By the way, I bought a Tramontinovsky knife not so long ago, it also has slightly stains in places. Although the knife itself is very good, sharp and light.

Girls, but in a stainless steel pan you can probably deep-fry in deep fat, what do you say? And it’s a pity to ruin our own casserole with such a careless regime. And so you can fry cheburechkas and whites.
Grypana
I think there is probably no need to fry in it. It is fast in terms of thermal conductivity, that is, heating will be more, it seems to me. Kohl without deep fat will stick so for sure.

By the way, since the yellowness is in the stainless steel, then there is brass in the alloy (it's okay).

Albina, do not pay attention to 3D - this is a fashionable enticement, nothing more. The bottom is heated by the bottom heating element, everything is clear here. On the sides, if heating goes on, it is weak. More sense, I think, from the saucepan itself - that's why in the cartoons the saucepans are either non-stick or "ceramic" (which is actually the same thing), but not stainless steel, although stainless steel would be more convenient. Because stainless steel is heated only from the bottom. Even when the water boils, its sides are either cold, or at best warm, but not hot. Milk porridge is not boiled in stainless steel, milk does not languish - it just boils there, and can boil for hours, while no hint of mellowness will appear. The porridges are also boiling quietly, but the cereals are not really boiled. That is, normal cooking in a multi is possible thanks not to the side and even more top shades, but to the material of the saucepan. So the issue with 3D can be safely removed from the agenda.
And for jellied meat the Stewing, Simmering, manual 100 *, manual 80 *, Milk porridge and even Warming modes are perfect.

Girls, I can finally get out of the underground. Polinka-Supercoe has stainless steel bowls for Dex https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=162308.0 I have been using this since November (I did not advertise it at Polinka's request). Just a couple of days ago, I was giving a brief educational program on stainless steel. I will repeat the main points:
Suitable for cooking and stewing. Milk does not languish, milk porridge does not boil well. Stew soups, steamed - excellent.
I can't say that this cup is a must. Absolutely not: after all, the cartoon is designed for a non-stick bowl. But for me personally, this saucepan turned out to be irreplaceable. I have already mentioned that when renovating the kitchen, I covered the stove with a countertop. In theory, it can be removed, but in practice it is too confusing. And sometimes you need to do something not entirely delicate. So I got used to making this indelicate in stainless steel: sauces, creams, ice cream mixture (requiring heating and active whipping), I boil cocoa - and whisk it with a mixer right in the multi during cooking. Greatly saves time and effort with a minimum of utensils involved.
For three months, the bowl has not stained, nothing has broken off, has not gone spots. Rather, while the saucepan was new, after each cooking, gray spots appeared on the bottom, which were very easily washed off with a sponge. After a couple of weeks of operation, the spots stopped appearing.
Quote: azaza

Oh, Irisa, how right you are! For a month and a half after buying a stainless steel, I climbed into it exclusively with silicone Yes, it is, vaasche, it is more convenient with shoulder blades.
And the plethora of stainless steel is not that you can scrape with spoons and forks. I have already written what I use it for. And if, when boiling milk, steaming, soups / stews, I am indifferent to her: well, she cooks and cooks, nothing special, no better and no worse than non-stick, then in cases with creams / ice cream / cocoa I just boggle - otherwise I , frankly speaking, it is almost impossible to get out without a plate. Well, or you can, but rather troublesome. And, I also make carrots in Korean: I heat oil with spices in stainless steel, so as not to injure my own saucepan.
Well, it can also be important for those who are very fixated on the UNSPECIFIED harm of a non-stick coating. I'm not obsessed. To be honest, I don’t know why I bought it. But now I am frankly glad I do not persuade anyone, I do not advertise. I share my experience, that's all.
Quote: azaza

If you fry deep-fried - I think it will. But the current is with an open lid, otherwise there may be overheating. I just don't use such dishes, so I can guess how it will be in practice.
And if you just fry something before the main cooking - It is not fried, but burns. True, and then it washes away just to spit, outright, no tracers.
Do you still have questions?
Azaza, I'm sorry that I quote you as a classic

By the way, for lovers of yoghurt - three half-liter standard jars are perfectly included in the saucepan, therefore, the output is one and a half liters of excellent yogurt in a glass container. I recommend goodfood yogurt, it has a cooking temperature of 40-42 degrees, which is what you need, or another, with a suitable temperature.
There is only one question left, where to buy a stainless steel pan for this CF, they say they exist in nature ...

Believe it or not - FOUR half-liter cans fit perfectly into a saucepan.
Simply, when we put 3 pieces - putting the fourth one, slightly raise one of the cans.
Personally, it is convenient for me to cook 4 cans, because the price of the issue bites - the GoodFood leaven costs 12-13 UAH. I only use it once.
More economical, however. Yes, I keep 2 cans for myself with my husband, and 2 for my daddy.
Of all the tested ones, I also like GoodFood the most.
The yoghurt turns out to be very thick, even when you later shake it with jam or jam.

Hello! Help if anyone knows. I wanted to buy DEX DMC-60 for my mother, having come to her on vacation in the summer. Mom lives near Evpatoria. Now I decided to see where it will be possible to order in the summer and found that they are almost nowhere to be found! Has anyone heard - is this for good or will there be more supplies? I myself live in the suburbs, it is difficult to track. I don’t know what to do - to wait quietly and buy it there myself or now urgently (while there is still at least somewhere) to order, pay, and load the difficult task on my mother to receive it (she hasn’t seen a multicooker in her eyes, only on my skype)

Dex DMC-60 seems to have already been taken out of production, there are some problems at the plant. Now they are waiting for Dex DMC-70, but it will already be produced at another plant, so it's too early to talk about quality. And since Dex DMC-60 is already a proven and excellent MB, it is better to take it before it is too late. But there is one BUT ... I took it for 860 UAH a week ago, now it already costs more than UAH 1000, the excitement due to the fact that MB ends up in warehouses, well, the sellers do not sleep ... In our city it is already being sold for 1300 UAH. - for that kind of money, of course, it's better to look at other, more branded models, it's up to you

onion 150g
olive oil 12g
bell pepper 50g
carrots 100g
raw egg 82g
loaf crackers 30g
semolina 40g
milk 35g
tomato 160g
mustard 14g
sour cream 15% 30g

nutmeg, oregano, dry adjika, Italian herbs, black pepper, allspice, salt
exit of the finished dish 1093g, height 4cm.
I made from what was, but there was only one crouton, soaked it in milk. I salvaged half of the onions and bell peppers in olive oil. In a blender, chopped a soaked crouton, two small eggs, 1 hour. l mustard, 1 tbsp. l sour cream, 1 tomato, 1 clove of garlic and half sauté then added semolina here. I prepared the minced meat by mixing finely grated carrots, the second part of the onion and the resulting mixture from the blender, the remains of the sautéing. Salt to taste, I just a little spices. Oiled the bowl of ol. I laid out half of the minced meat with butter, laid out the strips of bell pepper, covered the strips of celery with thin slices of cheese on top and the second part of the minced meat on top. Smoothed the top with more seasonings. Baking 50 min.
Cheese can be anything, you can put more pepper and celery in the layer. I didn’t know what would happen and put a little on the test, I wanted to put more frozen corn, but I forgot. Passing can be either all in a blender or so add, I divided.

Exactly from the cookery! When I was looking for the exact weight of the ingredients for the dumplings dough in KhP, I found it in a collection of recipes (still Soviet), there it was, like 358 g of flour. And, can you imagine, I put exactly 358 g of flour and other products, to the nearest gram, and the dough came out ABALD! Now I am doing this. Sorry, sho is not the topic.

So the main thing is not the process, but tired, and you don't need to sculpt and fry every little thing. And if it's really lazy, then you can grind everything in a blender and not do sauteing, but I thought it would be tastier that way. I laid out a part of the minced meat on top, threw it at hand, covered with the remnants of the minced meat. Turn on and go rest

And for some reason my macaroons in the cartoon do not turn out so beautifully and tasty as in water on the stove.
I cooked it several times according to the same recipe, and on Rice too. And she did it in the navy. But it still tastes better on the stove. Well, this is, of course, for my taste. In the cartoon, some flattened out and fried in places, which I do not like.
Yesterday I cooked a huge pot on gas in a naval fashion, came off for pleasure!
And I didn't like the dumplings in the cartoon. I made them in a steam basket, steamed them, soared for 20 minutes, some dryish and like rubber on top. I didn't have enough patience, I threw them into the water, which I cooked under the double boiler with the lid open. This is the first batch. And the second was already bungled on the stove. She also closed the epic with dumplings-dumplings in the cartoon for herself.
And about everything else, my Deksyusha is smart, and what would I do without him!

The recipe is here:
Chicken casserole

Ingredients:

~ 1.2 kg. minced chicken
4 slices of white loaf, no rind
150 ml. milk
1 egg
1 onion
500 gr. fresh mushrooms (I used white mushrooms, you can take any others to your liking). I think you can try quite well with pickled ones.
2-3 cloves of garlic
a bunch of parsley
salt
rast. oil for frying mushrooms
a pinch of ground black pepper (optional)

Preparation:

1. Cut onion and mushrooms into slices, fry on rast. butter until tender.
2. Soak the bread well in milk for about 10-15 minutes, squeeze it slightly, add it to the minced meat, mix thoroughly so that there are no pieces of bread left.
3. Add the egg, salt, pepper, chopped garlic, mix everything well. We spread half of the minced meat in a bowl, level it. Put mushrooms and onions on it. Top - the second half of the minced meat.
4. I baked on the "Baking" mode for about 30-35 minutes.
5. Then leave it on heating for another 10-15 minutes. Take out on a platter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
The minced meat was very juicy and a lot of juice formed. I had to shift it into a deep shape.

And I just crawled to the computer for the first time in a day - today I started baking Lambs for Easter, both for myself and for friends. In general, you need to bake and decorate 6 pieces. And I'll bake Easter cakes on Friday.
The fact that you can't fry the steaks - I realized, but - everything else is fancy! Panasovskaya saucepan is very fragile, it's scary to breathe on it, but there is a spare one, like an airplane. And Deksik's saucepan is solid, heavy, powerful anti-stick, even in appearance (and to the touch) - last year 1 day of using it - helped our friend to figure it out. By the way, I chose it for him. + I also want to take a spare saucepan right away so that I can put meat with a bone, and fry it, and not tremble. And Panasa will be used for baking and milk porridge, I love him very dearly, like the airfryer (I will not abandon it either), especially since summer is coming.

My Dex then cost a little more than $ 100, and our Panasonic cost $ 125, the difference is not big.
And I bought the first Panas 10, because 3 years ago we had no choice in the shops. There were perfza and 2 panas (18 and 10). When I brought my husband to see this miracle of technology, the 18th Panas was already bought (and I wanted it), I burst into tears, I had to be satisfied with the tenth. Here, on the forum, where is this recipe, but here are the links, I don’t have one for it, so I’ll write a recipe for this particular biscuit

Orange - 1 piece
Orange zest - 2 teaspoons
Sugar - 2 multi glasses (you can put less, since the sweetness is not for everyone, it may seem sweet to some)
Flour - 2 multi glasses
Eggs - 4 pieces

Beat eggs with sugar thoroughly (I beat for 7-10 minutes), add zest, flour, mix everything well. Pour the dough into a saucepan, sprinkle the sparkling with chopped orange.
Previously, the saucepan was greased only on the bottom and a drop climbed onto the sides of the saucepan. Precisely because she did not completely grease the pan, the biscuit rose so high. She baked for 1 hour 20 minutes, after the end of baking, the lid was not opened for another 10 minutes.
