And it is not there. There is only a set of recipes (pilaf is not there either) and ingredients, 4 modes, set by handles. On the first pages and, in my opinion, in the area of 72-73 there is a link to the recipes of members of the forum. Maybe you will find it there. I first fry the zirvak, then pour the rice, add water to cover the rice only, put white rice on the ingredients. In 10 minutes. after the pressure is set, pilaf will be ready. If you hold it with a lid ajar on heating for 30 minutes (without stirring after releasing the steam), you will get crumbly pilaf. Since this is a pressure cooker, the water in it does not evaporate, so take 1/3 less water from the amount that you are used to taking when cooking on the stove. Good luck ...

solesito, Elena, good evening! Maybe we have different multicooker with you? In my ingredients, I list them in order: white rice, bulgur, buckwheat, Canadian rice, wheat, millet, barley. Which of these do you call lentils?
No wonder I asked about the type of beans. There are white beans, which can be cooked in 24 minutes. on VD, but will not melt in your mouth. And there is dark (black, brown), used for lobio and fillings, which is cooked on high pressure for at least 45 minutes. and after 60 minutes. can only melt.
Don't mislead the people.

And what sort of beans were they? Not canned, for an hour?
no, not canned, very raw. I don’t know the variety, but I think I need to try and add time if necessary (I didn’t have to)

Yes, lentils in vegetables, and I cooked small red beans, but with a delayed start, during this time they soaked a little ...

Please tell me if there is a collection of recipes for our multi? I'm looking for a charlotte, but I can't really reread so much text at work! Very many letters))) maybe there is a separate topic about recipes?
Darsi
On page 72 of these very many letters there is a link to the collection. The charlotte recipe is in the multicooker itself in the English menu. Be careful, the pastry is burning, the dough must be poured into a preheated pan. Good luck ...
Alexey 180
Catherine, I have no fret with English))) what to do? can you have experience or translation step by step?
Darsi
I always make charlotte 4 eggs with 1 glass of sugar and beat with vanilla until thick peaks, add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sifted flour 1 cup. Take any glass, it is important that both flour and sugar be one at a time (there are their own proportions). Don't knead the dough for a long time, that's all. Add a bag of baking powder with flour (I take a small Overt). You can make it without baking powder and soda, but add starch. Rather, do not add, but replace 1 st. l. flour for 1 tbsp. l. starch. Top spoons. Pour the dough into a preheated multicooker, flatten and pour the sliced apples evenly. Apples can be pre-dipped in cinnamon and sugar. When the dough rises, they will be in the middle of the cake. Close the cover, turn the valve to the position between the locks. Bake for 15-20 minutes in frying or biscuit mode, without opening the lid, transfer to heating for another 30-40 minutes. To prevent charlotte from getting burnt, girls on the forum use silicone rugs, silicone molds, and parchment. And I just bake in the oven. My household is very fond of peeling the sugar crust on top, but it only turns out in the oven and on the dough without using baking powder.
I also tried to bake this recipe in a conventional multicooker on baking 130 degrees for 80 minutes. The dough rose very well, baked, did not burn, well, straight air, not a biscuit. Only there is no crust.
Once again I am convinced that there is nothing better in baking than an oven. But, for bread - only a bread maker !!!
Well, why not like this ...
Irus
Hello!! Tell me how to set up a delayed start correctly, what time is set first? What I do not put turns on after 5 seconds.
solesito
First - the current one, and then - when it should be ready and OK, not after how much but a specific time, for example, I put the porridge at 23-00 and should be ready at 7-30 and OK

Well, here I am ripe for the purchase. I ordered a French woman, I'm waiting)
I was surprised that the cheapest thing in France that I found was 160 euros, while in Moscow's Eldorado cartoon costs 5500 rubles. It turns out decently cheaper. It's strange.
I have a small, but not very successful, experience with a pressure cooker. Smokehouse-pressure cooker unit. So the quality of the product was immediately upset. Well, China is China! Although I was happy with the pan. But, I burned her (((
So in Moulinex, the quality won over. I hope I will not be disappointed.
Alexey 180
Can I buy a separate bowl? What if the coating deteriorates?
a.paduchak
Can be ordered in serv. center

Despite the fact that my mule is still on the way, yesterday I got acquainted with the collection of recipes. I want to say thank you so much for your work, dear compiler! Lots of useful information, especially for beginners)
Only at the end of the collection I would like a link where I could thank you))
Lisichkalal
Well, I took my beauty. Tell me please. I want to swagger about French soup. On the stove, it is made like this: beef broth for about 1 hour, then there are whole leeks, carrots, turnips, onions, a quarter of a whole cabbage head. Cook for another hour. Then there are whole potatoes, salt, seasonings and bring to readiness. How to do this in a mule? What modes and how long. Potatoes, too, lay not spliced, but at the very end? Orientate, please. If the soup works out, then the recipe is mine
Lisichkalal
Sorry, I'm writing from the phone) * I want to cook ...
OlgaMSK
Lisichkalal, beef broth for 15 minutes on quick cook, vegetables along with potatoes and salt for another 15 minutes, then open the lid and pour in the spices. Potatoes are not boiled, checked
Lisichkalal
Olga, thank you!
I cooked it, it turned out very tasty, straight in French, I didn't even expect it)
but cooked longer, because this soup is made decently boiled.
At first I put the meat on quick cooking for 30 minutes, it was not cooked, I started it for another 30 minutes.
Then she strained the broth.
I put vegetables, meat in a bowl and poured broth up to the maximum mark.
And again for 30 minutes.
The fry digested the vegetables, it could have been about 20 minutes. But, surprisingly, I was most worried about the potatoes, and they are just safe))
The onion, parsnip root and turnip are steadier. But the meat is super-duper)
The recipe is behind me))
Lisichkalal
And as for the mule itself, then the beauty, of course! look nice. Well done, which is also good. Gains and relieves pressure quickly. Liked the automatic steam dump.
I expected it to be more accommodating. For me, I would add a couple more liters)
These are my first impressions.
agv
Somehow the heating mode works very weakly. It takes 20 minutes to warm up the pilaf, the same with a piece of meat and potatoes.
In my opinion, if you need to heat something, then it is better to choose the cooking mode and in a minute there is already hot food. Or am I misunderstanding something?

P. S.pliz tell me how on this forum, can you search in this thread for a specific word (for example - warming up)?

Thank you

Please help me choose a multicooker-pressure cooker! For 2 months I studied all kinds of models of multi-cookers and multi-cookers, pressure cookers! I like:

Brand 6051, Moulinex7011 Cook 4 me, Moulinex 503132.
I cannot decide because all these multicooker are imperfect. Brand 6051 is embarrassed by the long set of pressure and the fact that only 130 degrees is the highest temperature (an exception is the frying mode, in which it is 160; in Moulinex7011 Cook 4 me, there are no multicooker programs at low temperatures (stewing, simmering, yogurt, baking , milk porridge) and buttons for rapid release of steam, in Moulinex 503132 - the absence of a mode for turning off the automatic heating before cooking (although I still did not understand - is it so fundamentally important?) and the fact that the O-ring strongly absorbs odors after cooking (by the way , Brand 6051 has the same problem!), I don’t know if this flaw can be eliminated. And yet, does anyone know if there are Brand service centers in Ukraine, and more specifically in Odessa? This information is also needed to determine the choosing a multicooker, because if there are no service centers in Ukraine, then in the event of a multicooker breakdown, sending it to another country for repair is inconvenient and expensive! I really hope for someone's help!
Mila61
Dear Natalia! A perfect multicooker has not yet been invented and there is no better quality Moulinex 7011 Cook 4 me yet. Ideally, have 2 or 3 if your budget allows. I cook porridge and pilaf exclusively in a small cartoon MK300E30, but meat, borscht - in our eared eared. They, multicooker, complement each other. I have been using it for 3 years and am very happy with both. If we have no problems with the service center in Mariupol, then even more so in Odessa!
fsinger
Thanks for the answer! As for the service centers in Odessa, there are, of course, many of them, but I need to know if there are centers where Brand multicooker is being repaired.
Mila61
Lisichkalal
Natalia, I had a Unit pressure cooker. Perhaps I'm wrong, but it seems to me that not, that Unit and Brand are very similar in quality.
So Unit and Moulinex cannot be compared in terms of build quality, material, etc.
Well, see for yourself about the functionality.
Good luck with your choice!

Tell me, is there a built-in recipe for Light Chocolate Cream in the Russian version of the mule? I didn't find it on the Mulinex website, but maybe not all the recipes have been posted there yet?
today my husband asked to make a recipe in a mule), they chose this cream.
what my surprise was when I got a cream that is used to stuff eclairs in French pastry shops.
perhaps this is a well-known recipe, but I am far from making desserts, so the discovery))
milk, egg, sugar, starch and cocoa. That's all. Is the recipe known? Or put it out if it is not in the Russian multi menu?

Mila61
Svetlana! Of the desserts in the Russian version there are: steamed apricots, chocolate cake, spicy pears, pineapple in syrup, biscuit, compote. I would be grateful for the recipe for the cream
Alexey 180
Of course, lay it out, it won't be superfluous!
Lisichkalal
well, fine, french soup and cream for me)) I'll try to quickly)

Tell me who cooked fries in this mule. Can I use the steam rack? Or just in a saucepan and take out with a slotted spoon.

Why does it take 7 minutes to cook the same pilaf and at least 20 minutes to reheat? As for me, this is not entirely normal or am I wrong?
20-25 minutes to wait until warmed up is quite long
Elena 45
Lisichkalal,
Please post it in the cartoon anyway differently. Thanks in advance.
solesito
I do not see the point of warming up in a cartoon, to support it in the mountains. state, yes, and heating in microwave ...
solesito
Svetlana, thanks for the reference, I didn't even think about this option for using the heating function ..... I will definitely cook it!
Lisichkalal

I didn't think it would either, it's just that this recipe is built into my French mule)

I've already made pilaf a couple of times according to this recipe 🔗 (chicken with rice) and everything was ok. Today I decided to make pilaf for 6 people (I used to do it only for 2 and 4). I cooked everything identically as it says there (only I decided to add water not 450 grams, but 550).After warming up, the multicooker could not help but switch to the cooking mode and gave error 21 (lack of water for cooking under pressure). I opened it, added another 200 grams (although there was visually water there), turned on the program again and after warming up it gave the same error. I tried to turn it on / off from the outlet, then I added another 300 grams of water, well, after warming up, I again gave an error about the lack of water. I had to throw out all the ingredients, because they already had the appropriate appearance (it was no longer pilaf, but porridge).

The multicooker is practically new (I cooked on it five times), but I decided to also rinse the rest of the parts (valves, etc., along with the vat, although they were like new). Then I decided to check if the cooking mode works at all. I poured 150 grams of rice for the dough, the same amount of water, turned on the program (chicken with rice), well, after warming up, it quietly switched to the cooking mode.

Can you please tell me what exactly am I doing wrong?
solesito
That's right, the valve is clogged somewhere. I rinse the valves and lid after every (or almost every) cook ....
Lisichkalal
Atne tell me where was the error table?
it gave me number 24, I also decided that there was not enough water.

Please tell me this recipe is generally adequate 🔗 (chicken with rice)? There, for example, for 4 servings, 300 grams of rice, they suggest pouring only 300 grams of water.
In a multicooker, for the same recipe (there are minimal differences) and the number of people, he suggests pouring 750 grams of beef broth (in general, I noticed that where water is written on the site, beef broth is written in a multicooker. Why is that?). So how much water should you add to the rice? Here somewhere the infa slipped that it was necessary to pour 1 to 1. But purely for the experiment I tried to cook rice separately (pouring water 1 to 1) and it turned out to be not quite ready and very dry (all the water evaporated).
agv
Again, I gave error 21 that there is not enough water. I made pilaf according to the recipe above ( 🔗 ) for 4 servings, poured not 300, but 450 grams of boiling water. After that, he did not go into the cooking mode, he brings it to maximum heating and turns off.
After I opened the lid, there was really no water there. What am I doing wrong? Or is the multicooker broken?
Should steam come out of the steam hole during heating?

In general, for the experiment, I poured so much water into the multicooker that the pilaf was swimming there. Then the multicooker went into cooking mode. Pilaf then naturally had to be thrown out.

For the experiment, he poured 125 grams of rice into an empty pan and poured 150 grams of water. The multicooker has switched to the cooking mode after warming up. By the way, half of the rice was not cooked at all. What 1 to 1 water for rice, they say here - is not clear.

del
alica10153
Sometimes it gives me error 21, but I just re-enable quick cooking without adding water (if there is one in the multitask). It happens that from the second time pressure is gained, if not - then from the third for sure!
