I used just such a small grain "Polenta"
Polenta - Corn Porridge (Panasonic SR-TMH 18)

Cooking method

  • Cooking in multicooker Panasonic.
  • I put everything in a saucepan at once, mix well.
  • Include mode "Milk porridge" and bring it to readiness.
  • Polenta - Corn Porridge (Panasonic SR-TMH 18)

Note

The porridge turns out to be surprisingly soft, tender, juicy and tasty! I recommend cooking!
If you add a little less milk, you get something like a casserole that can be cut into pieces.
Bon appetit, everyone!

I cook in a Redmond slow cooker, and it turns out delicious too! how great it’s that technology doesn’t stand still - it’s easier for hostesses

I always add jam or jam to porridge to give it sweet

Why is it so hard with you? Or do you just need to pour more milk so that it looks like oatmeal? And yet, maybe you know, you can cook such a volume of porridge in a 3-liter saucepan?

The consistency of the porridge depends on the absorbency of the cereal liquid, and the time of absorption. In this recipe, the porridge does not taste hard, the cereal grabs so. BUT it could have been more milk (add water). Corn porridge is just generally capricious and not for everybody.

In a three-liter saucepan, cook porridge from ONE measuring cup of cereal and liquid 3.5-5 cups, depending on the desired consistency of the porridge. Well, you can put 1.5 measuring cups of cereal - that's about 2-3 servings of porridge.
