Inshell potatoes

Ingredients

Potatoes 8 pcs.
Flour 2 tbsp. l.
Coarse salt 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Thoroughly wash medium potatoes with a brush and roll wet in a mixture of flour and coarse salt. Put in a fireproof dish and bake in the oven at 190C (I at 175 with convection) for at least an hour.

Potatoes melt in the mouth and look very similar to those baked in a fire. Next time I'll try to do it without the peel. The author writes that the resulting crispy shell can be successfully eaten. I think this only applies to young potatoes.
