While I tried the Basic mode and on it were made Milk bread, Egg bread and Honey-nut bread - all recipes from the instructions. Most of all, the household liked the honey
And then I bought some bran and also tried the Diet regimen and bread with yogurt.
And then she dispersed altogether and baked bread with the addition of instant cereals in the Basic mode. They are generally for cooking porridge without cooking, but they went perfectly into bread.

Try not to put wet sticky food or food that can melt into the dispenser - sausage, apple, cheese. Better to put on a click - just open the lid and pour in a handful of ingredients. By the way, this will allow you to put in more additives than the dispenser holds. For raisins there is another lotion - after washing and drying the raisins, roll them in flour. This will prevent it from sticking and stir evenly in the dough (this is especially important if the pastry is very soft).

HP does its job, stirring the bulk of the flour - some important processes take place there, "gluten develops", which greatly affects the quality of the dough.
