Ingredients

Water (about 40 degrees) 215 ml.
vegetable oil (in dough) 1 tbsp. l.
wheat flour, higher. grade 300 gr.
wheat bran 50 gr.
salt 1 tsp
sugar 1 tbsp. l.
dry yeast 1 tsp
vegetable oil (for greasing the dough) 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Soak the bran in water for 10 minutes.
  • Load all the ingredients into the bread maker (flour first - 250 gr., The rest as needed, depending on the bran and flour), turn on the "Dough" program.
  • At the end of the program, place the dough on a floured table, divide into 10 equal parts. Roll the balls, grease them with vegetable oil, put on a baking sheet, sprinkled with flour or covered with baking paper.
  • Let it stand warm for 30 minutes, bake in the oven at 200C or 180C with convection.
