Nope, I don't take out the mashed potatoes, I just kind of peel the rod a little, then I put the knife, but if you pour the milk gradually, with a tab of potatoes, then you don't even need to put the knife. But now a smart idea has come, like afterwards ... why can't you put butter in milk right away? The milk is hot, the butter will melt, and pouring in gradually, everything is evenly distributed over the puree, and then only in the process of transferring you can stir a little, everything is as usual.
Moskvichk @
well ............... I don’t know ....... how I throw hot potatoes and I don’t even need to press, the oil is in the middle between the potatoes.
Ninelle
Well yes. Probably so Mona. You have to try everything and choose the best one for yourself.

Thank you girls. And then I really want a chopper such that a bowl is not less than a liter and an impeller knife. I have MUM 5, so I was thinking and was - to take a multi-mixer with an impeller knife to the combine or another combine, but with a larger bowl and an impeller knife.

And I have been suffering for a long time, but I dare not try, is it possible to make powdered sugar from sugar in a blender or not? Suddenly I’ll spoil, there is no coffee grinder, but powder is needed. Has anyone experimented? And the puree turns out really like in a chic restaurant, now I make it only through the press!

I think you won't spoil anything, but you won't get the powder either. The volume of the glass is too large. I used to try to do it in a multi-shredder on an old Kenwood. There the mechanism is like a blender, only a volume of 300 grams. It didn't work. It is better to buy a coffee grinder for 700 rubles.

Well . Thanks for attention. I thought maybe someone would be interested in this, those who are considering buying additional graters or Boshik himself.

Interestingly, my average looks a little different: the hole lines are in a straight radius, not an arc.

Where there are holes in a straight line, this is for a Korean carrot.

and I have holes in a straight line, and a slit for slices - also in a straight line Muscovite, and what is the code of your grater?

and for Korean I use a julienne disc, it gives a square section ..

No, for Korean it's disc julienne, Lisss's is right. And this is exactly the middle grater. I just bought it for a long time, perhaps now the design has changed.

And I have the same as the Muscovites. Only the cubes, it seems, are a little larger for me. The width is the same, but the thickness of the carrot on the Moskvichka photo is flatter, or something. Possibly an optical illusion

they are cunning - they specially released another grater (I also bought it in addition), in which the holes are just for beets, like this:

The article for ordering from Bosch is -461780 or replacement 468742 (disc grater-shredder). It goes like MUZ 4 KP 1, and MUZ 8 KP 1 is more expensive, although the same thing.

Rubbing chocolate on this grater is one ruin, it will smear all over, there is less waste in the cube cutter than in 4655. I don’t rub chocolate on it.
Everything turns out, only this combine has a lot of waste, so since I have a stream of cooking or shredding, it is convenient, fast, pleasant And for a little cheese or chocolate it makes sense IMHO. I don’t work on either one kilogram. For this, I have a GAMMA harvester, read this Temka if you are interested https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&Itemid=89.html89&topic=17356.0
I have more than one harvester. At the time of parking or holidays, I would not have been able to cope with one harvester, besides, all my harvesters are completely different.

Julienne - there are holes in a straight line, right. But they are located in one row! On the whole grater - one row of holes close to each other. If necessary, I will take a picture.

I don’t understand, are you arguing or are you just clarifying? Everything has been known for a long time. Of course, the top one is julienne, on it we have three Korean carrots. And the middle ones are the same in terms of hole size, just a little different in design.
azaza
The one with holes in three rows is just "our", familiar. And the set includes the middle one - the one in the bottom photo. But in real life it is not average, but small. Because the one that is declared as small in the kit is only suitable for mashed potatoes. But the large one, located on the same disk, is just super for radish cucumbers and other medium-hard!

Girls, hello. Completely entangled in graters. I look at the graters in the refrigerator, but I can't figure out which ones are suitable for the cube: Bosch MUZ8KP1 or Bosch MUZ-45 KP1, realized that the first one fits, but the second one doesn't?
And for julien, what will fit? Bosch MUZ4JS1, Bosch MUZ-45 AG1, Bosch MUZ8AG1?

Girls and boys can congratulate me on the purchase of a Boshik. After reading your reviews, I decided to buy it (despite the complaints about the disc and the cover) The truth has not yet turned it on, even since this is my first combine while I'm studying. I'm going to make potato pancakes today. By the way, the nozzle for potato pancakes was a gift, it made me very happy, because it is this nozzle that we really need
Pogremushka
Today in Boshik I was kneading dough on cakes with a hook. Output: 2 kg of dough. The harvester handled it easily. I liked to knead the cake dough here more than in HP. Once again, I was glad that I still bought a hook.
desl12, congratulations on your purchase and welcome to the forum

Today I was looking for all these graters in tyrnet and came across a site, maybe of course someone already wrote about it (then delete my post), and if not, then here is an online store where oooooooooooo many nozzles and spare parts for our Boshiki, and in comparison with other sites the prices are normal.

I also bought from them, for Bosch, and for a brown blender (bowls), and a Siemens washing machine, a long hose with aquastop. Only I'm not over the Internet, but at the service center on Kurskaya. I don't know about the prices, I didn't compare, but I liked the quality of service (in comparison with the center of another company - I wrote about this somewhere in this thread)

Hey everyone! I became the owner of the combine a couple of days ago, I tried almost all the attachments, today I still decided to take a chance and beat the whites with sugar with the ill-fated whisk attachment, I'm just shocked: girl_cray: a capital furrow and a white circle, it was terribly upset, I read here that I'm not the only one , please tell me, did someone contact the service center about this? Is it possible to replace the bowl and nozzle under warranty? and another question on the first page, more links to posts about tearing rubber bands on a cup cutter, tell me, where is the rubber band? Thank you

tell me, where is the elastic? Thank you
a pin (bottom part) is inserted into the "yellow piece" into a hole in the center, and there is such a white thing between them (it turns up and down).

I didn’t use a bzbivalka at all, and in general I use little Bosch, more often the second harvester (more to me)
Pogremushka

I ordered through the MT-online online store, and took it myself from their office, immediately upon receipt I asked to check this nozzle for scratching the bottom of the bowl, it seems like there is nothing to scratch, there is a large gap between it and the bottom. But I can't remember whether I used it or not. And regarding the replacement, I think there should be no problems, this is an obvious factory defect, so if the check remains, feel free to go to the service center to replace it.
I had another problem at first (well, it's just because of my spread), that same yellow thing from the cube cutter with great difficulty put on the bowl (not on the pin, but on the bowl) because there are such grooves on the tube of the bowl, and so I tortured my poor cube until I drew on that it is necessary to combine the triangles on the handle of the bowl and on the nozzle itself, then it flies in with a whistle. And so there were no problems with either the lid or the rubber band or the scratching nozzle.

Phillips HR 7772 \ 50
there is a large bowl, there is a double-sided grater (for potato pancakes and a large one), a universal knife, a hook for kneading dough, a citrus juicer, a nozzle that changes the size of sliced circles, a nozzle for proteins (like whisk in a mixer), a glass blender (also large) , like I remembered everything.
the grater for potato pancakes is more for me in the boshe because the pieces that are not rubbed do not fall into the bowl (there is no gap), but in the phillips in the bowl in the center there is no "hole" like in boshe (they do not pour out when you work with liquid)

This moment was my top priority when choosing a harvester. I was worn out with the old Kenwood, I even stopped rubbing on it because of this. And bosh and terribly and nothing spills from me. In general, I am very pleased with Boshem, but due to incurable device addiction, I cannot deny myself the pleasure of staring at something else with a plug on the wire.

SOS! She began to whip the cocktail, the bottom was not tight enough and the liquid poured out through the bottom, respectively, poured inside.

Has anyone ever had this happen? How serious is it? dry or carry to service?

Or maybe someone disassembled it, tell me how to disassemble it, I found a screwdriver with an asterisk, unscrewed the screw at the bottom. And the bottom is obviously still on the latches, can you tell me how to disassemble it further? The husband will be at home only tomorrow, I think if you wash him inside now, the scale of the disaster will be less?

I had this 2 years ago, with a cocktail of strawberries, sugar and cream. I screwed the "bottom" of the blender badly and practically everything was glass into the motor. but it was my mother's old Phillips harvester (practically after that I was convinced of the reliability and bought myself a Phillips).
so phot of day 3 this cocktail flowed from it (those under it was he, after standing), then it dried up (stopped dripping) and my mother still uses it.
did not untwist or disassemble anything.
do not turn it on and try to dry

I had this situation with old Kenwood. Filled with liquid dough thoroughly. Nothing, it's dry, it still works, even though the dried dough still flies out.

Hello everyone! A few questions about the whisk disc.
1) tell me, those from whom he did not scratch the cup after the purchase - does he still not scratch it or does he scratch it?
2) from whom he scratched it and who changed it to the service - is everything all right now?
3) this groove at the bottom - everyone has it, do I understand correctly? both defective and normal
Thank you very much!

I scratched my cup - the service changed all three details. They said that this is the second case, the first one also changed everything, as if after that they did not apply. Only it is not clear of course - whether because everything is ok, or because it is useless.

Please tell me someone tried to grind tomatoes into tomato juice using this combine. So I think this year to stock up on tomato juice, but I don't know how to make it right
Pogremushka
omenboy, here's a quote about tomato juice:

Quote: Pooh

As for the grind, at first I was also annoyed with the need to store it with extremely rare use.

But ... it was so until tomatoes from the dacha appeared in abundance in the house. We did not have time to eat them, and I didn’t like homemade tomato before because of the films, seeds and skins. Wipe through a sieve, like my mother does, for me it's dark, you can grind in a manual meat grinder, of course, and they always did this out of despair, but this tomato was mostly left in the family of my parents, and I still bought tomato paste, well, I don't like borscht with seeds

Boshik abruptly cuts raw tomatoes with a knife into the same tomato as after a meat grinder in the blink of an eye. I take a huge saucepan and cut such a tomato. Then I insert the grinder and just as quickly I get absolutely pure tomato juice with minimal waste. We have already drunk almost all the juice this winter. I will do even more next year. Maybe I didn’t discover America, but since then I love it.
Fluff
I just wanted to insert my quote ... ahead If you need more details, ask.

The juice is clean and there is little waste, but first you need to cut raw tomatoes with a universal knife, I tried to grind whole tomatoes, just cut into pieces - it doesn't work.

Or maybe first in a meat grinder and then grind?. Can't the bones get through? I rubbed raspberries, then some bones still fall, but the jam turns out to be cool
Fluff
No bones do not get through, absolutely pure juice is obtained.
If with a meat grinder, you will also have to wash the meat grinder. And so I take an 8L pot. I insert the utility knife - I cut all the tomatoes, I have to stop several times and empty the full bowl. Then not my bowl - I take out the knife, insert the grinder and pour the tomato with seeds (it turns out exactly the same as after the meat grinder) into the grinder. If you can find several seeds in tomato juice, it is only because during the pouring-pouring process I do not rinse the pots and bowls. It takes longer to wash and prepare tomatoes than the whole process of chopping and grinding.
