Sour cream sauce with cilantro

Ingredients

Sour cream 200g.
Cilantro 1 bunch large
Garlic (to taste. I did not use) 1 tooth
Lemon juice 1 st. l.
Olive oil 60g.
Salt 1 \ 3h. l.

Cooking method

  • Beat all ingredients with a blender.
  • Serve with potatoes (vegetables) or use as a salad dressing.
