My comments:
I cooked this jam three times. The first time, everything is strictly according to the recipe. The second time I replaced orange juice with lemon. The third time with the addition of cognac. In all three versions, I used dark chocolate, in the 1st version,75%, in the second option-85% and in the third version 100% without sugar (as for me, this is the most delicious). All three options are delicious !!! I highly recommend trying it!

Little baby,

Great! especially that 100% chocolate was the most delicious in this jam.

You can use this jam as a filling for chocolates or for making chocolate-fruit fudge. If sugar is replaced with stevia, then it is generally a dietary option.

Thank you ! Your praise is dearaboutit! In fact, 100% sugar-free chocolate fits perfectly into this jam, but this is for my taste ... my daughter liked absolutely all the options, our dialogue with her after tasting the jam:

- We no longer buy "Nutella"!
- Don, what about the jars?
- Well ... maybe because of the jars ...

What a tasty treat! One of my favorite combinations is bitter chocolate-banana-lemon. I will definitely try it!

Tiny, thanks for the recipe
I had 2 bananas and an incomplete chocolate bar - let me think I'll make jam on bread to smear
I made, tried and decided - there is nothing to spoil such a tasty treat with bread
in short, while in the jar I put half of it somewhere evaporated
in my opinion this is not jam, but an independent dessert - roll your eyes with tea or coffee

Inna, Krosh !!! I come to you with a big thank you and a report.
True, my brain turns off when products are measured in cups .... But I think that with the proportions, I did not deviate much. So, I took:
Bananas 2 pcs. (432 gr. Unrefined, 266 gr. Unpeeled)
Sugar 3 tbsp. l. = 56 gr.
One orange juice (about 70 ml.)
Bitter chocolate (78%) 100 gr.
I got a little more than half a liter of jam-paste. Awesomely tasty, I want to note! Well, you still need more sugar. Something I was greedy

It is tasty to spread on a bun or fresh bread, add to cottage cheese (it turns out a very interesting dessert) and of course just eat with spoons without anything. Jam can also be used as a filling for muffins, cake cream, rolls, etc.

Little one,
and I liked the recipe, I will definitely cook it tomorrow. I think if I add nuts it won't be worse?
Anka_DL
Margit, if you like the flavor combination of bananas and nuts, it certainly won't spoil. But as for me, it is better to add nuts here:

Thanks for the links. In those recipes there are products for me that I try to avoid, these are condensed milk and vegetable oil. The same recipe is ideal in all respects, if you also replace sugar with stevia, then it's generally super!

In which cups do you measure sugar and orange juice? What do we take as a landmark? Faceted glass, glass from MV, glass from HP?
* Anyuta *
And how much cognac was added the "third time"?

In which cups do you measure sugar and orange juice?
* Anyuta *, I was repelled by the generally accepted concept of "cup", 240 ml. ...

And how much cognac was added the "third time"?
A couple of tablespoons, about 30 ml.

Kroshik, I hit different jams here, thought to surprise with banana-chocolate But it turns out Kroshik made it a long time ago.

I say "ancient"

Banana-chocolate jam

I also did it several times, but I didn’t do it with the orange. Made with lemon, regular sugar, dark chocolate and rum. Without citrus fruits, with ginger, Muscovado took sugar (this option is not very interesting).
