Catfish marinated with capers in a slow cooker (Dex 60)

Ingredients

Catfish 4 steaks
Capers 3 tsp
Carrot 1 large
Onion 3 pcs.
Apple 1 large
Rosemary 0.5 tsp
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Grind the capers in a chopper, adding 1 tbsp. l. liquid from capers, and marinate the catfish steaks in this for 1 hour. I did not add salt, since the capers were salty. Chop the onion, grate the carrots and apple on a coarse grater.
  • Pour oil into a multicooker saucepan, put half an onion, half a carrot and half an apple. Lay the pieces of catfish on this vegetable pillow and cover everything in the reverse order - apple, carrot, onion. On top of the vegetables, literally add a little salt and sprinkle with rosemary. Install the "Rice" program.
  • By the end of cooking, the smell will be so breathtaking that everyone in the kitchen will come running to the kitchen!
