I baked 2 times, the first one I cooked in a saucepan with a lid, with 270 ml of water with pressed yeast and without flax seeds, baked right from the refrigerator. The bread turned out to be settled, I didn't even take pictures. Now I baked in a metal muffin mold for 250 ml of water (I decided to reduce it, since I did not add flax seeds) with 1 tsp. dry yeast. Before baking, I kept it at room temperature for 40 minutes, baked it from a cold oven. I haven't cut it yet, it's getting cold. Then I'll take a photo of the cut.
