Baked in a desktop oven Gemlux (38L). I put it in a cold one, charged both heating elements for 180 and a time of 60. I took it out 5 minutes before the timer. That is, 55 minutes from switching on. The bread was ripe for breakfast on the weekend.

I will bake some more, bought flax seeds and reduce sugar. It's sweet for me.
