Curd cookies

Ingredients

cottage cheese 300 g
butter soft 150 g
wheat flour 1 stcn + 1 st. l.
sugar 3 tbsp. l.
vanilla sugar 1 bag (8 g)
salt taste
flour for rolling

Cooking method

  • Mash cottage cheese with butter, add flour and mix well.
  • Divide the dough into 3 equal parts.
  • Mix sugar with vanilla sugar.
  • Roll out 3 rectangles from the dough on the table, sprinkled with flour. Sprinkle the first rectangle with sugar, put the second rectangle on it, sprinkle with sugar. Do the same with the third rectangle. Roll gently with a rolling pin. And then cut out what you like.
  • Bake at 180aboutFrom 20-30 minutes, the time depends on the oven.

I made 1/2 butter 1/2 margarine crumpet .. but for some reason the cookies turned out sour and thin, cooled down they are generally bitter ... in what place in such a simple recipe could be mistaken, I don't know .. cottage cheese and everything else is fresh It was...
