Ingredients

Dough
any syrup (I have rosehip and pear jam) 100 ml
sugar 100g
vegetable oil b / s 100 ml
gingerbread mixture (perfume) 1.5 tsp
salt pinch
soda 1 tsp
wheat flour / grade 360 gram
Jelly
fruit juice (compote) 500 ml
agar 2 teaspoons under the knife
sugar (if needed) 2 tbsp. spoons
fruit (I have currants) 150-200 grams
Additionally

Cooking method

  • Dough
  • Mix the syrup with sugar, salt and gingerbread mixture. Put on fire and bring to a boil.
  • If there is no ready-made gingerbread mixture (gingerbread perfume), you can do it yourself:
  • 35 grams of cinnamon
  • 9 grams of cloves
  • 2 g ground pepper
  • 2 g coriander
  • 2 g ginger
  • 1 gram cardamom
  • 1 g nutmeg
  • Flavored summer pie (lean) Add baking soda and stir immediately. The mixture will foam and expand.
  • Remove from heat. Add oil. Stir.
  • Add flour. The flour can go, either more or less. Therefore, do not pour everything out at once.

  • Flavored summer pie (lean) We immediately roll it out with a thickness of 5-6 millimeters and fill in the form. It is best to do everything while the dough is warm. We form the sides and thickly prick.
  • The form must be oiled beforehand.
  • We bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. We focus on our oven. The cake will rise and brown. After 5-7 minutes I pierced the raised bubbles with a fork.

  • Let it swell for 30 minutes.

  • Let it cool to a temperature of 60 degrees (10-15 minutes).
