The capacitor there is wonderful, it's just a household bread maker, not an industrial dough mixer! Keyword "when kneading "heavy" bread"The elevator in the nine-story building is designed for fifteen years of operation, but it can be worn out in a day. If you fill it with sandbags and roll them continuously up and down.

I agree.
A couple of times I kneaded an elastic dough like dumplings-dumplings, so the place where the motor stands is decently warm.

Yes, an electrolytic capacitor can dry out, but not in 5-10 years. They can be functional for 20 years or more. This means such low-quality capacitors. It's not a fact that these capacitors are manufactured by Panasonic. Well, if this is an ordinary capacitor (and this is probably an ordinary one, because it is not a "barrel", but a rectangular one), then failing in such a short time is no good.
The bread maker does NOT have an electrolytic capacitor!
CBB-60, CBB61 - non-polar for start-up and operation (metallized polypropylene).
And, rectangular or round, it does not seem to play a special role, the filling is the same. only the shape is different.
And, the fact remains, the condenser in intensive and heavy mode served for almost 4 years (almost 1000 breads were baked), we will see how long the new one will last.
I'm wondering if some other manufacturer's bread maker can serve as well.

The capacitor in this HP is a starting phase-shifting capacitor, in case of failure, a periodic internal breakdown or primary breakdown. It is treated only by replacement. You can install Soviet K78-17 or MBGO 3 μF 400V or MBGCH 3 μF 250V.

IMHO. Better to put modern, brand CBB-60 at 3mkFx450V (round), or CBB-61 at 3mkFx450V (rectangular)

sd255, I completely agree, it's just problematic to find them outside the capitals, for this I indicated the Soviet counterparts

I forgot to add water to the dough, I noticed it only at the stage of lifting, how can this threaten the stove?

Lyubinochka, well, we overloaded the stove a bit, that's okay. Don't forget anymore.

A small photo report on the disassembly of the bucket base assembly in the Panasonic SD-2501.
The stove has been in operation since April 2012.

The reason - the grease "ran out", creaked ..

Bottom line: for such a short period of operation, the node is completely finished. The oil seal is worn especially the lower edge. The hub too, there is a decent axle play.
Lubricated, tightened the spring on the oil seal. How many buzz .. The alternative is a new node. The price of the issue is ~ 1600 rubles. Not happy.

PS I will not say about lubrication. Advise PMS-200. Hello Panasonic. So that they ..

Good evening! Please tell me what signs appear if the thermal sensor is faulty.
sazalexter
RamonaAt Panasonic, this element is extremely rare. Please describe your problem.
Ramona
The last few times, the bread hardly rises, although before that everything turned out great with the same recipes. Sinned on yeast-checked-yeast workers. Now I think, or flour (I use the same company, but a new package) or maybe there are problems with the stove.
sazalexter
RamonaIn such cases, it is necessary to check with a complete replacement of yeast and flour and replace it with a different brand and manufacturer.
Ramona
Thank you, I will.

Good day!
Today, while baking bread, something leaked from the seam of the casing and baked. While the oven was cooling, I hoped that a piece of dough jumped out during kneading, but after cooling it was not confirmed ((((((in operation for 3 months. Please tell me how to live with this now?)))))))) Contact the service, whose fault?
sazalexter
sentyabrik, In the service, you do not have to prove anything in the service, this is their problem.

What could be your fault?
I clicked on the selected program and that's it ...
Further, the bread maker itself does or does not do what it is supposed to. Or crumbles and flows at the seams.

Hello. The bread maker has stopped kneading the dough well, it turns it in one direction, but does not take all the flour.
She always turns it in one direction. And clockwise.
What kind of bread do you make?
How much flour?
How much water?
Did you knead normally before?
IMHO. Telepathy on the forum is poorly developed ...

white bread, a recipe that has been working for two or three years without problems. Before that, I kneaded the pizza dough normally, but did not stir the bread the next day. Although it seems to interfere normally, but all the flour does not go away.

1. Check if the blade with the shaft turns easily.
2. How well the dough is mixed at the end of the batch, check the "bun", maybe there is not enough water, flour from the same manufacturer can "float" in quality ...
3. If there is a smell of insulation, then it is necessary to change the starting capacitor, since when it fails, the engine power drops.
attika
There is definitely no smell, the scapula is spinning normally, it seems as usual, but the bun does not work, only the middle of the dough is stirred.

Maybe the flour has changed after all?
It seems like a lack of fluid, but it needs to be watched kolobok.

What could be your fault?
I make a frank confession)))))))) In my carelessness and my children, the plastic toy ended up between the shadow and the seam of the sheathing, so I had such a ridiculous assumption. It's good that we didn't have time to get to the service, or even there they would be disgraced))))))))))
And under the skin there is a feeling of emptiness, even theoretically nothing will flow from there.
I apologize for the qipish.

It would be funnier when this plastic toy would be in the bread. The children did not exactly throw it under the lid of the bread machine.

It would be funnier, but not worried about the stove))))))))) apparently this is the exact hit))))))

Delicious bread for you

Friends!

Much has been written here about creaks during the kneading process.

I fixed this defect quite simply by spending half an hour.

The reason was that the metal surface in the area of contact of the attachment point of the bucket to the bread machine itself
was poorly sanded. When studying this area through a magnifying glass, some irregularities and abrasions on the metal surface were clearly visible, which stand out in a darker color compared to the adjacent polished areas of the surface.

Therefore, I took a piece of the smallest zero skin and carefully, but carefully, without pressure, cleaned these
rough areas both on the attachment point of the bucket and on the attachment point of the bread machine in the places of their contact. They became smooth and shiny as they should be. That's all.

Now there are no squeaks when mixing.

If my experience helps you, I will be glad. Hello everyone.

In general, I finally bought a condenser to replace the standard Panasonic SD-2500WTS.
Yesterday I finally decided to solder it. Dismantled the stove. By the way, the disassembly turned out to be quite simple, you need to unscrew four screws from the legs and 3 more self-tapping screws securing the cover of the network cable. The last one MUST be unscrewed, because otherwise all the filling will not come out of the case, the cable will hold.
After that, with a little effort, pushing from behind, where the lid is attached, he carefully removed the insides from the case. The board with the capacitor is located in the front of the stove, in a niche, and is fastened with one single screw. To easily remove it, you just need to disconnect the loop to the block of buttons and the temperature sensor connector, the other wires do not need to be disconnected, their length and freedom are enough for comfortable work with the board.

Now comes the fun part.
I was about to solder the condender, and then my gaze drew a belt from the engine to the wheel of the agitator drive unit ...
It (the belt) shone suspiciously. Running my finger on it, I was stunned - a finger in oil! Where did the butter come from, I don't know, perhaps over time (we often bake fatty cakes), evaporating during baking, it gradually settled ... By the way, its traces at the bottom of the body and on the bed were also found.
The belt was removed, washed first with soap, then rubbed with alcohol. Motor shaft surfaces and the wheels were also washed / wiped.
After everything was dry, the belt was installed in place.
Given this development of events, it was decided not to change the capacitor yet.
Today we tried mixing, it seems to interfere with no problems, in any case, incomparably better than before.
Let's see what will happen next, if that, then the conductor and the experience in disassembly are already available

Shl. it is rather strange that the belt is not used, as in the mass of other similar mechanisms ..
More precisely, the belt itself is two-sided, on one side there are notches-teeth, on the other there are longitudinal stripes. It is for them that the engine shaft is made, and the surface of the wheel is absolutely smooth in general ...
If the other, "jagged" side was applied, I think there would be no such problems.

Good day everyone. Can you please tell me, did the cord melt at the bread machine (accidentally hit it on a hot stove), can it be replaced only at the service center or can you change it yourself? Bread maker Panasonic. I bought the cord at a service center, they said to take it to them, but I'm afraid they might not replace our parts with someone else's. I had this with a sewing machine.
Ufoslon
if you have no experience in such matters ... despite the simplicity, the service is better. Well, if you know how to hold a screwdriver in your hands and change the switch on the wall, then you can try it yourself ............... (and only then to the service)
Ufoslon
and it is necessary to make sure that the wires are connected correctly - in order to avoid short circuits. There should be three phases zero and the ground - it is always green two-color.
irina23
Thank you very much, Vladimir. The husband will figure it out with the wires, but the service center said that it was necessary to solder there.
Ufoslon
It's not scary to solder so forward - I disassembled - everything is simple there. Do not be afraid - this is one and neatness is two. It is necessary to unscrew the bottom and the rectangle - the latch of the same network wire.
Ufoslon
I would be too lazy to carry it to the service and then pay for an elementary replacement of the wire, they will also be pushed for more than one day. see for yourself - there are definitely no parts for substitution as in a sewing machine - you can not be afraid about this.
irina23
Vladimir, thanks for your help.

For replacement, any three-core is suitable, with a section from 1 square, preferably 1.5 squares.
The difficulty will be rather assembly-disassembly, there you need to unscrew 2 screws that secure the wire module at the bottom of the bread machine and pull out the seal and then gently pull off the thermal insulation so that you can then disconnect the wire from the connector. And, most importantly, the two-color green-yellow should be ground, that is, the side contact in the socket / plug.

Absolutely onions - the bread came out with onions and is delicious)))
I put in all the components. Almost full fried onion dispenser (hard as chips). When the machine started kneading after adding the contents of the dispenser, I heard a rustling. Well, I think the fried rustle .. It should be, I guess. He opened it, looked, screwed on a bun, which gradually absorbs onion crumbs. Well, when he took out the bread, he was foolish ... The ribs were polished to metal (against which the dough was beaten off) and the bottom of the mold was pretty "scraped off" ... Here are the things ...

Did you dissolve salt and sugar in a liquid or did you pour it on the bottom of the bucket?

Salt and sugar are poured over with water. They almost dissolve. It was just the bow.
I just can't find the buckets. Is it so rare? Can you buy them only in the service?
* Anyuta *
So salt and sugar were at the bottom of your bucket or poured onto flour?
it's one thing to pour water on sugar ", and completely different" dissolve salt / sugar "in water and only then pour this solution onto flour ...
