additives are completely absorbed, while others, on the contrary, are enhanced. You and cards in hand, for experiments! Then share your observations.
fugaska
and I also add milk to the orange juice (instead of water) - the bread turns out to be more rich

Thanks everyone for the advice! In general, I learned a lot from this site, thanks!

Sveta, I am learning so far only the recipes from those supplied with the bread maker, since I bought it last week.
The first one was "basic", screwed up, in the end the bread did not rise and was raw (the first pancake was lumpy ...), but it turned out to be simple - I put in little flour. The next day I bought an electronic kitchen scale, and now I weigh everything that is written in grams on them (I read it on the website that the main thing is to observe the proportions!), And no punctures! And today I baked bread with cheese and smoked sausage, cool! At work, they tried, they said that I could appear in advertising for bread makers. I also cooked orange jam in it, then made pancakes according to the recipe, yummy with jam !!!
What are you failing to do?
Toffee
I also forgot to ask - maybe there is someone from Chelyabinsk? Tell me where you can buy rye flour, panifarin and rye malt ??? And then at least cry, I can't try and bake rye bread, but I want ...
Tanyusha
No need to cry, but try to put dry kvass in rye bread
rye malt is there. The bread will turn out fragrant and tasty. I put 2 tbsp. spoons.

tanya1962, many thanks for the advice, one less problem! The only thing left is to find rye flour ...

Toffee, I also bought my HP only a week ago. But I've tried bran bread (also from a recipe book) and Dentist's oat bread. It turned out to be sticky and did not rise very much. On the advice of the members of the forum, today I will try to bake in two stages (dough + pastries). But the cake turned out well (from recipes for HP).
Tanya1962, Is kvass added to yeast, or instead of? I have dry kvass, add dry or dilute in water?

Sveta kvass is put dry, it is not necessary to dilute it instead of malt, and yeast, according to the recipe, should be put. Sveta will try to bake basic bread, but add a couple of tablespoons of bran there and I think you'll get everything. Personally, I experiment with basic bread. I add whatever I want, but little by little. Try it.
Sveta
Tanya1962, thanks for the advice, I'll try. If I add bran, do I need to subtract the amount from the total flour?
fugaska
you have to be very careful with bran - they take a lot of liquid ...
Sveta
Ie need to add liquid when using bran? how much?
Tanyusha
Sveta can put flour on 2 tablespoons. spoons less, and if during kneading it seems to you that there is not enough flour, then add. The water does not need to be reduced.

Owners of Panasonic SD 255, tell me how durable the non-stick coating is on this stove? Are there any scratches, and if so, after how long and from what.
annapple
Have a nice time of the day everyone! I have a question for the bread publishers: In the instructions for x. n. Panasonic SD-207 has a clear indication. that when baking bread in an accelerated mode, it is necessary to reduce the amount of water by 20-20 ml of water and increase the amount of yeast by 0.5 teaspoon. QUESTION: using the accelerated baking mode in Panasonic SD-255, do I change only the quantity of yeast according to the instructions?

Less durable than in pans (Tefal did not lie nearby). But this is the "trouble" of all HP brands. And what else will the "poor" manufacturers use to make their swag, if not on spare parts ?! If the buckets are durable, who will order them additionally?
By the way. The greatest profit for CP manufacturers is from the sale of mixers (propeller, flag). They are lost, and also MELT. (I myself saw in the store, the demonstration oven was mistakenly turned on for baking without dough)
On my bucket, scratches on the bottom appeared at one time. I filled in coarse sea salt (without preliminary grinding). There are no new ones.

annaple Only the yeast dose is increased. (current "slow" bread tastes better)

My bucket got scratches on the bottom after making bread with nuts and seeds. I didn't bake such bread again. I also noticed that scratches appear on the sides of the bucket when taking out the bread, since the fresh crust is hard and crispy. I think that there is no getting away from this in any stove. This does not affect the baking of bread yet.

Dear happy owners of this stove .... I want to ask you: "What program should I use to make pie dough?" Fry pies in a pan
Andreevna
The main program has a dough mode, it lasts 2 hours 20 minutes.

Mode "Dough" - 2 hours 20 minutes, I often make fried pies in a pan (my husband loves them more than fried in the oven). The dough from the book for Panas "Belyashi" is ideal for frying in a pan
Andreevna
It's just a program with which you get the dough. The rest is up to you. Good foods, especially yeast and flour, will do the trick. I use the recipe for pie dough, which is in the booklet that came with the bread maker, on which I fry and bake. And also a very good dough here, tried more than once

And we don't go on diets, we sweep everything we like, but we usually like grilled pork, fried pies stuffed with potatoes seasoned with fried onions (moreover, the onions must be fried with smoked bacon and with racks), etc. etc.

Well, my youth is very relative, but a good person should be not very little , but in sufficient quantity (about a good person I'm not talking about myself, but about you) !!!!!!!
Andreevna
Cat, thank you dear. But something after 50 - this very "in sufficient quantity" has become a bit too much, but it is impossible to subtract it. Even water is good

Oddly enough, but the water is also good for me, it is only after 6 pm to drink a cup of coffee or kefir - in the morning, well, just a "beauty", a "good" husband says that I am becoming like a cross between a Negro and a Chinese: lips on roll out, but the eyes are not visible

Don't argue, girls!
Take the word of the doctor. Completely healthy food, but eaten without pleasure, does no less harm than fried and spicy food.
Buddhists have a prayer: "I will eat any food given to me as a gift from the table of God."
And about the water. Drink not only after 18-00, but during the day at least 2 liters of JUST water, without gas and additives. Then the morning resemblance to the Chinese will pass.

Uncle Sam, completely in agreement, you need to drink a lot and during the day and even at night if you feel like it. And the swelling can also arise from food, so you need to monitor what you eat and how much during the day and evening. There may even be personalized products that have this effect on the body.
Uncle Sam
There is such a blood test - gemakod. Reveals congenital or acquired intolerance to certain foods. Only they do this test in large cities, and prices start at 3 tr.

And about water there are many resources in the internet.
The most important principle: if you wanted to eat, drink a glass of water, if you still want to go for 15 minutes, so it’s hunger (and you need to starve the worm), if you don’t want to eat, it was thirst spoiled by education.

That's for sure ... My wife is a surgeon, she also says that you can eat everything for now, and then that she will get sick ... This is how I live in constant fear of the removal of internal organs ...

Here, here ... It's a pity for the organs, but they ask for fatter, sharper, fatter

August, you are a happy person, your doctor is always with you, and even a surgeon! I respect the surgeons, they can treat you and cut off the excess as unnecessary. After all, other narrow-profile specialists cannot do this. So one should not be afraid of her, but respect her !!!
