I did everything, everything, everything as in the instructions: washed, warmed up, cooled, washed again. I chose two simple recipes: a simple white one and an egg one. Everything, as it should be, poured, laid out, set the indicators, turned on. It works, it works, it works ... But the dough doesn't mix. At first I think, well, it is she who gradually mixes the flour, after a minute everything will mix. Three minutes pass, I am at a loss ... And then I notice the kneading blades lying on the table, washed and put there to dry !!!!!! I thought of everything, but I could not have foreseen this. I had to stop the program, stick my hands in the uh ... the ingredients and insert the blades. Then everything was fine. But then I decided to check, as indicated in the instructions, the yeast for its suitability. I checked - no foam came out. Well, I think, figs with him - what happens will work. And it turned out, in my opinion, very good for the first time.
