How can I measure 400 g of flour? How much it will be not by weight, but by volume. I only have a 250 ml measuring cup.

1. Read the first couple of posts on the topic "Features of Panasonic's work", so as not to tear your hair out at a crucial moment, that "the stove is inoperative !!!" (This refers to how the stove is turned on, the programs are turned on, and also to "temperature equalization").

2. Read the "Baking Guide ..." and the "Kolobok Rule" to control (yes, yes !!! It is necessary!) Dough kneading. This is indispensable at the stage of development. Otherwise, you risk getting something unintelligible in the morning of a responsible day, and not beautiful tasty bread.

3. The recipe has already been given to you by Kolobok II, I advise you to use the first one.

4. If there is no balance, you will have to use the measurement of volume (glass). This is all the more necessary to know the "kolobok rule". Please note that a 300 ml glass is included with the bread maker (the pictures on it correspond to milliliters of water, not grams of flour !!!)
To navigate the quantities of flour in volumes, look through (this will also not take a lot of time) the topic Number of main ingredients in measuring cup and spoonse (quantities given for a 240 ml measuring cup)

Maybe someone will share the simplest recipe for simple white bread, what to pour and which buttons to press.
Products include tap water, flour, salt, sugar, oil. What yeast should I buy and how much? And maybe you need to buy something else?
There are no additional tools such as e-scales yet.

I am for French bread (the one to which Kolobok II has already given a link) - it compares favorably with the simple one in taste and the recipe for Panasonic is precisely verified, you can put it at night and not follow the bun.

As for the scales - well, they bought a stove, can’t you find 500r on the scales? Seriously, there is no way with a bread maker without them, for example, flour sifted and not sifted in the volume of a glass of grams by 30 may differ in weight. Not to mention convenience - for example, oil, for example, without staining the container, you can add a little bit directly to the bucket on the scales.

By the way, you also need a sieve, there are such - a metal mug with a lever, convenient.
The yeast must be dry, fast-acting, on which Not writtenthat to dissolve and wait 10 minutes. Saf-moment is the thing.
For French bread, you still need milk powder, butter.

What to push. Put the bucket with the loaded products (do not forget to put the spatula without slots before placing the products!), Close the lid, plug it in, press MENU - until the program number 8 appears on the display, press the timer buttons <triangle up> until the desired time is set - at least 6 hours for the "French bread" program, plus how much is left until the desired moment, press "Start"

And the instructions can be read in electronic form, they were here on the site.

It is also useful to prepare everything for instant coffee, just in case, as soon as Madame goes somewhere in the morning from the smell that woke her up! From bread that has not yet been fried. Well, or give her something for a better sleep, an example can be taken from Pilyulkin!

Hello everyone! I have a question about the dispenser: tell me, when does it work? During the batch? And does the lid of the open dispenser get in the way during XL baking?

I do not know if the lid of the large dispenser interferes, but the one for yeast was not closed and never interferes with bread. The loaves are flat and convex.

And I'm for the SD-2501. She doubted for a long time, but chose the SD-2501. A yeast dispenser unnecessarily, if you lay them on the bottom and cover them with flour on top, and then I read many reviews that it works with the loudness of a shot, especially at night you can hear it.

Dear Leff, congratulations on your good purchase! May I ask in which store they took the stove and how much?

You have a recipe book. and so all the recipes in it, except for rye (not the one that brewed), are accurate. The most successful recipe. or rather, which my family likes more, the main white, program 1. Also French.

I strongly advise you to urgently get a scale and weigh everything accurately.

We take flour "Makfa" and yeast SAF for a moment in "Karusel" in the shopping center Olympus, you will find all this on one shelf there.

if you start experimenting with rye flour and bran, you can find it at the wholesaler at Yunny Leninists. Rye flour (wallpaper), bran and rye and wheat, well, in the same place and peeled
all sorts of seeds. But I never found whole flour anywhere.

Well, it hasn't worked out yet. We'll find out tomorrow.
Friend, bastard, almost ruined everything. He came to visit me, and before that I asked him by phone to buy yeast. I bought it (by the way, SAF). We sit and drink beer. Then my wife comes home from work, and the moron asks her why I needed the yeast! And we recently, before my mother's birthday, discussed a bread maker with her. So I don't know if she has guessed. Somehow suspiciously not particularly she asked me about this yeast.
So, I will probably never know if it will be a surprise.

She always makes her own coffee. Coffee and (alas) a cigarette is her usual breakfast. Hopefully now there will be a sandwich instead of a cigarette.

Dear Leff, congratulations on your good purchase! May I ask in which store they took the stove and how much?
Hey! Glad to meet my countrywoman!
At first I tried to order in online stores. The store Eldorado 78 was already discussed here. I wanted to order 23 in Eldorado (as I understand it, the numbers are the numbers of the regions), but on the 20th this stove was still there, and on the 21st it was no longer there. Well, the price is still some kind of suspicious (7 thousand with a penny). Still in some stores it was only by pre-order, somewhere some papers need to be scanned and sent, but I have neither a scanner nor a printer. While I was looking, I realized that I would not have time with delivery by the 26th.
As a result, I went shopping with my feet. In "Hangar" and "Search" there were NO Panasonics, not a single model! In "Pioneer", there was ONLY ONE stove for the whole store, I don't remember which brand anymore. I went to the "M-Video" and then was delighted. And 2500, and 2501, and 2502 - all were. Bought 2502 for 9.190 rubles.
The sediment, however, remained. The guy at the issue said: "Isn't the last model left in the hall?" I suspect that they slowly brought the stove to the warehouse through another door and riveted the box there. I tactfully did not ask. Still, I bought what I was looking for.

Thank you all for your answers, I’ll go and have breakfast with store-bought bread for the last time.

Hello! I have been reading your forum for a month and a half. December 9 became the owner of HP Panasonic SD-2502. And during all this time we never bought bread in the store again! I am very happy with my HP! Although not everything worked out right away. Only thanks to your forum, I am learning how to bake delicious and healthy bread. I take the recipes on the forum, add something of my own (although not always successfully) But the process is very addictive. I would like to try more and more new bread recipes. But the stove is just smart! And your advice is very sensible, and I learn from them. Thanks a lot!

I apologize in advance if I ask a stupid question. I was presented with a Panasonic SD-ZB2502 bread maker (a foreigner came from Amazon) Description in all languages except Russian. I found her instructions here on the site https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/im...e/panasonic/sd-zb2502.pdf, began to use according to her. And on my stove there are different programs and cooking times. Is this possible? I can’t put the dough on the dumplings bonalno, button 19 shows the operating time of 2.20 instead of 20 minutes, I looked closely and in the menu there were no words about noodles and brushwood. What should I do with her, crying (((I chose a different program in time, which is shorter, she actually started to bake something ... in general, I'm completely at a loss. Please help me figure it out)

help with the choice - in model 2501, baking rye bread is separately spelled out, in 2500 this program is not provided in the instructions. Explain, please.
and for dark one-grain bread - rye and mean? (not mixed with wheat flour)? or pure rye, in principle, is impossible? or are they different topics? chew please

I don't know what kind of dough you make and like, but try this:

300 g flour
1 tsp salt
250 ml boiling water

Install the program "dumplings". Pour flour and salt into HP, while it interferes with pouring boiling water in a thin stream at low speed. Then let the dough rest for 15 minutes in a bag. Choux dough. Super! "Melts" in the mouth. I use the same dough for dumplings.

If you need rye, then there should be such a regime - "Rye bread", then take 2501, in 2500 there is no such regime.

The very name "Rye bread" does not mean that bread is made only from rye flour, without wheat flour. Usually rye bread is baked with the addition of wheat flour. The Rye Bread setting is used to bake bread with less than 50% wheat flour. It has its own peculiarities - a short kneading, one rise, in contrast to bread made from wheat flour, which requires two kneading-rise cycles. Pure rye is also baked, as far as I know, but it rises a little and, in general, is not for everybody's taste.

Read the relevant sections on the site, everything is written in detail there.

And I, too, do not quite understand the term "single grain" - is it the same as "whole grain" - whole grain flour?
I looked at the instructions - I got confused at all - recipes for the "Diet bread" mode - from whole flour, for the "Single-grain" mode - from some kind of spelled.

Hello everyone!
The price of about 7 thousand is not suspicious at all. It's just luck to find it at such a price.I watched my Panasonechka for more than 2 months in order to buy it cheaper (with delivery it cost a little more than 7 thousand) I bought it on January 10, bakes "like a swallow." So, if someone comes across cheaper - do not be afraid to buy, good luck to everyone!

There was 600 g of flour, 310 g of water. BUT! I would like to try how it will be if I add one or another ingredient :) So I went for a walk in the refrigerator. First I added 2 tbsp. l. dry milk, then 2 tbsp. l. potatoes. I mixed mashed potatoes with warm water, added 2-3 tbsp of the remaining from lunch. l. cottage cheese with sour cream and 0.5 grated apple, well ... and of course salt, honey instead of sugar, 2 tbsp. l. drain. oil, well, raisins in the dispenser, so I got such a mountain! :) Well, at least it happened, thanks to the stove! I'm going to take her out to the kitchen tomorrow night and get some bread so that in the morning my wife goes into the kitchen and sees a new oven with ready-made bread.

Everything worked out: a surprise and bread!
The wife is happy, I am proud.

I measured the flour with a measuring glass. 400 grams - figured that it should be like 640 ml. If not right, then correct for the future.
It looks nothing, and it tastes edible. Expected the worst the first time.

And another newbie question, should you put it on the wire rack after baking, or can you just wrap it in a towel? The crust is a little rubbery.

In a bread maker, products are obtained only in the shape of a bucket, that is, a brick. We put on the grate so that the bottom does not get wet. Put it on the wire rack, and cover it with a towel on top, and everything will be OK.
