Bread maker Panasonic SD 255 (part 1)
A Panasonic SD 255 bread machine appeared on sale in Moscow. I saw it myself in M-Video. Visually a little more compact than Panasonic SD 253, and the body is not metal but made of plastic. Arranged not in width but in depth. That is, the control panel is located in front of the container.
I did not find such a model on the Panasonic website at all. In M-Video, they could not say anything definite about it (not even the price !!!), but they refused to give the instructions to read - like looking for a long time where it is lying around.
The only thing that I noticed (from the stickers) from the functional differences from Panasonic SD 253 is the preparation of dough for dumplings.
She is also in Ultra ( 🔗), but there is no information on it either - just a copy of information from 253.
It was interesting to know something about her in more detail, maybe someone knows what kind of beast it is?

This assumption is also supported by the fact that there is no price for it in the M-Video database (as well as the price tag on the window). The seller was even stunned and said: "It's strange, there is no price for it, so we can't sell it to you now." And this, despite the fact that there were three more pieces in boxes next to the display case.
By the way, her packaging is designed in a new style, as the packaging for other modern devices from Panasonic is now being designed - a black background prevails and on it a light Panasonic logo.
So this is not a mirage. This is a real device in nature!

The problem is that we only tried one recipe ... The very first, simple one. There are no problems with this, everything turned out great.
Today we will make dough for dumplings according to the set program.
Well, we'll bake something. So it takes time to say everything works out or not according to the attached recipes.

4 types of dough are hidden under the program "dumplings", namely

1) the actual dumplings
2) dumplings
3) homemade noodles
4) brushwood

as for dumplings, the kneading lasts 20 minutes according to the following recipe:
wheat flour ____ 450g.
salt ______________ 0.5 tsp.
eggs ______________ 1pc.
water ______________ 210ml. (we really added water with milk)

the dough turns out to be excellent, the dumplings have already been tried (from one batch of dough it comes out about 80-85 hexagonal dumplings)

but for pizza the dough recipe is different and the time is longer ...

I thought - maybe some kind of fake, because I haven't found such a brand either on your website, not on the manufacturer's website. Now is my first practical experience in a bakery. I make French bread according to the instructions that come with the bread maker. The only difference with the instructions for the 253 model is that for the 255 model the weight of flour is in grams. And you need not 230 ml of liquid, but 280.
