I read the whole Temka, spilled opinions and did this: 250 water, 250 flour, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of sugar, 1 tsp of yeast (a spoon from hp), 2 tbsp of dried onions, 0.5 tsp of dry garlic, rubbed a bit of cheese, where about 3 tbsp. overnight in the refrigerator, baked as written - immediately in a cold oven and 180 gr. I did it in an aluminum bread mold, lightly greased it with sunflower oil, nothing stuck - it jumped out with a bang! It has not grown to the top of the form, so the top is lightish, and the barrel is fried. Porous, moist inside, but baked. I checked the readiness by a thermometer - I brought it to 98 grams. Nothing seems to have failed, neither top nor bottom - a flat one came out. Thanks for the recipe!

Today the second sample is one loaf with dried onions, the second one with seeds. I added semolina (I add it to almost all bread dough).
My proportions for 1 bread:
140 g flour c / z
130 g premium flour
30 g semolina T
270 g warm water
1/2 tsp (hn) dry yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
30 g sunflower seeds (optional).
Withstood 12 hours in the refrigerator. Silicone molds, baking 55 minutes from the start.
