The exact recipe is as follows: I fried 2 large chopped onions in corn oil, mixed with 2 chopped boiled eggs, because according to the recipe, sugar is mixed with butter, but there is little sugar, so 125 g of corn oil immediately poured into a mixture of 200 g of semolina with 250 g of kefir, so they stood for 30 minutes. The rest - 150 g of wheat flour mixed with 2 teaspoons of baking powder (well, I don’t like soda!) I added 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt, mixed everything and after 30 minutes mixed with semolina in kefir and a mixture of onions and eggs and put the mixture into a mold with a diameter of 24 cm greased with vegetable oil. In short, "strictly according to the recipe" By the way, in fact, it is better to put corn oil, not sunflower, in this cake, it does not feel completely in the finished cake, unlike sunflower oil. Who will bake and have not read my posts above, I will write again that I put only 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt in an unsweetened pie. By the way, I also put salt in the sweet version. When I made the first time, the cake seemed too bland to me, but I liked it very much with salt.
