Rosan (not GOST)

Ingredients

pressed yeast 10 g
sugar 60 g
warm water 200 ml
melted butter 60 g
scrambled egg 1 PC
salt 1 tsp
Wheat flour 500 g

Cooking method

  • Crumble the yeast to the bottom of the bucket, cover it with sugar, pour warm water. Pour a well-shaken egg into a bucket, add flour, salt, pour oil. Switch on the program * Dough * (in my oven it is 1:30 hours)

  • Take out the dough. Divide into 8 equal parts. Roll each part into a thin cake. Wrap the edges as shown in the picture:
  • Rosan (not GOST)
  • I give an amendment: when you wrap the edges, you need to press them down, or rather, when you have wrapped the rose, you need to press down all the flat cake with your palm and gently rub the edges in the middle with your fingers:
  • Rosan (not GOST)

  • Place the cakes on a baking sheet and let them stand for 30 minutes:
  • Rosan (not GOST)

  • It's warm at home, so I just cover them with a deep baking sheet:
  • Rosan (not GOST)

  • In the meantime, you need to make a strisel (oil crumbs). To do this, you need: 30 grams of flour, 30 grams of sugar, 15 grams of butter from the refrigerator. We throw these products into a mini-chopper, zhzhzhik and the crumb is ready.
  • Rosan (not GOST)Rosan (not GOST)

  • Preheat the oven to 190 gr.

  • Grease the suitable cakes with yolk + milk. Put a teaspoon of jam in the middle (blueberry, chokeberry, plum, that kind of jam are good). I have this:

Note

The recipe is dedicated to the Soviet bakery on Trofimova Street in Moscow

The dough recipe is taken from the instructions for x \ n Morphy richards, there it is referred to as Munich rosanches.. why is there raisins in the recipe, I didn't know where to put it

I made roseanas from a bakery according to my memories, if you like jam more, then put as much as you don't mind, but I did it like in stores. If you want more crust, you need to bake 4 cakes on a baking sheet, then they will not stick together.

nutwhere are the roses?
nut
Here they are, just from the oven
Rosan (not GOST)
There is quite a lot of dough and I got 15 pieces of not small roses, inside there is a chokeberry, I ate one - sooo tasty Here you need to give a small pointer - put the dough pieces on a sheet closer to each other, otherwise they just unfold when proofing into a pancake - well, I have it turned out like that on the first sheet, and the second sheet is already better.
Tsyganochka - THANKS to you

Quite a lot of dough and I got 15 pieces of not small rosanches
And they were rather big, they were sold as you buy, as you eat, and still not enough
Gypsy
nut, once again looked at the photos of your roses and thought, maybe you rolled out the cakes thickly, because they fell apart when they approached? The dough should be rolled out thinly.
nut
I rolled it thinly, covered it up as you showed, pressed it down too hard, put 1 sheet in the bathroom for proofing (only it's warm there now), after 30 minutes I look, and there are no roses, but natural pancakes, I again let’s wrap and press, put it in stuffing and into the oven, they turned around there too.But it's not scary - the main thing is that very tasty rosans
Gypsy
Tyks .. version number .. Maybe there was a lot of flour on the cake, because the layers did not stick together and spread?
no, well, you need to understand .. I baked them twice and nothing was spread out, Irrka is a witness
nut
No, I didn't sprinkle flour on the table, the dough is excellent, the Gypsy girl was rolling with a bang, but don’t worry - I’m typing and already finishing 2 buns with tea, and I still want to, but there’s so much at night So everything is fine and life is beautiful I will definitely do more

Thanks for the wonderful recipe and the tips on how to shape the buns. I can't put up photos, my camera darkens the frames under artificial lighting, but if after breakfast I will definitely show them

Thank you for the idea, (I filled the "rosanchiks" with cottage cheese, and then everything according to the recipe, blueberry jam, etc.) It smells amazing, but until the morning we develop willpower

Lora0209, the beauty! The feeling that I am in the distant 80s in a bakery. And remember how before there were bread and rolls on the shelves and forks next to them on a string

The recipe and shaping of Rosanchik are excellent! I'll try too ... Grandson will appreciate
And the memories were thrown into a fever, after all, indeed, on a string ...

Gypsy .
Thank you very much for such a simple and delicious recipe! Done for one or two!
The dough is wonderful. Only instead of jam I put cherry confiture (which was in the house), it sagged a little in the product (you can see it in the photo) and turned out to be liquid. But this did not affect the taste.

Lёka, the beauty!
In my picture, too, it seems like confiture, for me all this is jam, I don't eat jam, because I understand poorly in their varieties So that it doesn't flow, flatten the cake and put less of this jam, and sprinkle the jam with crumbs too

In the heat of the heat, my Rosana according to your recipe! The size of a tea saucer (as taught gypsy sensei- 8 pcs !!!)

lana7386, Thank you morphy richards-y, they have in their instructions all the recipes that I tried, all wonderful. Sometimes there are some under-translations in molding, but the very basis of grams / glasses is excellent. I measured the glasses in grams on the scales, so that everyone was comfortable.

Thank you, Gypsy, for the translation of a glass-gram, because, in my opinion, this is more true
I liked the Rosana rolls (not GOST), amazingly light and tasty dough!
I will bake them regularly.
elena_nice74
girls, did everything as in the recipe, BEAUTY and DELICIOUS, nothing turned into a pancake, the roses are amazing, strictly divided into 8 pieces, only one baking sheet turned out. It only delivered

Such photos are awesome that at least take some baked goods for yourself
And how do we replace pressed yeast with dry yeast?

1 tsp dry yeast - 6 g fresh. like...
elena_nice74
and I baked on dry ones, a little more than 3 grams, I immediately put everything in HP, 20 minutes kneading and an hour the dough came up, the result, as you can see, is excellent

thank you dear Gypsy! Pleased! These are not rolls, but a holiday of the soul! Especially with milk. The filling was made from raisins mixed with apricot jam There is not enough traffic in the photo, so take our word for it
Gypsy
Girls, thanks for appreciating the rosan recipe! Bake to your health!

about yeast. The original recipe says 2 tsp.fast-acting yeast.

gypsy, the roses are gorgeous! Made 8 pieces, great rolls turned out! The filling was a store-bought apricot jam, which I already have for God knows how much, and finally it was used. If at least one loaf survives by the evening, I'll take a photo.
I ran to thank everything !!!
Kasanko
A huge thank you for the roses, I used the purchased apricot and cherry jam, beautiful and tasty, it was lazy to make a streusel, but next time I must
Gypsy
To the health of the girl
Kasanko, if it's lazy to make a strisel, then you can sprinkle sugar on the finished rolls. powder. But it’s a matter of course to do it just a spit, take a handful of flour, a handful of sugar, a piece of butter, throw it into a * blender * jiik and you're done.
RybkA
Kasanko , AdnAznAchnA only Streusel powdered sugar does not go into any comparison!
Lana
Gypsy
Thank you so much for the "vzhiiik" I have always made the strusel by hand, although there is a blender and a mini-chopper And now it is so quick and easy!
And the struusel even smells like nuts to me after baking, it is so fragrant and tasty! Especially in aromatic butter

How I want a new chopper, as small as my old one. The old one was worn out, fell, cocked. And the button sinks in it. In Israel, everywhere for half a liter at least, it is true now in one network they sell for 350 ml, but I think it is expensive for him to ask. Mine cost 3 kopecks at one time now, all the more they should sell it even cheaper, but no. In Russia, too, only the same Kenwood saw for 350ml at the same Israeli price. But in America and Germany, their shaft-blockage, so beautiful and compact, but they do not send or send expensively to Israel

I also have an old Unit, even the plastic turned yellow Somewhere 92-93 g of issue! But there is a new one from Bosch. The hand still reaches for the old one
Gypsy
And I like this design, so that the knives are on the bottom and the engine is on the side or finally under the cup. And now everything is submerged, it is uncomfortable for me.
My unit is also the same

Here, just lovely and not a chopper:

Pretty And the price ... As my grandmother used to say- Cheaper than mushrooms!
My Boshik has a knife at the bottom, and it connects from above. Very convenient too! This is a classic mixer with a top connection to the chopper bowl.

Gypsy , I was tempted too. I went in and read for several days and could not stand it, baked it. Thank you. I liked the recipe for its simplicity and deliciousness. I haven't done this for a long time, otherwise all the cakes, cakes.
Here are mine, it turned out 9, though they did not brown on top, but these are oven problems, they did not affect the taste. Half of them have managed, tomorrow I think they will end.
Rosan (not GOST)

Can you make a dough in milk or just water?
Gypsy
Try it. But I think * they don't look for good *, because the dough is simply amazingly tasty, right girls?
nut
Tell me what is wrong with me Today I decided to try again - almost all the roses turned around completely I pressed them with my palm and pushed them into the oven, poured them right in front of my eyes And the girls have such handsome men - one to one, I and decided on a second run looking at such beauty. Even my husband, looking through the glass of the oven, shook his head and said: "Why are you having strange rolls?"
Gypsy
nut, roll thinner, may help
SchuMakher
I want them !!!!!!
RybkA
And I didn’t roll them out with handles, handles ... I spread them out, covered them up and pressed them down to rest. In my case, almost all the folds disappeared after being pressed. But then nothing so handsome poured

The dough is really delicious!
When I poured water ... I doubted: I think - maybe 1: 1 with milk ... And then I pulled myself together and did not change the recipe As a result, I was rewarded with wonderful rolls I agree with gypsy- no need to change anything! Thanks for the wonderful dough Gypsy!

When you press them with your palm, then collect them, as it were, in a pile, make them smaller. There will be no "tightness" in the test and they will not open. It seems so to me
