Thinking and guessing every time: will carry / will not carry, will hook / will not hook - in fig it is necessary. Then, when it does catch, it will be too late to drink Borzh. Feel free to cut off the ring, and use the whisk to your health.
exactly, exactly! cut off do not hesitate. In the meantime, you knock down the oil with it - and the truth does not scratch, maybe the oil lubricates this thing somehow. I, too, decided to try the squirrels chuuuuuuuuuuuut a little bit, but it didn't come to the "giant furrow", but the fry scratched its bowl. And so she didn't even wait for her spouse from work, she herself sawed this thing off to such a grandmother! Now I am happy and satisfied and do not listen every time I use the disc.

Girls, and today I missed apples on olidya through coarse grater... She's not as bad as I first thought.
I would even say - good! Super how good! I love this grater!
Mrrr meow
I report on the work done today, a cabbage salad was prepared, Olivier and minced meat were made, if you do not take into account the time for reading the instructions, looking at the details, etc., I cooked everything in the kitchen for 40 minutes at most ... hurray! comrades !!
Moskvichk @
The girls are reporting about the CROWN. Bought additionally. He sat down perfectly.
Beat meringue of four proteins. The whites whipped to their peaks after 4 minutes. I continued to beat for another 7 minutes, because it seemed to me that they were still quite soft. Then I added sugar. Whipped for 10 minutes more. the sugar is not completely dissolved. The impression is that there is not enough power or that there was a whisk 2 or something ... in general, the meringue turned out to be not as high as from a mixer, and not so shiny, a little muddy or something ... But it turned out. I sin on eggs, they were only from the store, they did not have time to cool down. In general I will try again.
The French fries grater also left a double impression: some of the pieces turned out to be plump, and some were like petals. And the color of the potatoes instantly became dark .. Probably I didn't like it to a greater extent
I liked the Korean carrot grater. The stripes were even and square in cross-section.

Fries: I think the petals turned out to be the extreme pieces (those that captured the potatoes from the edge, so they didn't have enough "meat" for a full-fledged piece).
Julienne grater (the same for Korean carrots) - strange, my stripes are even, but more flat than square. And I get the perfect Korean on a fine grater from the standard set. But this, of course, is the taste and color.
But for the test with a whisk, a huge merci! I'll think. It seems to me that with a rather dubious result I do not need such a whisk. Here kaaaak I'll try out a whisk from a new blender, but kaaaak I'll like it - then the question of a Boshikov whisk will disappear by itself

I also think about the corolla
10 minutes for meringues is a bit too much, they get confused with a blender in 3 minutes. Has anyone tried to beat the whites on the meringue with a whipping disc?
Moskvichk @
Quote: Moskvichk @

I no - I wanted to taste the whisk! but above on the topic they wrote that 3 squirrels beat well ...
And then for 10 minutes I whipped it, whipped it, then they were in 3-4 minutes ... it all seemed to me that I still needed it ..

I whipped with a disc. But not on a meringue, I did not achieve too strong peaks. In principle, they whipped well, but I don’t know whether it would have reached the point of "picosti" meringue. Maybe hold it a little longer - and you could easily reach the desired condition. But I don’t presume to argue. If I need an "iron" result, I usually beat the whites with a mixer. It's a strange thing - even a low-power mixer can handle proteins, but the whisk of powerful blenders and even combine harvesters beat worse.
Kara
combine harvesters have a common problem in this - after a while they heat up and heat the mixture, and warm proteins cannot be knocked down in life

This combine has the engine under the blender, and the main bowl does not heat up at all during whipping. Repeatedly during operation I touched it with my hand - the wall near the engine is absolutely cold.

I also whipped the squirrels with a disc, though not on meringues (whipped 4 squirrels with powdered sugar for the classic ice cream from Anastasia). As a result, I can say that it turned out to be a REAL meringue, whipped up very quickly (from the force of 5 minutes). I already wrote somewhere that I don't see any point in purchasing a whisk just for whipping proteins, because the disc does an excellent job of this task.

It's strange ... but it heats up if I knock something down for more than 4-5 minutes. Maybe I’m getting married?
Although ..... I have consulted here, they say that the location has absolutely nothing to do with it, and what is pure physics - heating occurs due to the kinetic energy that is released when rotating at high speed.

1. Thanks for the stories about mashed potatoes made in the combine. Did it 2 times already. The child is delighted. And I like it too. Airy and without a single lump. The only thing embarrassing is that the potatoes are hot enough. Will nothing melt in the combine?

2. And for a long time the combine will "smell" burnt ??? I read that this is normal. But how long will it last ...
Pogremushka
I don't smell. The combine is 2.5 months old. It seems at the beginning there was a smell, but it quickly disappeared after 3-4 uses. And not burnt, but new technology, oil or something.

Do not be afraid - there will be nothing for him! I drain the water, then I take the artohu straight with silicone tweezers and throw it into the rotating bowl. A piece of butter between the potatoes. While the potatoes are spinning, the milk is boiling in the microwave! Everything is great1

At the beginning of the topic, I read about the interchangeability of many attachments for different models of Boshevsky combines. I have a Bosch harvester of the old model MCM 2100.

Bosch food processor - cuts into cubes!
Maybe someone will immediately tell you which nozzles (I think it will only be about discs) will fit him? I looked on the Internet - nozzles are sold only for the latest, cool models. Or am I just looking badly? I have a disc - a shredder for cabbage, a disc grater for French fries, an emulsifier (I don't know how to use it), a chopping knife. All.

Previously, there was also a small and large grater (one disk on both sides), but the small one broke, the plastic rim flew off in the center of the disk, I will look for such a grater too. Maybe someone has a useless case?

Interested in a vegetable grater (written on dumpling sites), disc-julienne, mashed potatoes, do they exist for my model of the combine?
Pogremushka
makabusha, Look at the office site bosch- There is information on additional nozzles. And graters most likely will not work: the new combfines have no plastic in the discs, they are completely metal.

Can be viewed on the website of VneshRemTorg (Moscow). The catalog contains several discs for your harvester.

Thank you for your response, but I think the graters from Moscow will come out gold to me. On the Bosch website, indicated above, I found only 2 attachments, one of which I have (for fries), and the second in the picture seems to have this plastic thing in the middle of the grater, as a sign of suitability (what word I came up with) to my combine, but in the description they write that for the Mum 4 combine. Yes. On the packaging of the disc of a double-sided shredder / grater medium there is exactly such a marking MUZ45KP1 in small print and large print number 573024
And on the disc - julienne for Asian dishes MUZ45AG1.
Both discs fit the Bosch cube.

Polga, thank you very much, it was from their catalog that I clearly identified the possible attachments and their number.
Now I would still find them in Ukraine, but at a normal price ...)

Girls, did anyone buy a 5529 harvester in Ukrainian online stores recently?
I beg you, tell me, please, trusted stores where it is available at an adequate price.

I am already worn out, the site says that there is, you call - it is not available under the order, but the price is much higher.
I will be very grateful!

Girls really ask for advice ... I need cubes, just sooo needed
There is a BOSCH MCM 5380 combine
Bosch food processor - cuts into cubes!
Will the dice attachment match?

go to the VneshRemTorg website: flowers: there are specialists there, they will definitely answer you, or look through their spare parts catalog, everything is signed there which model is suitable

Girls! I have a Boshik 5530. I wanted to buy a nozzle for cubes, but in the company store they said that it did not fit. Who faced this?

I have 5530, the cube attachment fits like a native one, although they also told me in the SC that it would not work and would not even sit down

Girls! everyone who has a disc for fries, please write to me ... In general, I received a disc (I ordered it by mail), I look -: girl_cray: it is a little wavy, I wanted to refuse it, but they answer that there are no others, while working on my cube vibrates a lot. Is it the same for you? this is normal? I don’t want to deal with returns, we don’t have to, if this is normal, eh ???

yes, mine also bends a little, but not sharply, not in a fold, but smoothly. and yes, it vibrates strongly

Tell me please! Like in a food processor with a cube attachment, you cut the eggs, in what sequence and at what speed?

Yesterday we decided to cook a salad for the first time, and instead of cubes, the eggs turned into "dust", they were made right after the boiled potatoes (surprisingly, the boiled potatoes were rubbed into cubes). I think it was necessary to twist the eggs first, and then the potatoes, otherwise it turns out that the potatoes stuck to the cutting mesh (probably).
Moskvichk @
I first eggs, carrots, potatoes, and at the end something that is harder, such as pickled cucumbers.and the potatoes, as the girls advised, should be kept in the freezer a little. Recently, such a bad potato got caught - all turned into jelly and wound on a disk! had to be thrown away.
I like all products, including eggs after cleaning, put in the refrigerator! and the potatoes in the freezer.
Alexander83
How long do you put in the refrigerator?

p.s. I'll try the eggs first, thanks
Moskvichk @
Well, in general. I cook vegetables in the evening, then when I cool down I peel them and put them in the refrigerator overnight. Accordingly, I cut on the trail. day. But whoever likes it, my relative gets up a little early on purpose to cook food for salad. She believes that everything should be done in one day. But I like the trail. day. But in general, it seems to me that an hour is enough to lie in the refrigerator)). I also get harder eggs from the refrigerator)).
Moskvichk @
It also happens that the last potato gets stuck in cutting, and the eggs after it will be crumpled, and not cut, respectively.
Lisss's
I don't put anything in the refrigerator, they just cool down to room temperature, but not warm ..

just when cutting into cubes, each next product pushes the previous one out of the mesh, and accordingly, it is necessary to cut first the soft, and then the hard. because the egg is soft, it will not be able to push the potatoes with itself, but will only break into porridge ..

I cut like this - eggs, potatoes, carrots, boiled sausage, pickles. nothing is smeared
Moskvichk @
cucumbers are the latest!

Hello girls)))))
I have been using the cube for a month now. I ordered it through the Internet. By the way, they asked to advise the int store. Nice Tehnoshop and the price is low.
I'll tell you how I work with the cube.
So, about the blender lid - I just don't take the blender off the combine, even if it's there, it doesn't bother me.
And the fact that it spins together with the main bowl - all the same !!! Let it spin! When you work with a blender, a mechanism is also spinning in the main bowl !! I think it's not scary.
Regarding the beater disc: it was written somewhere here that a gasket was cut out of the nylon cap and put between the disc and the bowl.
I did that too - everything is ok))))) I don't want to cut anything, otherwise I suddenly have to take it to the service (God forbid), and then they will find fault and refuse.

I have a question: who has already bought an average grater - is it the same as a regular hand grater in size (in the sense of the size of what is rubbed)? And then the sizes that come with the kit do not fit the salad "fur coat" (((
And another question: does it work as loudly as mine? It rattles so much with me, and sometimes even whistling can be caught during work. I'm even afraid to keep it on for more than 3 minutes - I'm afraid it will fly apart and break
Lisss's
Milania, rumbles like a beast, yes!

I have an average grater, it is slightly smaller than the one on the hand grater ..
Fluff
Yes, a little less, but great for a fur coat, for a salad of beets too. The slices are not flat, but slightly arched in cross section, as on a coarse grater, but not noticeable in salads. The average grater for me is now the most necessary and often used. I call it borscht. I rub the borscht first with beets, then carrots. I take it out into the pan in the reverse order. Then I turn over the grater and shred the cabbage. All slicing in seconds, everything is neat and there is no need to wash anything in between
Margot @ 68
Good health to all! My dream has come true and now I also have this wonderful BOSHIK (finally, the old combine broke down, tired of it for 16 years). I doubted for a long time because of the average grater, they wrote on the Internet that there was none. I saw in the configuration "medium grater" and immediately bought it. Please tell me the one that comes with the kit for cheese, chocolate, etc.suitable for vegetables?
Vitek
Since this forum has the second name "Problems Bosch-cube and methods of their solution" ;-) I will also make my contribution. Oddly enough, the problems already described here have passed my combine (pah-pah-pah). However, a new one appeared: the blender handle cracked. The wife loves to make fruit mousses. Probably, when the lid was closed, it did not grip the handle and the handle cracked when it was snapped many times. The problem is minor and is solved, you guessed it, with narrow tape. "All of Russia is kept on scotch" and our Bosch-cube is no exception. If you try and wrap it carefully, it won't even be noticeable :-)
After a couple of months of operation, we felt a real shortage of an average grater - MUZ45KP1. Probably the manufacturer guessed about this fact and offered to buy it in its wide network of service centers. True, I had to wait two weeks after ordering and pay 600 rubles. (which is a bit expensive for such a piece of iron). It would be better not to complete them with different discs that scratch the bowl and grind them, which are practically not used (knives are excellent substitutes for mashed potatoes). I took in "VneshRemTorg", saw them on sale separately a cube cutter for 4900 rubles. (!!!) To my remark: "A whole harvester together with this cube cutter costs only 500 rubles more," I received the answer: "People are different. First they buy a combine, then they want a cube cutter." This is to the question of thinking "buy another harvester and then buy a cube cutter" - better buy two harvesters at once! :-)
Kara

All parts, including motor parts, are sold at all those Bosch centers. But of course not cheap
