Gulechka, no matter what, I congratulate you on your purchase of a yogurt maker - with time you will appreciate the purchase of this device. Now you will get the hang of making sour milk with sourdough - and you will feed your goodies and usefulness
fronya40
and yesterday my friend bought a DEX 108 yogurt maker in the metro, and he made yogurt with homemade milk!
Guylechka
Girls! Thank you for your congratulations . Yesterday night I added a little sugar to the jar (I was too lazy to get any berries out of the freezer) and ate it - it went well, but mine bastard his beloved son refuses yogurt for the second day, no matter what I suggest to stuff into it ...
Rina
and play by contradiction? "I won't give it, it's just for me!" and they were happy to gobble up yogurt in front of my son ... sometimes it works for mine.
Guylechka
Rinochka! With mine, such tricks do not work, you cannot fool him on chaff! At that time, when he was very tiny and it was necessary to feed him with vegetable puree, and it’s nasty like: - \ I don’t know what, I used to say "ah, what a delicious little girl!" Our dad today, finishing his second glass, tried to talk it over, but they (son) are adults, they have their own opinion on everything, "I said, I don't want to - so I don't want to!" Well, what is May, then May ...
Guylechka
A neighbor today, that is, yesterday, reported - happy aaa, like an elephant, they, unlike us, swept all the yogurt in one sitting and said "delicious, but not enough!" She used to make yogurt in a thermos, by the way, and she told me "why do you need this yogurt maker - do it in a thermos", and then she got infected from me and also wanted to, so she says that this is the best
Scarecrow
I saw a new yogurt maker from Tefal live in the store. Nice:

Yoghurt maker - selection, reviews, questions about operation (1)

It is for making yogurt, cottage cheese, desserts. Water is poured into the pallet and the jars are poured over with steam at a temperature depending on the selected mode. Here. Worth dofiga.
Antonovka
Scarecrow,
Natasha, what a pretty yogurt maker, I have not seen one yet. I have Moulinex, a new one, she is only a year old, but it warms ungodly, I don't know what to do, even Dap is worth it?

When cooking, spread with paper towels in several layers. Or a folded cloth. Helps.
It costs about 7. In different stores in different ways. This is not the cheapest price, I think you can find it a little cheaper. I liked the design, stainless steel, the pallet rises (on which the glasses stand), water is poured into it, the glasses themselves are very pleasant. In short, the execution is good. I touched it all up, lifted the lids, read the instructions (there are desserts, yoghurts, cottage cheese).
Antonovka

No, well, 7 is very expensive. Let's look for

Natasha, even a mat made of thermal insulation of the car (a la tourist, only thinner) does not help me - overheating by 10 degrees Therefore, I think that paper towels will not help me

And how is overheating expressed? Collapses, exfoliates? I have a mule too.
Antonovka
I inserted the temperature probe immediately after cooking - in the jars on the sides - the temperature was about 48 degrees, in the middle - about 50 And, for about a year, the mat helped, and now Mulya started to spread Yes, and the serum from above
Scarecrow
I have it, too, is clearly warmer than 38 degrees. I mean, the jar feels when you take it out. But everything is fermented perfectly (if they had died there, the process would not have been going on), the whey does not separate.
Antonovka
Understand, at first I was wondering how many degrees there were - so I put in the temperature probe - there was overheating, changed. The service said that you were still lucky - the girl had a yogurt maker boiling milk. The second Mulya warmed less, but now the trouble is - the cans feel closer to hot
I don't always have serum.
if they died there, the process would not go
This phrase consoles me

Girls, saw the news:

I wonder if this model will really maintain the set temperature so effectively, or is it more of an advertisement - like a fruit dryer - set 35 C, and you have all 70 C
rusja
: bye: Straight surrealism of some kind and a revolution of yoghurt consciousness, this yoghurt maker with glasses
irysska
Yes, in my opinion, 0.25 cups - it will be too big for one portion and inconvenient The main thing is not in the cups - the main thing is the temperature (as the developers apparently thought, well, with such success it would be possible to put two glasses of 0.5 l in a yogurt maker )
Risa
And for us, such a volume is the very thing). You can pour in 200 g. If someone has already purchased, please leave your comments.

And I'm not saying that the yogurt maker is not convenient. Simply, in my opinion, 4 glasses is not enough. And if you pour 200 g each, then there won't be a liter. And how to make cottage cheese in it

Ira, I understand what it is called Vivo ThermoMaster 201 or not? It’s just some kind of novelty, I also want to give my DEKH-108 child of relatives for the anniversary of my birth, and I myself am in thought to look after this, so that the cups and the bowl and other containers could enter there. All this was in Deha.
I am interested in rectangular yogurt makers like Klatronic, Tefali, will there be any other object, a jug, for example, with fermented baked milk, or is the bottom uneven and there is not enough space?

Well, yes, this is the Vivo yoghurt maker, which was announced for so long on the Vivo starter culture website. And what do you want to get rid of Dex (nothing that "on you")? Are you unsatisfied or just tired of it? Did it overheat with you or not?
Regarding Klatronic, I can’t say anything - I don’t know, but that you don’t put anything in Tefal, it’s definitely. Tefal does not match its quality, with its overheating.
rusja
Everything is much simpler, they ordered a yoghurt maker for a gift, but I don't have much time to go around the shops, so I decided to give my own, it is normal, it does not overheat, only in the summer, in the heat, I also cooked sour cream in it in a wide, 900- gram jar and fermented baked milk in a 1.5 liter jug.The only thing is that it does not have a single button, it is only plugged into the network with a plug and plastic cups are pulled out of it, but they are comfortable.
irysska
Olya, I myself have a Dex 108, happy. And the shutdown button would certainly not hurt. And the fact that almost any container can be stuffed into it is a big plus
tatynka90
Good afternoon everyone !!! I, too, could not make a choice for a long time, but then I still chose Moulinex. There are no complaints or complaints. If it overheats, it is quite insignificant. And the goddaughter was given as a gift to Daewoo, so they are crazy about her. There is a timer and an automatic shutdown. And the jars are comfortable.
Guylechka
By the way, I am also happy with my purchase - Vinis 7000, my yoghurt is prepared in 5-6 hours, it turns out thick and tasty, and you can also put a heat-resistant saucepan or salad bowl in my yoghurt maker (I've already tried it on), well, if I feel like it or make more yogurt, or curd ...

Oh, tell us about DEX108. Overheats. how is it to use. I wanted to buy VINIS, but they say it overheats, and they say DEX is not. And I want to make curd and yogurt and kefirchik. In general, I want to transfer my husband to a healthy diet. so that he lost 60 kg! I have found now the cheapest DEX108 for 140 UAH. It seems that the money is not that much. Still wondering if it is possible to put glass cups from other yogurt makers there?
rusja
nvk
This is a very good price, and the yogurt maker is practically trouble-free, you can push and insert almost everything into it, I already wrote in my post above that I made fermented baked milk and sour cream. Only if the dishes are higher and the lid is no longer closed, then I just wrapped the whole thing with a blanket and got a wonderful finished product in the morning. I tried to leave it open, it turned out for a long time and some subcooled ryazhenka came out - not dense

Where did you manage to find such a price? Do you know the secret places?
As I already said, I am very pleased with my Dex 108 - small, compact, but at the same time quite spacious due to the height. I can't vouch for all Dexas - but my copy doesn't overheat. Almost any jars can be supplied - from poured cups from other yogurt makers to baby food jars or 4 mayonnaise 0.25 each.
There are no problems with a bowl for cottage cheese either - a native plastic bowl can be replaced with any suitable glass one. My conclusion: this yogurt maker performs its functions very well and I do not regret that I bought it. Plus, it fits so comfortably on the microwave

Yes, not for that. My girlfriend also decided to get Dex - so I'll drop her reference, let her shop. And I bought mine in the Metro for 180 UAH. - well, I could not wait for delivery from the online store, and in Poltava, it was not available anywhere

Well, if you add more delivery, then somewhere on top it turns out UAH 20 will be, and maybe 25. As a result, almost 180!

Maybe someone will be interested, so I picked up jars of baby food, and I make yogurt in them.
Yoghurt maker - selection, reviews, questions about operation (1)

Do you get only drinking yoghurt in these bottles, or do you manage to eat it with a spoon?
Galinka-Malinka
rusja I couldn't get it thick, what could I eat with a spoon
rusja
Strange, but in my DEHE-108, almost immediately they were thick and with activity and with VIVO. Even when I re-fermented from ready-made yogurt in a slow cooker, it also turned out thick, but not as homogeneous as in my own yogurt maker and slightly sour. Maybe you haven't found your recipe yet?
MATI
Good evening everyone!
I need help, I need to find somewhere a scanned book of recipes for Tefal yogurt maker !!!! Where can this be done?
Thank you.

bought Severin JG 3519 (14 jars), came from the store, made yoghurt after 1.5 hours .. the lid that closes with the yoghurt maker cracked with small cracks on one side,: girl_cray: but I didn’t sweat the lid on the paper, and went look for what it can be replaced with. Found it. A lid for use in a microwave oven came up, bought it, fit perfectly. The hole in the lid was carefully sealed with foil. Since the lid is higher, now you can put the cans more and in height ... There is overheating, but I cut the circles out of thick cardboard (3 circles) and put them down, now it overheats at least less.

Wasn't it easier to change the yogurt maker? After all, since the lid cracked after the first preparation, it means that there was a factory defect!
Guylechka
BON BON ! I take off my hat to your calmness - I would already be hysterical ...

I don't really want to go to the store, write papers, wait for repairs and ... honestly, I have been using it for so much ... the first days almost every day, it worked out well, but now something (I don't know what happens) once after a time. I switched to bifidobacterin (I ferment in a can on a battery, and then in cans). It is no longer possible to make yogurt (so that the spoon stands), only it turns out to be drinking. I also did lactobacterin, only 2 times it turned out out of 10 (and the smell is strange). Soon I will go to St. Petersburg and buy vivo sourdough, maybe I like it. Patience: when everything worked out, he was enough. And now...
Maryana61
I have an old yogurt maker still 90 years old, I make yogurt and sour cream VIVO and GOOD FOOD sourdough in it, yogurt is thick, a spoon is worth and sour cream is the same thick from 10% cream. Ryazhenka did it in cartoon.

Photo of a rarity in the studio, it is interesting to see how your yogurt maker looks. Doesn't it overheat, like most modern analogues? True, you need to discuss the yogurt maker in a slightly different topic, otherwise the moderator will slap us

And who has seen such beauty:

Yoghurt maker - selection, reviews, questions about operation (1)

Tefal Multidelice YG652
Number of jars 12
Material glass
Optional LCD display, Beep at the end of the program
Issue price from $ 155 to $ 170
Here's what they write in the model review:
"The body of the device is very original and significantly differs from other devices in its uniqueness. The base of the yogurt maker is rectangular, made of black plastic, the decorative panel beveled to the working chamber, encircling the entire device around the perimeter is made of polished stainless steel. The central part of the front panel is expanded and contains control buttons and information display.
The rectangular working chamber can accommodate up to twelve square cups with rounded corners made of glass. The cups are equipped with plastic lids and special trays for draining the whey necessary for making cottage cheese.
The design of the cover, made of high quality plastic, provides for the presence of both side handles and one central one.
Using the control buttons, you can select the program and the cooking time, after which the yoghurt maker switches off automatically, which is very convenient and practical.
The price of the device can hardly be called democratic, but a device that can easily cope with the preparation of a huge number of a wide variety of dairy desserts of any complexity level is worth it.
Tefal Multidelice YG652, is one of the best yoghurt makers on the market, the frequent use of which in your kitchen is beyond any doubt, because in addition to the health benefits that industrial products cannot provide, the drinks prepared in it are very tasty and you want to cook them over and over again.
Exact adherence to the preparation conditions for each type of fermented milk products ensures the receipt of the highest quality products with the best value characteristics. Easy and well-thought-out controls and extremely attractive appearance bring pleasure from using this model of yogurt maker. "

irysska,
I saw and Scarecrow - alive !!!!!!!! I immediately wanted to buy it - it is so cool, but I already have a yogurt maker: (((But I now want this !!!
I am copying a correspondence with one of the cocontainers, may she forgive me - there is no time to retype

Found on another site a review of the new Tefalka

🔗

All! Bought Tefal YG6528. Cool device. After 8872 ... like heaven and earth!

Now there is an instruction and a recipe book in Russian.

Advantages:
1) 3 modes, as TMN wrote: the temperature depends on the mode, the time is set manually. Very comfortably.
2) Very convenient square jars expanding upward.
3) Very convenient installation of jars (in a stand) in a yogurt maker:
- you can put an arbitrary number of jars (the rest of the places are simply closed with lids)
- after the end of the fermentation process on the stand, the jars can be easily put into the refrigerator. very ergonomic.

Disadvantages:
1) price
2) at the end of the process, it beeps until you press the start button. I haven't found a way to overcome it yet.

So far, only yogurt was put. Now I am negotiating the purchase of "curd" sourdough on ebay.

If anyone has any questions, I'm ready to answer.
mode 1 - yogurt

thermometer - graduation 0.5С, lay on a stand between the cans (this is not the bottom, at the level of the top of the cans).

room - 27-28С

in a yogurt maker: after 10 minutes - 37C, then, as it seemed, it was fixed at half a degree every 10 minutes. He stayed up to 38C. From some time to the end of 43C.
3 temperature programs: 43 ° C for yoghurt (8 h), 36 ° C for fresh cheese (15 h) and 85 ° C for dairy desserts (45 minutes).

so everything is as stated.

irysska,
Here, Irin, and imagine my feelings! She's so awesome! But I have an overheating Mulke with a timer for about a year ((I don't throw my hand out - I use it as much as I can
Lenusya
What a cool yogurt maker, I want one too !!!!!! , but I have an old Tefal .... And what would you order to do with it (it seems like it’s a pity to throw it out and overheats a little, torment, in general) .... I still want this new one

Now I accidentally stumbled upon a site where you can order replacement jars for Moulinex and Tefal yogurt makers: 🔗 (I was there, about 6 years ago, I ordered spare parts for the washing vacuum cleaner)
True, they have a price: a set of jars (7 pcs) for moulinex 996 rubles, for Tefal (8 pcs) 1083 rubles.
Antonovka
And I had an experiment in the store - cheaper cans from Severin calmly climbed into Moulinex with a timer
Rimma71
Yeah, this thing is cool - Tefal Multidelice YG652... I also saw it in Stockman. But for me - too big. I use a cheap Arietka + thermostat, I'm happy so far.
Vespa
I already own Tefal Multidelice YG652! Thing! By the way, the instructions say that there is another 6-can version and the recipes are given in two versions. I made yogurt, fermented baked milk and cottage cheese. Used by Narine. It is very convenient to make cottage cheese. Thanks to the plastic drain cups. 1.5 l. milk, 100 gr. fresh cottage cheese, 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice. As a result, the most delicate cottage cheese, to which even sour cream did not want to be added. No stress.
