Sweet carrot bread (bread maker)

Ingredients

Fresh yeast 10 g
Sugar 2 table. spoons
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Salt 1.5 tsp
1 egg + buttermilk (or kefir) = 200 ml
Peel the carrots, grate on a small grater 150 g
Flour 450 g
Cinnamon 0.5 teaspoon spoons
Instant oatmeal 2 table. spoons
Vegetable oil 4 table. spoons
Raisins optional

Cooking method

  • Put the grated carrots in a bucket of HP. Heat the yeast, sugar, salt, egg + buttermilk to a "steam" temperature and pour over the carrots. If your HP evens out the temperature before you start mixing, you do not need to heat anything. Sift flour on top, add vanilla sugar, cinnamon, oatmeal. Pour in oil.
