if there is 1500 r - then Moulinex 141 without a timer (you still need to put it in the refrigerator right away - the timer is a useless waste of money)
but moulinex also overheats - then only in serv. the center to contact and it is better to buy a thermostat (approx.

Arietta, Daewoo is cheaper, smile - but again, no one gives a 100% guarantee that it will work as it should

I have one. Interestingly called - Dairy cuisine. Just got it. I make yogurt a second time. The first time I put it at 8 o'clock. It seemed to me a little overheated. There was a little bit of serum. Now I will reduce the time. Let's see what happens.

The other day I became the owner of the Dairy Kitchen. Before that there was Mulya. Now the family has grown and a liter is spent in two days. my husband said - buy it so that it was a bucket (he loves very strong snot - sour things like Narine, in Turkey it comes off on their yogurt, which is served for breakfast and for salads).
And about overheating. I always thought that the problem was not in the yoghurt maker, but in the process, that reproduction gives an extra degree. And then I read that someone measured the temperature of the water in the jars .......
I also bought it to refresh the rye sourdough.
First impressions are good, I'm comfortable, I don't have to pour anything into the cans and wash the cans. Takes up little space.
Risa
anika970, murza, is your dairy kitchen overheating? And how do you sterilize a plastic container?
Antonovka
And my Mula with a timer (one-year-old) began to overheat a lot. Or rather, she was overheating anyway, but I was saving myself with an insulating mat - now for some reason it doesn't help (although it's still the same plump) - there is a tempo around the edges. 46-47 degrees, in the middle as much as 49 I don't know what to do

Take to your ranks!
Since yesterday, the owner of a yogurt maker (as always, thanks to your favorite forum - after carefully studying the question, I realized that if you want good yogurt without problems, you need a yogurt maker!)
New assistant - DAEWOO-INTERNATIONAL- DI-9261
There is a request to add the brand of my yogurt maker to the survey
(Means DAEWOO)
I believe that there are many owners of this particular brand
By the way the question
Voice can be transferred from "other" on Daewoo !?

Marusya, model DI-9261: in the internet it costs about a thousand, we have 1500 rubles in the city.
Yesterday I bought the same one in Technosila (St. Petersburg) for 1599-00
(Before me it cost 1499-00)
I found out that the price had changed only at the checkout. I didn't want to argue over 100-00 rubles. The choice was between Mule, Tefalka and Daewoo.
Tefalka was for 1799-00 (it is written that with a discount) Caps are some well, quite funny
Mule for 1500-00. But I liked Daewoo more.
More impressively done. Again, the fact that there is a timer was not unimportant
It's a pity Daewoo doesn't have a date on the caps
And spare jars would not be superfluous at all
Yogurt will be ready soon
I'm sitting waiting!

As the Dairy Kitchen was used, an interesting detail emerged. In this device, the bucket is made of plastic. I make yoghurt from Evitalia and fermented baked milk, so I have to put it two or even three times a day. And while the finished product is cooling, I decided to adapt other containers to the yogurt maker. So, a liter glass jar really heats up more than a plastic container. Therefore, I switched to plastic cans from cocoa and Baskin Robins ice cream.

Yogurt is ready !!!!!
Wonderful, delicious.
Did
Structure
1 liter of milk house in the village -3.2%
1 box of activia yoghurt with bacteria (no additives) 170 ml

Process

1) Heated the milk to a boil.
2) I cooled it by about an eye to keep it warm
3) I put yogurt from a jar in a saucepan with milk
(thumped entirely)
4) mixed with a blender with a whisk attachment
5) Set the timer to 8 hours
6) I put 3 jars in the refrigerator after 6 hours - there was already dense yogurt
7) After 8 hours, put the remaining 4 jars in the refrigerator

Summary
Delicious. More delicious than the original.
We ate with ground chocolate, tried angelica with honey (funny!)
6-hour and 8-hour jars do not differ in taste

I repeated today
Everything is the same and the same
Yesterday there were 7 jars - today only 6
The only difference
Yesterday, the milk was up to a boil - that is, the hat did not allow to rise
And today the cap went up
But still somehow amazing !!!!!

Who has a VIVO yogurt maker - share your impressions.
Marusya
I saw her at the vivo starter culture sales office. But it is not for sale, there is no price for it yet. I also want to know the impression about this yogurt maker. As the manufacturers promise, it will be equipped with a thermostat.

Congratulations: girl_claping: Write as a result! Did it work or not
I am reporting on the result. Yoghurt was made with sourdough from Activia (per liter of milk - 3 tablespoons of Activia). The yoghurt was ready in 7 hours. It turned out to be very good, rather thick, and what is most important for me - it does not reach for a spoon at all. In the process of cooking, I felt the cups - absolutely not hot, the heating of the cups is uniform, body temperature. Summary: I am very pleased that I chose this model - it is cute, compact, cups are easy to replace if something happens, and the yogurt turned out to be excellent

Thanks for the congratulations. Yes, I'm going to. Yesterday I bought Good Food starter cultures for yogurt, symbiotic and bioreactor, and Activia was just in the refrigerator, so I decided to use it. As a beginner in this business, I cannot figure it out: some say that VIVO is a good starter culture, others say that it is Good Food. They are equal in price, only the manufacturers are different. Then which of them will give the palm. What will the professionals say?

And another question: in the advice of Elena Bo, and in the instructions for the yogurt maker, it is written "Do not move the yoghurt maker during the preparation of the product, avoid places where vibration is possible, for example, on the refrigerator." Why it is impossible to do this, that is, move during work Enlighten, please (about the draft, I myself understand)
Zvezda askony
I'm not a pro, I'm just learning
You can buy VIVO from us
I was pleased with the availability of quality certificates
Tried yogurt with lactulose, beefit
very much!!!!
By the way, the Daewoo yogurt maker coped with her task even with a voltage of 170!
The coffee machine sighed and went on strike! (True, the light is on - but that's all)

Bacteria get scared and eat worse
This is me thinking aloud - but the truth is somewhere near this assumption
fronya40
I did it for the night, heated the water, put the jars and the next morning nothing happened ... it's so pitiful, a little bit so thick and that's it.
probably because of the temperature ...
Rina
fronya40, what kind of water did you heat, where did you put the jars?
fronya40
Like some kind of plumbing, ordinary. heated it to 42 degrees and closed the lid.
Rina
in a yogurt maker?

: mail1: FORGIVE ME ALL. I read so many recommendations yesterday that I wrote the wrong topic, I wrote this, Solokha, about a slow cooker .. go crazy .. I think = what kind of water ?? and today they will bring them to me - yesterday I wrote out the yogurt maker Vinis, I’ll unsubscribe. And sorry again!
Rina
I got it. I just got curious when the mistake would become clear

Thank you, Iriska, I put 4 jars of activism and 4 jars of Bulgarian yogurt, I will report back tomorrow

I am writing a report. I bought the Vinis VY-1600WC Yoghurt Maker here. 165 hry. There is one big can and 6 small ones. I moved away from my rules - I bought store milk and activations. I made 2 jars with activity and 4 with the bacteria I have. I put it on for 8 hours, at night I heard a squeak, turned it off, closed it with lids and in the refrigerator. The boxes were not hot. but were well warm. In the morning, the result has surpassed itself !!! Wonderful. I always did it in the jar and covered the grill. Then I did it in a multicooker. The yogurt maker is much better. Does not overheat at all. As written, the temperature is 37 degrees. The only ones are small plastic jars. And you can put glass there. a suitable jar?
Rina
frona, I have a dex similar to Vinis. I put jars of baby food, I want to adapt everything to classic mayonnaise. Well, you will put them not 6 (like plastic relatives), but 5. But this is glass that you can safely handle with boiling water, and you can always buy lids.
fronya40
thanks, I will definitely do so.
Rina
where to? To the yogurt maker? give a quote and a link where this is written.

Pour the starter milk mixture into cups, close the cups with lids, place the cups in the yogurt maker. In the yogurt maker, between the cups, pour hot water to the level of the milk in the cups. The water temperature should be +40 .. + 50 degrees (warmer than body temperature). Place the lid on the yogurt maker. Turn on the yogurt maker, time it.

They, as always, "forgot to clarify" that this applies only to the DEKH-107 yogurt maker, (not 108!), Which, they were actively selling with VIVO yogurt, now it seems to be not on their website
Rina
some kind of nonsense ... most likely, they stupidly copied the text from somewhere ... if in the native instructions from the yogurt maker there is nothing about "water between the cups", then you do not need to pour.

they wrote the same for the 108th model
fronya40
wow, thanks! otherwise I could not understand. Yes. it tells about the dex, but I decided for everyone .. I called kipitka. She gave her mn on the site and offered starter cultures, I typed her - to ask how to prepare these starters? But she told me, read everything on the site, but on the site I did not find anything. And who made sour cream from VIVA starter cultures?

well yes. I took the instructions and read it again - there is no such thing about water ...
Rina
you will need to read your own instructions, otherwise some of the starter culture sites have PDF instructions, where pouring water is also indicated for vivo starter cultures

I haven't gotten to this sourdough yet, but I suppose that you just need to stir the sourdough in the cream (at least 15%, otherwise it will be too dietary) and you will have sour cream happiness. On the site, however, there is for her (sour cream) the temperature and the duration of the leaven
