Added to bookmarks, the post will end - I will definitely make it. Can I make such a cake in a bread maker?
yarli
Have not tried! I only use it (bread maker) for baking bread!
Elenka
yarli, accept from me thanks and a big "+" for this recipe!
Yesterday I pigmented it, well, I really liked it! I have tried different varieties of brown liver casseroles, but this one is the best. It turned out juicy, tender and tastes great. I liked not only me, but everyone in the family, even the fussy little ones.

P.S. Baked in MV Panasonic large 60 minutes from 600g liver + heart.
yarli
Bon Appetit! Glad I liked it!

I, too, baked something like that yesterday, bought a chicken liver 700 gr., 3 onions and one large carrot, stewed it in a pan, twisted everything in a meat grinder, added 3 tablespoons of semolina 1 egg, 6 tablespoons of boiled rice salt, spices and cakes in the form of silicone in the oven . It is very tasty cut so good for sandwiches
Elenka
Lenok, by the way, I also fried the onion a little in oil, and then twisted it. It seems to me that this is tastier, especially since the liver is very “friendly” with fried onions.

My husband and on the second day wondered where this recipe came from. I say: "All from the same place!" He asked to cook only in this way, and not to bother with puff.

Thanks a lot for the recipe. Yesterday I did. It turned out to be soft, airy, I liked it very much.

I have a question: what seasoning is meant?
yarli
BaksyushaI apologize, I didn’t come here and messages didn’t come. Therefore, I answer late. I had the Vegetta Universal seasoning, but you can use whatever you like.

Today I made a cake for the second time. The first time is all with a recipe, but today with its own small addition. I added 3 more tablespoons of semolina, because the cake did not hold its shape when cut (it crumbled a little). The taste has not changed, but the density has increased. Cooking in the cartoon "Aurora". I set the "Baking" mode 2 times. The second time I took out the valve (there was a lot of moisture). Here's what happened.
Liver cake Pechera (multicooker DEX)

I didn't add any seasoning.
Made from chicken liver. It turns out a juicy liver cake. I forgot to write that I had overcooked the onions and carrots, twisted them, but I also put raw onions.
Elenka
ang-kay, beautiful as well as appetizing! The other day I also thought about repeating Pechera, I really liked it.

I also bake now - 65 minutes. it sounded in the cartoon, I opened it, and there was a solid slurry, added another 40 minutes and pulled out the valve - we will wait
oriana
Oh, girls, I sit laughing))) I have not a day without incident.
I did Pechera calmly for myself.
I was going to add semolina, on the recommendation of Angela. The phone rang as always ...and I, such a Turk, instead of semolina put three spoons of starch
Now I'm waiting for the result
ttvttv
oriana, report the result, m. so and better

Everything will be normal with starch!
oriana
I picked up the cartoon, opened it. The cake is high, poked it with a finger - it is springy, there is no liquid at all (the starch apparently absorbed everything it could).
Poked with a toothpick - dry. I’m waiting ... to turn it over on a dish. But outwardly. visually, everything should be normal

Did you put it once? In what cartoon did you bake?

I baked in Yummi, set the time for 80 minutes at once, but it could have been less.
I pulled it out badly, but I put parchment at the bottom of the pan, which I barely tore off from the sides of the pie. But the pie itself is beautiful.

By the way, one of the girls wrote that they overcooked onions and carrots, I did that too .. I spassed the onion and carrot and twisted it together with the liver (I took chicken liver) and cut the dill finely, adding it to the twisted liver, which also gives an additional taste.
Yukasas77
and I made such a cake yesterday!
Truth forgot about him and as a result he was baked for 50 minutes +30 was on the heating. I poked with a toothpick, everything seemed to be fine, nothing stuck and there was no liquid on top ... just in case, I put another 30 baked goods on, which was superfluous ... it stuck to the bottom, I had to tear it off with a silicone spatula and it turned out a little dry. .. next time I will. Semolina lay down, 3 spoons. The liver was pork, 800 gr.

I, too, with thanks to the author (I slightly deviated from the recipe - 2 eggs and instead of sour cream - thick kefir). A lot and delicious. And not troublesome

Very tasty, not foolish at all, and most importantly - so much turned out!)))

made in Aurora, with the girls' tips .. chicken liver + chicken hearts of 500 grams each, fried onions with carrots, added semolina, lined the bottom with paper .. but the sides stuck a little, did not mask anything, and so they ate ... already run !! !!

Girls, tell me, can you freeze it? I want to take it on the road. In general, I was going to make liver pate, but then I came across such beauty, and now I think.
And another question - can you bake in the oven to make it more ruddy?
Fanya
Have you taken raw liver or already fried?

Dear Ashatan,
Please be polite. We have not adopted such a tone of communication.
On business - you could try to adjust the time for yourself - it often happens that the ingredients and the quantity are the same and the cartoon is the same, but the time is different. And everyone has different tastes

I didn't have time to register and was already naughty, so generally not beautiful! You could ask questions to the author of the recipe, and figure out why it didn't work out. And if you don't trust the author (you have a doubt that the author prepared this dish), then why was it you to cook it?
lenok2_zp
I regularly bake Pechera and so on in Dex, everything is baked perfectly, it is not clear where such a negative comes from
Ashatan
Good day! I was not going to be rude to anyone, I just expressed my opinion. And this forum was created only to extol the dishes created by the author? You don't accept negative reviews at all? I believe (excuse the impudence) that one should accept praise and negativity with dignity. Yes, I will write again that I absolutely did not like this liver cake according to the recipe, maybe I had to add something, somehow transform this recipe, but since I have been a user of the DEX50 multicooker for only 2 weeks, the first time I make the dish strictly on prescription. By the way, I use the multicooker every day, and sometimes 2 and 3 times, I cooked the rest of the dishes - it turned out super! But I agree with you - there are no comrades for taste and color.

No, that's right, a forum to express your opinion. But, you must admit that it can also be expressed in different ways. Now, if you just wrote, like now, what you didn’t like, like this and so and so ... and not .... "it tastes like BU, looks like GE ... and so on." , so do not, why offend the author. How many people, so many opinions and tastes ... well, I don't know, I also baked, I liked it, and the girls who baked also liked it ... well, maybe you haven't tasted it, do it again, add something for "decoration "taste, dill, you can garlic, the taste will change. The recipe is actually not even bad ..

Ashatan, at the expense of transforming the recipe ... Everything is in your hands.
I have baked this casserole more than once. When I read the recipe, I immediately realized that I would do it my way. I presented the taste of the finished dish.
My changes, for example: I fry the onions lightly (sometimes with carrots), I use other seasonings, I significantly increase the baking time (I have Panasonic).
Baked several times, like the products are the same. hands are one, and the taste is always a little different. It happened that it was not baked for the estimated time - it was baked.
It happens that some recipes do not go with me like others, but I can see. which many do well. This is not the fault of the author of the recipe.
You can express your opinion, but not so, I would say aggressively.

Thank you very much for the recipe! I liked it very much !!!

Liver cake "Pechera" in a multicooker Panasonic 18

Calculation for 1 kg of liver 1 carrot, 2 onions, 3 tsp. salt, 2.5 tbsp. boiled rice, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. garam masala, 1 piece of ground Chinese wolfberry, 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise... I didn't add soda and soy sauce.
Rice is boiled in a mul, and, while it cools, 1 onion is fried in baking for 20 minutes. A raw second onion is added to the dough.
It is baked 60 + 40, then turn off the cartoon, let it stand with the lid closed for about an hour, then in a bowl on a stand for about half an hour, shake out easily, without a pre-greased bowl, never burnt ass
Sprinkled on top with freshly ground pepper (on the tip of a knife) and dill.

Hello!! Thanks for the wonderful recipe !!! Yesterday I cooked VERY tasty. I only had chicken ventricles, hearts and liver, about 700 grams. I twisted it all as you said, mixed it, just added a spoonful of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of semolina and an egg. Spices were added as to meat.I poured everything out at the bucket from the bread machine and set it to knead, and then turned on the viper for 60 + 40 minutes. It turned out to be delicious !!! I would call this lazy javascript: replaceText ('', document.forms.postmodif y.message); Really, the taste of cutlets, liver is not felt at all. Juicy, satisfying, tasty and looks delicious !!! Thank you very much!!!

Yes, I baked in a bread machine and shook out very easily. As always, I smeared the form with rust. oil and that's it. Allowed to cool for half an hour, when the hot is very juicy and soft, and like bread just popped out
natanyok
I tried it in a bread maker and in a slow cooker. It turned out delicious !!! Good recipe and fast! Thank you!

Yesterday I made a pie according to your recipe, only I overcooked onions and carrots and instead of sour cream I used mayonnaise, and I didn't have soy sauce either, but the pie turned out to be very tasty. Thanks for the recipe !!!

Yesterday I baked this cake, I really liked it, I just overexposed it on baking and the bottom turned out to be rather dry, I also added 3 tablespoons of semolina and regretted it, the taste is not so airy. Only I can eat it cold or even cold, I don't really like it warm.

I forgot to say, I baked in a Brand 6050 pressure cooker.

Hello everybody! I read the reviews, I see - many put semolina, I did it according to the recipe. I tried as close as possible to the recipe. I take it out - and there is a lot of liquid, the bottom is slightly burnt, but inside everything is wet and disintegrates, although not damp, you can eat. Are there any suspicions that something is wrong? Baked in dex 65, for 60 minutes, beef liver, fresh. I ground the liver in a blender, not in dust, but in grains, maybe that's why it breaks up .... Did anyone have such an experience? Thank you!
