macaroni
Girls, and the cookies are obtained as shortbread-crumbly or some kind (if you can describe in more detail which one) I really want to get something like an anniversary, but homemade. Sorry, maybe not quite Temko, but I've been dreaming about this for a very long time
lina
Lydia, I cover with paper - I hate washing baking sheets! Or soooooo grease with oil. Do not be afraid, it is not scary and tasty!

macaroni, it doesn't look like an anniversary one. It looks like biscuits and there were such cookies, in the shape of animals - depending on how they are rolled, thinner or thicker.
Lydia
EXPERIENCE !!! The second baking sheet, however, managed to almost burn (I forgot about the fact that it was in the oven ...), but the first one with more cookies turned out great. (y) True, I forgot where my cookie cutters were, since I hadn't baked it for a long time, and cut it out with an ordinary thin glass, but this did not affect the taste. Thank you, the recipe is wonderful - simple and delicious. There were such smells in the apartment that the husband and daughter began to "walk" around the kitchen very early.
Stern
LinaThank you so much for the wonderful cookies!

I didn't punch with him a lot. She threw everything into the harvester, and then passed the dough through the "Lakomka" press. It turned out 2 baking sheets of awesome airy cookies.
I myself did not expect that such a simple set of products would make such a delicious! This is probably the milk syrup gave such an effect.
Bravo, Lina! Milk biscuits

Milk biscuits

Bad cookies! It jumps into the mouth itself!
lina
Stеrn, handsome cookies! To your health! It's usually lighter with me. Very, very glad that you liked it!
Is the air dry at home or not? In winter, all the cookies dries out, I have to hide it under a film with a piece of apple. But this has its plus - the cookies smell like apples! This basin is enough for us for almost a week
Stern
Lina, Thank you! My hubby loves "burnt" cookies, so I fry them.
Who knows what my air is! In any case, our baked goods do not have time to dry.

Apple cookies HERE... I also have it next.
lina
Stеrn It dries up in a day, so I hide everything.

Natusichka, apples in the dough - this is for another delicious cookie, about which Stеrn said, but if the cookie strives to turn into "croutons" (we like soft cookies more) - I put a couple of apple slices in a cup to the cookies (or even an apple skin ) and tighten with a film. Relevant for any cookie that has become too hard. Especially for honey cookies - there is generally an amazing mixture of aromas.
Anyutochka
Thank you very much for the recipe - very tasty and airy cookies are obtained. and the main thing is very easy and fast

Stella, and your dough was not a bun, was it thin, or how did you shove it into the press and, most importantly, shove it out of there?
Stern
Celestinochka, the dough was of the consistency of a shortbread, maybe even thinner, "great in and out."
Siberian
Lina, and I came to you with THANKS for the cookies.
Delicious!!! And just!!!
She rolled it, as you said, with a rolling pin, cut it out with molds. The husband controlled the degree of "frying" ...

On your advice, I hid a slice of apple in a bowl of cookies. The scent .... (here is a smiley face with flowing saliva). And this basin will not be enough for a week - I baked it last night, and today the remains are on the bottom ...
Fadeeva
Hello everyone.
Thank you Lina for the great recipe. I have been looking for shortbread dough with a little fat for a long time. And this is quite sandy and non-nutritious.

From my own little idea, there was syrup, boiled in orange juice with pieces of zest (I made orange ice cream). So I kneaded exactly the same dough, but on the basis of not milk, but orange syrup. It turned out very wonderful. Both the aroma and taste of orange, and crispy-crumbly. And the dried pieces of zest are also very decorating. I understand that the recipe is quite universal - you can experiment. Try it.
Fadeeva
Well, as they say, and then Ostap suffered ...

Orange went with a bang. I decided to bring the experiment to the end and did it on fruit syrup:
Frozen cherries about 2 tbsp. l, 5 strawberries, quenched a little raspberries in a slow cooker without water. you can probably also microwave in defrost mode. Received 0.5 cups of juice. She cooked syrup on it, and then according to the recipe. The flour, however, took a little more dough. But I already understood what consistency it should be. I added raisins soaked in dark rum and raisin rum to the dough. The dough is still in the refrigerator, but it smells !!!!!!!!!!!!! just awful how delicious. I will bake tomorrow - my daughter asked me not to tempt me for the night, because she will not be able to manage and not eat, but we have a figure
By the way, I made three of these "tests" - milk, orange and the above described fruit.
Great idea - cookies with syrup. Hurray, Lina!
Fadeeva
Good morning. With a report.
The fruit cookies turned out to be tasty, crispy, but the dough smelled like divine ... and the finished product of the advance did not justify the Orange, definitely, it turned out better. It retained both the aroma and the taste of orange, while in the fruity one the bouquet faded.
But a light dawned in the tunnel. You can also coffee and chocolate! True, a little later - you must first finish everything.
Zhivchik
lina, I hasten to thank you for the recipe for delicious cookies.
Only I took baked milk.
And such cookies are very tasty with milk.

lina
Fadeeva Three servings? three basins? well done, good luck to you! The coffee will certainly turn out delicious! In flight after your thought - what about making a syrup based on store-bought milkshakes? If you bake a cake on fruit yogurt, both taste and smell are present in the finished dough. The only question is the "chemistry" of this taste ... And the idea is not mine, I dug up this recipe on the Internet about three years ago, when baking for tea was required, and the products were in the refrigerator.

Zhivchik, to your health! Very tasty photo. Did you follow Stella's footsteps, did you drop cookies from the press?

Lina, if this yogurt has flavors, then the smell will remain, but if everything is natural, then I'm not sure.
I used baked milk in my cookies and added a few drops of baked milk food flavor.
As a result, the smell was awesome.

What's it ... From a pastry bag. My hands almost fell off when I squeezed out.
Fadeeva
Lina, after all, I made three doughs, not baked cookies from the whole dough. We can’t eat so quickly. Pek, if necessary, in the morning for tea, one baking sheet, 20 minutes and - it's done.
There is still a piece of the kneaded dough. Lies in the refrigerator in the coldest place, I did not freeze.
these cookies are so delicious, even my daughter eats, and she has a figuuuuura (well, like all teenagers).

Let's finish with this, I want to make coffee and chocolate.
natamylove
Girls, that's mine-
A very simple and economical cookie.
The taste is simple, you can add vanilla, cinnamon, zest.
It turned out to be a MOUNTAIN
Cooking time - it took me 1 hour with kneading, baking and washing dishes.

+ to the author
lina
natamylove, to your health! it takes a little longer for me to cool the dough. I like to make the dough looser, such that it cannot be rolled out without cooling and burning.
Elenka69, try it - it is so simple and delicious at the same time. for those who like to dip in jam or condensed milk - it's generally wonderful. and it turns out really a lot, a whole basin.
Stern
Nooo, don't dunk it anywhere!
It is delicious in itself!
lina
Yesterday I made milk syrup and found out that 37 grams of butter remained. I was sure that there was gr. 140 should be. But there is half a jar of 20% sour cream, approx. 80gr. I didn't notice much difference in the finished cookies. Conclusion - we change half of the oil for sour cream. And if there is village sour cream, in which there is a spoon, I put that instead of butter in the dough, without hesitation.
Crochet
lina
And I got used to when baking cookies to replace half or even all of the butter with cottage cheese, most often low-fat, well, or the one that is currently available!
lina
Crochet
I tried (I spied on Alexandra). Unfortunately, it doesn’t work, my husband can smell the cottage cheese. I tried sour cream. I often replace with sour cream, in muffins - completely, in cookies - partially. usually 10%, but here 20% remained from dumplings. I occasionally take a village one, a third of the jar is eaten, and I have to attach 2/3 to the dough. Baking for my husband, I am a little or not at all. and in it 55 kg ...
Elenka
And here's my cookie. Lina, Thank you!
Now, based on this recipe, I will try to diversify it with aromas.

Lina, I was so impressed with the cookies that I decided to make it only "curly". Then I want to try it with lemon zest, coconut flakes or almonds. I really liked the technology with milk syrup. The recipe is universal!
kipitka
lina, thanks for the recipe! The dough is perfect. But, I did not get evenly baked cookies (((I have a gas oven, I put it on the middle shelf on a minimum fire, and still, the bottom burned more than the top ... Before that I tried to bake on the upper shelf, with more high heat - the same - the bottom is fried - the top is light Bake for 90 grams of butter margarine + 10 grams of drain oil What did I do wrong? Maybe you have an electric oven and bake more evenly?
Fadeeva
I obeyed here about sour cream - and ... it didn't work out at all. It is better not to change the original recipe, well, maybe only a little
We ate, we ate our three batches. Finally eaten, wow! I did a new experiment with coffee with sour cream. The score is higher.
And from sour cream dough, so as not to suffer for a long time, she rolled out the dough in one layer, spread it with jam, cut strips on top - a kind of a la pie. Relatives ate quickly. And now I will only make original cookies. Here

kipitka, I generally mined a spread and also baked in a gas oven.
You have seen the result.
Most likely the reason for the unevenly baked cookies is the oven.

lina
Fadeeva, I do not know how to taste and color according to the recipe, I would like to change everything, which is incurable
kipitka, it's a shame that it happened unfortunately, I can't tell you anything from a gas oven - I never cooked on gas. Do you usually bake well and evenly? I almost always have the bottom of a cookie (any.and for pies the same way) it turns out a little darker than the top - I bake by 180 ... 210 C on the top shelf.
Elenka
I made this cookie again, but this time with raspberry jam syrup. To comply with the name and meaning of the cookie (), I added 2 tbsp. l. powdered milk. A very pleasant taste and aroma turned out! T
Cookies are truly versatile!

Lina, thanks again!
RybkA
I chatted with reviews, but it did not go through me either through a syringe or through a nozzle (where is the evil smiley face?) I had to roll it out manually. It seems that I did not cut it out thickly, but in the oven they pouted soooo that they lost all the forms. In general, now I'll finish it, I'll feed it to my daughter for a test
We urgently need to get them off with something!
lina
RybkA, what's wrong with him? I always roll it out and cut it out with "asterisk" and "flower" molds - it turns out even, neat
It's a shame that your cookies did not work out
RybkA
ruler, do not be offended, but ... it is still not sweet enough for me to see I'm still that sweet tooth. I'll probably go over some thread with glaze ... Who will tell you the recipe so that it would dry well later and not stick to your fingers?
lina
Yes, I am not offended, I am surprised - why are cookies harmful to you ???
I have something unsweetened for someone - they eat with condensed milk

it's not your cookie, probably the marker is not the same
Domovenok
and how much baking powder is needed in grams, otherwise it says 1 p .. I have 18 grams, it seems a bit too much
lina
Domovenok, sorry for the late answer, just got to the point
1 sachet - which says "for 500 grams of flour". Or be guided by your baking powder
lina
Less than a couple of years later - I photographed this cookie!

Lina, thank you very much for the recipe! He saved me today. I'll start from the beginning. Tomorrow, it is not today for my son's birthday, and while sorting out the purchased treats for the children in kindergarten, I found that half of the cookies were broken. ... When I bought it, I did not notice this, since each cookie is individually packaged. So I had to get out of the situation, simply, tasty, quickly. It's night time, and I'm eating cookies. Sorry, but there is no photo, there is nothing to photograph.

As the saying goes "I read it - I was tempted" Decidedly to the kitchen, I did everything (well, almost everything) according to the recipe (I could not resist fantasies: I added 2 tablespoons of poppy seeds to the hot sugar-milk mass) egg + butter, etc. + flour with with a baking powder BUT it turned out to be somehow watery for rolling. I didn't add flour, but put it in a silicone mold with a spoon. Baked for 30 minutes at 200 C in MP on "convection". It turned out not a cookie or a cupcake, but something in between. But soft and tasty! Thanks for the recipe
This is what it looks like: Milk biscuits
Milk biscuits

PS Maybe not a lot, but satisfying!

I found this wonderful recipe and immediately went to the oven. It turned out to be a large portion, so it was enough for both home and work (my husband initially resisted, but I promised him to bake fresh). The recipe went to the people, because several people asked me for it. I didn’t take pictures, because I whipped up the cookies - I didn’t chill the dough, so it was soft - I rolled the balls and kneaded them into cakes. Sprinkled with brown sugar on top. Lina,
argo

1 sachet - which says "for 500 grams of flour". Or be guided by your baking powder

Larochka, I use (well, most often) Dr. Etker's baking powder, and so there is a sachet for 500 gr. flour, contains exactly 2 tsp = 10 gr.

Usually, when I do not know which bag of baking powder is meant by the author of the recipe, I start from the following proportions: for 1 glass of flour - 1 tsp. baking powder

argo
Crumb .. well, I did just that!

the cookies liked it! I made three "thicknesses" so that they could fit into two prototypes .. the first prototype was 0.5cm thick .. the second was 1cm ... on the second there were three places left .. and there was more dough .. divided the remaining dough into three koloboks .. put the oven .. my husband liked it .. the last three gingerbread * JOKINGLY * me, which are 1 cm thick.: rose: children come, let's see what they say ..
the advantages of the recipe are very simple .. such products are always at home .. delicious!
Tverichanka
I am very glad that I reminded about the recipe. Belatedly, I write that I also put in a packet of Dr. Etker. In general, I like all his products. CrochetThanks for the advice on the proportions of flour and baking powder. I also had constant torment about this.
Argo, I'll have to try to make the cookies thicker too. There will be biscuits.
