I mixed everything by hand, without a mixer. My changes - I replaced half of the flour with corn and put cinnamon instead of vanillin (I love its combination with apples). The cookies turned out to be low, but so fluffy, very tender.

Although all the ingredients were exactly the same, only the apples were very cold from the veranda. Koloboks rolled out of the dough and did not spread. Unfortunately, I haven't figured out how to insert a photo yet.

Is it possible that such a small amount of flour can have such an effect? We are waiting for the kettle to boil and the cookies cool))
