Ingredients

Liver 0.5kg
starch 1 tbsp. the spoon
salt 1 tsp
ground ginger 1 tsp
garlic 2 cloves
turnip onion 1 PC
vegetable oil
for sauce
soy sauce 1.5 tbsp. spoons
tomato paste 1.5 tbsp. spoons
chicken bouillon 1.5 tbsp. spoons
Granulated sugar 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • 0.5kg liver
  • 1 tbsp. spoon of starch
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 large or 2 small cloves of garlic
  • little onion
  • 1. Cut the chicken liver into strips. Mix starch with salt, ginger, add 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil and water, stir well and pour it all over the liver, mix well and set aside the liver in the sauce for 15 minutes.
  • 2. Finely chop the onion and garlic
  • 3. Thoroughly mix all ingredients for the sauce.
  • 4. Put the liver evenly on a hot frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil, increase the heat and very quickly fry the liver, stirring constantly (30 seconds), sprinkle with garlic and onions, fry for another half minute, pour the sauce and bring to a boil and boil the liver in the sauce again same 30 seconds. (I pour the liver into the pan along with what it was pickled in)
  • As a side dish, theoretically, rice, and since we had pilaf yesterday, today we have rice noodles for a side dish.
  • Do not be confused that it is so fast. In fact, everything manages to reach the desired condition.
