The wings had to be turned over somewhere in the middle of the process. This is about the same as when you put the wings on a baking sheet, put the baking sheet in the oven at the very bottom, that is, not in the air, but on the bottom of the oven, and would never turn it over in an hour. They would have burned that way too.

Liquid pizza

Recipe from here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=103573.0.html

Only I put 1 spoon more flour.
Ketchup was dripped onto the dough, then broccoli, chopped Brussels sprouts, of course, and sausage. Sprinkled generously with cheese. Baking 45 + 20 heated. I rolled out the pizza and ate it with my husband with great pleasure! Recommend!!!

I liked it, but rubbery. It turned out from the reviews of others that the problem is in the baking powder. I will try again) The cake was prepared by a husband who has never done this in his life)))

And here's the chicken I baked last week. Narerla with honey, pepper, salt and all kinds of herbs. And a little liquid smoke)
At first I cooked in baking, but because of the honey it began to burn, switched to stewing. The leg almost fell off))) It was very tasty!

Multicooker Dex DMC-60 (reviews and discussion)

For the test, everything is equally divided.
I took only 3. (like more flour)
i.e
3 tbsp. l. sour cream (or yogurt)
3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise
5-6 (don't remember) Art. l. flour + baking powder or soda quenched in yogurt or sour cream
3 eggs (I added 1 more)
I safely forgot about the baking powder and in vain added more flour than in the recipe (equally of everything)
The filling was onion + carrot + liver
It was delicious) But the dough is a little harsh due to my fault, but I liked it even so

And here is the casserole I wrote about earlier. Actually, everything turned out well, if it were not for tormenting with dances with a tambourine over the modes and constantly checking if the light is on
izvarina.d
lyudasik, class! So far I have only baked a biscuit, according to my own recipe - 60 minutes, it turned out perfectly, baked evenly from all sides (especially the top pleased), only the middle was slightly lower than the edges. Now I've put rice with vegetables. I'm waiting.

and in more detail pliz - did you accidentally bake the casserole on the hand?
I don’t remember exactly, it seemed like I first baked it on baking, but since the top was liquid, I put it on the manual one))) But as much as 150 degrees. I have never been friends with pastries and ovens. But after such dances, she spat and turned it off. She stood in the cartoon for a while and then I pulled it out and the cottage cheese seemed to come to itself, although it remained light

Happy 60 Dex Givers! Share your experience of cooking in manual mode - it's the same fun! and almost no one says anything
Apparently, there is no need))))) I decided that everything can be easily cooked on the machine (I will still try with a casserole)
Tochechka
Yes, try to make a casserole at a low temperature "a la Panas", maybe you won't need a tambourine. After all, this cartoon is exactly what is interesting, as I understand it, to try on the handbrake to achieve what was not possible on the machine, for example, in the same 50 m Dexa and without the need if, then it was possible to do with a simple unit ...but probably many took this device precisely because of the possibility of manual programming. So I want to understand what and how it turns out
Snusmumrik
I used the manual mode until, only once, I baked this zebra https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=147095.560 at 150 degrees for 1 hour. Well, it's more like that, play around, because in the Baking mode it bakes so great!

Did you all strictly follow the recipe ???
I, too, for the first time in my life, on a new cartoon, cooked a zapikanka, and rice and cottage cheese, a lot more ... and while TTT, everything is fine and the first time it works! The main thing, while you get used to it, is to cook strictly according to recipes, which is what I am doing!

This is not the most requested mode. Enough and explicit. Although the owners of Brand (an analogue of Dex) use this mode for frying cutlets (at a temperature of 150 degrees).

You know, the majority in this topic DEH 60 have their first multicooker. Since the choice was between 50 and 60, and 60 is a newer model, they took it. And the automatic programs "rice" and "buckwheat" at 60 are preferable to the program "spaghetti" at 50 (by the way, pasta in a multicooker is just not very good, of course, except for hard varieties).

I can tell you how I did ... everything is exclusively according to the recipe https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=98949.0, the only thing, I took less meat and onions! And the whole procedure is exactly the same!

I just poured homemade milk, put it on the Simmering mode for the night, and probably another 2 hours it warmed up .... Why? Yes, it's very tasty, so to speak, a variety of ordinary milk, and I read the recipe on this forum, in the recipes section ... so many things!

Now, if I had a Panas, I would gladly tell :) There is no information in the instructions on the temperature regimes of Panas ... It's just that all Panasonk residents and other owners of Panas-like cartoons come out very good casseroles, so I thought that maybe in Dex using the manual mode, you can achieve the same result
Tochechka
While I’m waiting, I’ve found some information about Panasonic - "Baking takes place at 180 degrees, steaming from the moment the water boils, stewing at a temperature of 100-105 degrees." So what is it, low-power Panas, and bakes at 180 its vaunted casseroles And Dex bakes at what temperature? why don't casseroles work?
Snusmumrik
Judging by the table of modes, the baking temperature is 120-140 degrees in Dex. But if Panas really has 180 baked goods, then why does he bake longer than Dex in time? then it's still not 180?
Tochechka
It turns out that it would be necessary to try not at a lower power in manual mode, but at a higher one? : pardon: But how I understood the casseroles and so they burn in dex ... it's not clear in short. Maybe infa about Panas left in net, I will wait for answers from specialists - Sasha and Balerian

May I answer. You put the minced meat on the pita leaves, roll the rolls and let them stand for a few minutes just rolled on the table. During this time they will soften a little and then you put them in a spiral in a cartoon. Fill with filling and after a while you will have a tasty treat!
