Girls, please tell me! Has anyone cooked jellied meat in our cuckoo?
Julia ***
I have pork legs and turkey wings. I think maybe in PP mode, but I didn't make friends with him? Share your experience, please!
Roza_Irina
I cooked once on the PP mode. But if in 1055 it was cooked in 2.5 hours, then it takes 5-6 hours.
anna_k
Girls, and here I read in the instructions that the bowl can be washed in the PMM
Has anyone tried it?
VitaVM
All the time my bowl is in the dishwasher (I have cuckoo for almost 2 years)
anna_k
VitaVM, Thank you! I washed the bowl in the PMM, nothing happened! Very happy))))
anna_k
The cuckoo and I are getting better and better
The meat on the "stewing" mode turns out to be perfect, all the fat remains at the bottom (I never thought that there could be so much of it). Cooking is very easy!
I also liked using the double boiler, wonderful vegetables turned out.
And the fact that the bowl is washed in the PMM is fantastic !!!
And the size of 5 liters does not seem so big anymore
VitaVM
In a cuckoo, a lot of things turn out very tasty: baked goods, milk porridge (just don't take steamed rice - it turns glassy), and compotes are generally a gourmet delight, soups, borscht, and a lot of things. I use all programs. I like everyone.
anna_k
VitaVM, thanks, I'll take into account the rice. I cooked steamed in bork, it seems normal, I haven't tried it in a cuckoo.

I share my delight! Yesterday I cooked meatballs in a cuckoo. Sauce - frozen garlic and bell peppers, slightly fried, added sour cream and a little tomato paste. She put the usual meatballs. Extinguishing mode. Oh, I have never eaten such delicious food !!! Even my son ate 4 pieces in a row!
In general, I am absolutely delighted, I will repeat it repeatedly)))) Very soft and gentle.

I also often make "lazy" chicken drumsticks - I simply coat the drumsticks with spices and put them on the "stewing" mode. Delicious!

Well, and a little life hack. There is no microwave and it is not expected for quite a long time, so I heat it up like this - I put the second one in the cuckoo, pour some water (about 50 ml), put 1 level on the frying mode. All food is juicy as it is freshly cooked.

It's funny, but I use bork much less now. And the volume of 5 liters completely stopped embarrassing)))) I am very glad that I did not obey my husband and did not get rid of the cool thing!

But he says he can't cook
anna_k
So I don’t know how, this cuckoo is so wonderful
Tanyusha
I made pilaf from steamed rice, it turned out well. I generally only use steamed.
VitaVM
Plov yes, it turns out well. I wrote about milk porridge.

steamed rice pilaf
From the round it turns out better, the Krasnodar one, it absorbs juices and turns out to be tastier Pilaf is really not very crumbly, but I like it even more, it is not dry

I made capelin, approximately according to this recipe, on the PP program for 3 hours.
You need to add a little citric acid (1 / 3hl) so that the fish keeps its shape, for some reason there is no lemon in the recipe

Does she work under pressure or without?
kil
vernisag, Ira, how do I know, the brillant valve must be turned, otherwise the program will not turn on, so under pressure.
irman
Irish, did you do it as in the recipe, only added lemon, or something else? The fish seems to have even fried from below.
vernisag
No, not fried, it was she who was colored from the onion peel so
Yes, I added lemon and what spices I threw (in a pack for salting fish), there is less oil, just 2 tea bags made tea
Yazh wrote that almost for this, approximately there is another fish recipe.
Remember I made herring?

Girls, I forgot to report! I cooked jellied meat in a KUKUSHEKA. It turned out super! I put it on the PP for six hours at night, and in the morning my husband took apart and finished the bones. I poured water to the maximum mark, nothing boiled away, did not run away, everything was cooked, froze with a bang! I am delighted once again with my multicooker

Aaaaaaa, help girls, my son is leaving me, I need to isolate something from the technology, but I can't part with anything, and because of his fucking repairs, there is no money for new equipment, I already broke my whole head
Masinen
Irina, well, so highlight that is not very popular with you.
irman
Masha, I use everyone, I feel sorry for everything, I love everything. I will probably have to give Boriska because he is 3 liters, he is just one, but I will leave VVKeshka for myself.

Finally, the child has matured We can at least marry Irish, you give him everything, the bride will come, as soon as she sees how much dowry, she will remain, forever (well, I would have stayed in her place, as if)
And then you take it back, a couple of pieces, that's enough for you
