Cookies Curd sticks

Ingredients

Flour 120-130 g
Butter 80 g
Egg 1 PC.
Powdered sugar 30 g
Cottage cheese 150 g

Cooking method

  • Oil at room temp. mix with powder, add egg, cottage cheese. Stir, add flour and knead into a soft dough. The dough will stick a little to your hands.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured board, about 3-4 mm thick, cut into strips, brush with beaten egg, and sprinkle with any nuts.

Cooking program:

Bake at 180-200g for min 15 until golden brown
