Natalia, the dough turns out thick yes. Even when it was ironed into a mold, the top turned out to be uneven .. And during baking it evened out.
Natawa
Thank you!
Leka_s
The second time I baked it, I got overwhelmed and I decided to mix flour with butter-sugar mass, and then combine it with semolina, so I didn't like this option at all, the flour of course mixes well without lumps, but here's the dough ... the first time it was more homogeneous and elastic and the sugar in the dough did not stand out, so make according to the recipe, semolina first, flour last.
What if such observation is useful?
Natawa
Thank you ! I, too, as you added, but my dough on the mixer whisk is already spinning. So I didn’t dilute it with anything! (I added sour cream, an egg, and finally remembered that the beer was in the refrigerator) and baked it in a muffin bowl. I will repeat myself the other day, but without additives, and I want to try it in the multicooker! In general, the recipe is class! thanks to the author. A friend will come from vacation and please her with a recipe (she is allergic to eggs)
Leka_s
yes, and I started to spin, so the second time I decided to knead differently, but the sugar-oil-flour mixture is very difficult to connect with semolina, and the mixer did not even get it (the little one was asleep) I had to knead it with my hand ... in general, the first version of kneading, as in recipe is the best

Duc, I do not argue that the class, just with an egg, sour cream and beer, is aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay, and it should be presented in a hotel temkoy.

Omela, thank you so much for the recipe! He is not killable! Made "strictly according to the recipe"
I came to my parents with a child for the summer. And here ... there are no usual devices such as a microwave oven, multicooker, food processor, pots and pans with a non-stick coating. To complete the picture, they turned off the hot water for the weekend.
But there is an excellent oven and the only form with a non-stick coating (presented by my brother's wife)! Without thinking twice, I began to manually knead the dough. There are no scales, so I took an adapted Mann-th recipe per ml. I usually replace most of the sunflower oil with soft cottage cheese, it was not in the refrigerator. I took ordinary cottage cheese, since it was wet, added sour cream, kefir, mixed it. It turned out something like soft cottage cheese with grains. I didn't mix semolina, I like it that way.
The dough turned out thick, I thought I needed to dilute it. I added more cottage cheese with sour cream. I didn't add apples, I was afraid of an unfamiliar oven, suddenly they won't bake and then the little one will be on his stomach all night.
I baked in the evening, I didn't have time to try, because re required a reboot after an eventful day (flight + trip by car + unfamiliar apartment + grandmother and grandfather whom I managed to forget). I went to bed, but I fell asleep myself.
I liked the result in the oven more than in the multicooker. The pie turned out to be cake-like with a pronounced curd taste. Delicious! Excellent breakfast. Thank you!
I will definitely add apples next time!

Omela !!! Thank you so much for this wonderful cake! I baked it twice, the first one felt something like sunflower oil. But I also liked the children. For the second time I mastered 24 pages of the topic. I almost died laughing, reading about all the exploits of Srimati. As a result: I baked in corn oil, replaced 50g of flour with c / s and added a little more dried cherries with my daughter. It's a super pie! Delicious, delicate and not very moist! Recorded it in their family favorites! Here is a photo! Srimati - Indian Apple PieI am now your fan, I read all the "fatties from Omeloka"

And today I have a lean pie, instead of kefir I took orange juice. It turned out not just tasty, but delicious, I don't even know what tastes better with kefir or juice. So during the fast, a great cake recipe. I will often cook a recipe for other fasting people (I think the author will not mind). And I bake it by tradition in MV, in this case in Brand-502.

Pebble! we did a great job on the mineral water during the fast, and on the juice I can imagine how delicious it is.
Galin
It is really tasty with juice, but the main thing is tasty not only for me, but the cat demanded a piece for himself (when it is clear on kefir, but on the juice he ate a piece of pie anyway, it was delicious).

Girls, rushed to bake a pie, and the semolina turned out to be 90 g. I added starch + flour (there was no such combination yet?) And fuganula apples 4 pcs. I baked it in a slow cooker, and browned it under the airfryer And again it turned out to be shrimati Thank you, Mistletoe, once again for the recipe!
Omela

there was no time to read 24 pages! Thanks Albina, she prompted! means baking on baked goods for 60 minutes without heating! I have a multicooker polaris pmc0517ad more powerful than a Panasonic, so I decided without heating! I can't tell which one it tasted, because it was eaten in my absence. But a small piece was left to me, but the cat stole it and ate it, actually he is picky about food, but he approved of Shrimati. though I threw a lot of seasonings, otherwise I had sunflower oil with a smell, there was no odorless, and my cat loves when there are a lot of seasonings, maybe that's why he ate it.

Which oil should you use with or without the oleina type?
Omela
Let's consider sho shrimati was a success !!!

Refined oil (odorless) is always used in baked goods. I am using corn.

Thank you !
you will have to try with refined oil. I basically guessed that I needed refined, but I didn't want to go to the store !!!
I must somehow repeat my culinary experiment, only with corn oil!
But I think it won't be soon. Although if the recipe involves mixing everything with a mixer and pouring it into the multicooker bowl or somewhere else, then I think you can also bake something else!
Omela
Bake, be sure .. at least just to try .. sho for you the cat harassed.
Albina
If the cat has eaten, then EVERYTHING is in order, they will not eat without being hit.
Melanyushka
I was embarrassed to write, but this is also very surprising to me, such a delicious pie according to this recipe comes out - just a miracle! And the cat eats this pie, it would seem that cheesecake buns are also on kefir, but no! Eats only shrimati. Moreover, he directly reaches for the pieces, try not to give, so persistently touches my hand with his paw, in which I hold the pie, until he receives his porcini.

Why not bake shrimat for me tooYu for kote ?!
Melanyushka
Crumb, but try it, suggest it to your own, maybe it really will like it. I don’t know what attracts him so much, but as soon as I start cutting the pie, my cat is right there - his face up, in his eyes a plea, as if he hadn’t eaten anything for three days, although less than two hours may pass from the time of a diminished cup of meat .. ...

Kroshik, then everything is individual. I like it with an apple and with a cherry (I did it for the first time). I did not weigh the cherry, sprinkled it on my eyes (initially I wanted to make candy out of it). When I began to lay it out, just one layer was enough for a 24 cm mold. I was afraid to mix it into the dough.

I baked it with apples and raisins, added a handful of dried fruit tea mixture to the semolina with kefir, the neighbors and children came running for the aroma, and they ate almost everything. True, there was a taste of vegetable oil, was it my oil that was unsuccessful or did everyone have it? I got drunk like a fool. Well, how can I lose weight after the new year. Well, figs with him, we will learn belly dancing, otherwise there will be nothing to dance without a belly.

Galina, glad you liked. As for oil, you need to use corn oil or reduce the amount of sunflower oil.
