I have adapted jars of baby food-toddler for this business !!!
By the way, I often use such jars in a yogurt maker - they fit more, because they are narrower with the same volume of "native" jars.

Intalia, thanks!
For yoghurt, ideally 38 degrees, on hand, today I have immunalis on the sourdough (as in the advertisement for the dex), of course, but the texture is not as smooth as I would like, there are a lot of lumps - it seems to be hot after all (

Dex on the Yoghurt program should also have something like 40 C (not 38) - as well as on the manual one at 40. But I have more on Yoghurt, as I wrote earlier.
I make yogurt using Italian sourdough - it turns out great, as before, when I did it in a yogurt maker.
I use ordinary half liter jars, or faceted glasses. Under them is a silicone mat. I didn't try to do it in a bowl - it's not so convenient for me)
nila
I bought five jars for yogurt on the market))), probably for baby food, with a plastic spoon and a flower lid, their volume is 180g. they are narrow, but higher than the mayonnaise jar. In the bowl of Dex there are 5 jars + 2 mayonnaise, for a total of 7 jars, almost 1.5 liters of yogurt. I do it on VIVA. Like Iruska, I put the cans on a silicone mat, but I just don't turn them off after an hour, just after 3 hours I start to look in, usually take them out after 3.5 hours. and the last time I forgot at all))) I remembered when 1 hour remained. I think ... that's it, serum! stood in the fridge, opened a normal, thick yogurt!
Yes, and I pour water into the bowl according to my mood ... I can pour cold water, I can pour warm water! The only condition for me is that I sterilize the jars in micro!

Nelya, how do you sterilize in the microscope? And then I'm all boiling water and boiling water. Do you put them dry, or pour water and for how many minutes? And the caps too? They will melt, no?

Alina, don't you cover the faceted glasses?

I don’t cover, and I don’t cover jars of 0.5 liters either. The condensation is all on the lid - it doesn't drip into my yogurt.

Tan, I pour 1 cm of water somewhere and put it on for 4-5 minutes without lids, when I take out the jars, I immediately screw them with the lids and so they stand for a couple of minutes. then pour out the water. and pour boiling water over a bowl with a whisk. then I pour cold milk and warm it up a bit in a micro and only then pour out VIVO. I don't really follow the temperature. the main thing is not to overheat, but it will already heat up Deksyusha. there were no punctures TTT for a long time!

Tanya, be sure to pour at least 1cm of water into the jars.
Empty cans, pots, etc., cannot be heated in the microwaves - microwave energy has nowhere to go.

Or you can pour water, for example, into a half-liter jar, at least full, and put empty jars around. It's easier to pour water out of one later.

Girls, I don't know, but I do it dozens of times. I have jars of mustard yoghurt. Mine under the tap, then wet, but empty put in the microwave. We circled there for 1.5 minutes - that's it! I don't risk it with metal lids. Just mine, doused with boiling water, wiped dry with a paper towel.

Thank you for your warm welcome!
Dex has already made me happy with a delicious honey cake (it did not come to the photo, since I was eating two cheeks), now the cabbage is stewing!
Girls, can you ask a stupid question how to cook buckwheat with a delay? I seem to understand everything, but I'm afraid not to guess with the amount of water (I like buckwheat a little wet)?

Hello, happy owners of Dex 60. I really want to buy this particular cartoon, but I'm very confused (as it turned out) by the harmful Teflon coating. I want to find a ceramic-coated bowl that suits her, but I can't. Can you tell me, maybe you know about this. Please, help.

Yesterday I stuffed the pepper, and tomorrow I'll try the squid ... Sedna has already bought both squid and pollock fillets! I've never cooked this before))) I don't know, my ...
irysska
Enichka
so much has already been said and talked about Teflon that I don't even want to prove anything
there is no ceramic bowl for Dex yet, but if there was, then there is no guarantee that it is less harmful than Teflon (provided that it is harmful)
in a ceramic bowl from real ceramics only the name - if the bowl were made of real ceramics, then: 1. it would be heavy 2. it is unlikely that the multicooker would be able to work correctly with it - the thermal conductivity is not the same
but the coating that is on the so-called ceramic bowls is only a coating with an admixture of ceramics and who knows what
therefore, either Dex is not your option, since you are so afraid of Teflon, or buy Dex and boldly cook in it
no third has been given yet

And why are they sure that ceramic bowls would be such a blessing even if there were real ceramics?

And I wish you to buy Dex and rejoice with us
Mona1
Iris, boiled, huh? Well, the girl is not so lonely anyway. Before buying Dex, I also looked at the multicooker with ceramic bowls. But I did not find any spare parts for them on sale, and the bowls themselves are heavy, the ceramic coating is fragile. Should it crack, and then I’ll find a spare tire. And in terms of functionality and reliability, Dex surpassed all ceramic counterparts. In addition, our Tanyusha Azaza quickly set my brains right explained to me that the ray of Dex 60 can only be Dex 70, which has not yet been invented.
And there is no ceramic bowl suitable for Dex, in any case, no one here has ever heard of this.
And in general, the native bowl, indeed, is best suited for thermal conductivity, with another bowl it will not work the way the programs are declared to work. The ceramics may take longer to heat up, that is, the time set for some programs may not be enough for cooking.
Therefore, if you want exactly ceramics, then you need to take a cartoon with ceramics, where the temperature and time set in the programs are suitable for the ceramic bowl.

By the way, Teflon, it seems, starts to somehow harm there when heated from 200 degrees and above, and that is questionable, but the multicooker does not give such temperatures. And if the coating gets scratched (and when using silicone spoons and spatulas it is almost impossible), that is, Dex's own spare pots are on sale, this is a definite plus of Dex.
Good luck with your choice!

Good day to all!
I still don’t understand - either the skis don’t go, or I’m not like that.
The third time I try to make a biscuit according to the recipe from the book - and the third time it does not work out fine.
Can my multi with baking mode have problems? But at the end of the specified 60 minutes, the top of the biscuit is sticky, unbaked. You have to turn over to the other side to bake, it naturally falls off, as a result, a dense cake is obtained.
Tell me a proven biscuit recipe!
otherwise I get upset ((((if something is really wrong with the baking mode, it will be terrible ((

You first try the 1: 2 aspect ratio, and then pick what you want (by trial and error, as we all do here). And do not be afraid to experiment, because the multicooker is the same pan, only electric.

T.Pavlenko, do not get upset, can you just try to increase the cooking time? I, for example, baked a charlotte for 80 minutes, with the declared 60 + 5, and an orange muffin was baked in 40 minutes.

Drive out your worms I read yesterday that Teflon becomes harmful at temperatures above 200 degrees, and in a multitude the maximum is 180

You can just wash the saucepan and the removable lid with dish detergent, or you can boil some water with lemon.

First, let it keep warm from the frost. Then pour cold water up to level 2. Throw in a small piece of lemon (you can have 2 lemon "butts"), close the lid and set the Steam program for 10 minutes. All. Then pour it out and you can cook everything.

If you wash the pot now or after cooking, super thoroughly wipe the outside of the bowl dry. This will extend the life of the heating element.

Yes, and I'll give you a cheerleader with Dexic, he's cool!

Do you measure with multitanks or regular ones? The baking time is doubled with regular glasses. And don't look under the lid while baking. I bake 1.5 cycles or even 2 cycles anyway.

I love the honey cake in the cartoon oven.

The pilaf recipe is good, but why is it so difficult, so many unnecessary actions. Frying, stewing, opening, cooling, it is easier to do on the stove.
No, so many years on the stove practically four times a week, but the result is not that.
Well, the forum is full of quick pilaf recipes. Like threw in meat, onions, fried for five minutes, threw in rice, water, spices and that's it. The pilaf is ready. For interest, you can do this and that, and then all the questions: why, why will not be needed anymore. Everyone chooses according to their liking, according to the time, according to their taste. How many of us, so many different recipes.

I report, Tatiana is this Medovik https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=175787.0
I bake exactly 2 cycles without looking at the cartoon: I squeaked and switched it back on to Baking. I measure with ordinary glasses, which means I bake 2 cycles. Then the husband cuts this cake into 3-4 cakes with a string. I smear anything - condensed milk, sour cream.

liked the cake Enchantress https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=6972.0... Light loose biscuit. Baked 1 cycle + 15 minutes on heating. Then I just opened it.

I just turned on the cartoon to set the current time and immediately (after plugging into the rezetka) a beep sounded and the "Start" button blinked and of course the cartoon began to heat up. Tell me is it ok? Is everything okay with her?
hrushka
When the start button flashes the cartoon is in standby mode and should not heat up. Now, if you press start, then the execution of the first program will begin - rice - but it can be seen on the screen.

The cartoon heats up, but what is it writing on the screen?
Enichka
Now I looked and the screen just lit up, and then it went out, but the heating element was warm. Maybe it just hadn't cooled down from my first turn on (while I clicked there and set the time), but the sides and top were now cold. But the start button was blinking, should it blink?
hrushka
Start flashes whenever the MV is plugged into a power outlet. When cooking is in progress, the start button is on continuously and the screen is on.
Enichka
This means that it probably managed to warm up in the process of setting the time and now it cools down for a very long time (but it heats up very quickly). Is it the same for you?
azaza
Yenichka, in the process of setting the time, the cartoon should not get warm. It is in standby mode, which is confirmed by a flashing red light. Perhaps, when setting the time, you did something wrong and accidentally pressed Start? Otherwise, we can only assume one thing: the multicooker is not entirely serviceable. But I don’t want to think about it.
Wait until the MB has completely cooled down and play with the watch again. Watch your movements very carefully, which buttons you press.
I just checked it on my MB: during the setting of the clock, the multicooker does not turn on, nothing heats up.
irysska
When setting the time, do not touch the Start button and nothing will warm up and cannot
T.Pavlenko
Grypana, two cycles means 60 minutes and another 60 minutes?

Well, how many minutes on baked goods are there by default in your 60? I bake in 50s. Yes, 1 baking cycle, squeaked and immediately put on the second.

Well, chicken in 1 hour will calmly and perfectly cook. I would cook pork longer. Although I cook shurpa from ribs - 1.5 hours is enough for the whole cooking. Beef so loves to soak in the water and up to 2 hours. Only if it's just broth.

And on the left is a column, there is one of the items Recipes for multicooker - dig there.
I cook cabbage right away on Stew. I throw in onions, carrots, cabbage, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes and carcass for 1 hour, stir in the middle. I add salt, herbs.

Omelet - 5 eggs, 5 halves of an egg shell milk (this is the measure) Salt. You can pre-fry sausages, onions. Pour everything in. Baking, 15 minutes.
