The stove was operated almost "for slaughter" (almost every day) for four years.
I can't find a seller of oil seals on the network. On other manufacturers, it is complete, on Panasonic, no. I know that this company has such a policy - repair only through service, and this applies to any of their equipment.
But still, maybe someone faced a problem ?! I don't even know the size of the oil seal, but I don't want to disassemble until there is a new one (you always want to eat), I would not want to.
I would be grateful for any information about the repair and sellers of oil seals in Ukraine.

In the morning I heard a noise from the kitchen, there was a kneading, there was a little shuffling sound, there are no scratches in the bucket from the spatula. In the afternoon, I put the dough to knead on dumplings and shot a video, the sound was the same as in the morning. She pulled out the dough and put it, as advised, on the pizza mode with an empty bucket, there was certainly a sound, but I think it is standard. And now I put plain white, XL on 01, and when mixed, I heard a real creak. I'll watch again, put something tomorrow. Hope for advice

I have squeaks and stronger than in the first video. Especially when the dough is steeper or more crumb. When it creaks heavily, I turn the bucket 180 degrees and the creak usually disappears.

And the Program will not fail if there is no power supply for several minutes. In the passport, look how many exactly, it seems like 7 or 10 minutes.

Natasha, do not be surprised by the question, but the first thing that comes to mind is: Did you forget to put the yeast in ?! Or check them out. They can be useless. Better yet, just replace. And put the recipe here in the order in which you put it in the bread maker.
If everything is in order with the yeast, then the program or the thermal sensor may have turned on: the heating element does not turn on in the "Rise" mode. Then you can't do without SC. Don't worry, you have a warranty device.
