I get rid of this plaque with table vinegar. And I do not even pour in liter bottles, but just cover the bottom slightly. And so everything goes perfectly. I don't even rub anything - it just disappears

On weekends, in the morning, I cooked milk porridge for breakfast, put it on plates, washed the bowl with hot water, wiped it dry with a paper napkin (this is an important point. On a dry bowl, plaque is much more noticeable!).And if a visual inspection shows that the plaque is somehow too much, then vinegar into the bowl, and back to the cartoon. I close the lid so that the smell of vinegar in the kitchen does not stand. On "Warming up" and "Maintenance ..." I do not turn it on, because the bowl after washing is already pretty warm. So it costs 30 minutes or an hour - slowly have breakfast, drink some coffee.

1. Semolina porridge:
Cooked 1: 6 (100 g semolina per 600 g water). She stirred semolina, salt, sugar in water, smeared the sides of the pan with oil. I put the program. one of the cereals for 5 minutes. - semolina is brewed in layers, lumps. I tried to cook with a large addition of water - it writes, a mistake, a lot of liquid, and spits out porridge and slurries from it. Each experiment ends with porridge in lumps in the trash. What should I do?
2. Oatmeal:
Cooked 1: 4 (oatmeal, water) prog. "Wheat" decreased by 4 min. - the multicooker wrote that there was a mistake, there was a lot of liquid and was spitting liquid. today I cooked 1 to 3.5 - as if nothing, but also porridge separately, and the slurry on top of the porridge separately. There is no uniformity.
At the same time, on YouTube and forums, they show and write that semolina is obtained without lumps. Please, help!
